If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had my car in for an oil change, thinking everything was great I drove across 4 states for work. After some time of driving I smelled burning and my check engine light came on. When I opened my hood the oil cap was sitting on the front, not where it should be, to CLOSE THE OIL CHAMBER. Oil sprayed everywhere under my hood. I had to get an emergency oil change in a different state. There was not a drop of oil left in my car. I contacted the service manager who then went on vacation for 2 weeks leaving no one to handle this issue. When I called to speak to another manager I was told to leave a message and someone would contact me. I have yet to hear back from ANYONE!! Ive called, left messages, and sent emails with no response. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will NEVER take my vehicle back here.
I brought my vehicle in for a recall. They took my veh right away and it was done in 20 min and they did a 25 pt inspection and found my battery to be low. I knew this from spring. They were charging approximately $200 for a battery which I thought was high. I took it home and my brother bought me a battery and put it in for $105.00. But I appreciate they did the inspection. Good job overall!
Was in for first oil change and tire rotation. Reception was excellent, service was speedy and check out was a breeze. Everyone was exceptionally friendly!

The service department here is fantastic. Had an emergency repair come up that had to be done this week, and no one in town (including the shop that initially diagnosed the problem) was able to help. Most shops told me it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it, let alone order the parts needed. After explaining the situation to the service manager, they fit me in immediately, rush ordered the parts, and had my truck fixed in 2 days. Cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for their flexibility to fit me into their packed schedule when no one else would.
The individuals at Gandrud Nissan were very helpful, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I was able to get my full value for my trade as well. Chris also, took the time to show me all of the features in my new Rouge. I highly recommend Gandrud Nissan.

Had my Armada serviced at Gandrud. I was very impressed when I brought the vehicle in for repair - drove into their nice shop out of the weather and was greeted warmly by staff. They reviewed the repair to be made, confirmed my contact information, and said theyd call as soon as it was ready. They called later to inform that the repair was complete - a day sooner than expected. Great overall experience, and I would highly recommend them.

I have been a costumer for over 5 years and had nothing but great things to say until now. Earlier this year I had some warranty work done, no problem they fixed and everyone’s happy. I call again this past week, same circumstances I’m thinking we’re good. The next day I get a call to approve the work for over a thousand dollars! At this point my wife has lost her van for 2 days and she is 9 months pregnant so I approved the work to get it back fast. The last straw was when I went to pay they threw a 3% credit card charge on top of my quoted bill. If Gandrude could be up front with their customers with the information they have I wouldn’t be writing this. If they were upfront at the out set and told me “ hey your warranty expired a few months ago, does that factor in to this repair ?” I would have waited. My company owns a shop. Also the reason I had to pay with credit card is that we are in the middle purchasing a home and took our savings and paid off our credit cards. Now I had to jack up a balance. This whole situation was unacceptable. Had Gandrude given me the choice before my family of 6 to be 7 next week, I would have waited and probably thankful they were looking out for their customers. Congratulations Gandrude you lost a longtime customer. I hope it was worth it.

Since purchasing my 2016 Nissan Rouge with 30,000 miles used from Dan Goben Cars, Ive been bringing my SUV to Gandrud for service. The Service Advisors greet you upon arrival, review what service is being completed and get your vehicle checked in quickly. The customer waiting lounge is comfortable with plenty of refreshments to enjoy while you wait. Its nice having a shuttle service available for longer service times. Receiving service reminder texts and emails are also helpful before scheduled service appointments and when service has been completed. Overall, very pleased with my Nissan Rouge and the service I receive at Gandrud! Will definitely consider Gandrud for my next vehicle purchase.
The socially distant and nearly entirely internet based experience was fantastic! The sales persons up front pricing and prompt reply and the F & I person was easy to work with. After we had the details worked out via email, I was at the store for about an hour to review the vehicle before I drove away in my new Titan. I drove the two hours from Madison because the experience was much better than my local dealerships and they had the vehicle I wanted. I definitely recommend Gandrud Nissan of Green Bay!
Customer for life! Im on my 3rd vehicle cared for by Gandrud. The latest visit was for a rear window wiper that stopped working. I was in for an oil change and had them order a new motor as it stopped working last fall after working intermittently for a few months. I was waiting as they said it would be about an hour. After waiting about 20 minutes i was informed that the motor had become unplugged somehow, probably wasnt plugged in completely and had become unplugged due to driving vibrations. They plugged it back in and it works fine. (I currently have a 2015 Nissan Versa Note. I love this car and it lives up to its name. I can fit an 8 foot length of 2x4 in it and still close the hatch.)I asked what the damages are and was told no charge. THAT is what brings people back. Love this dealership!

I was extremely disappointed at the lack of social distancing options in the middle of a horrible pandemic. Got there at my scheduled time and the waiting room was completely full. I couldn’t be anywhere in that room and be more than a couple feet from someone else. I would have waited outside but it was rainy and cold and my appointment was an hour long. I am so disappointed at the irresponsibility. Luckily over on the sales side there was a bench I could use to get away. Very uncomfortable visit.

Our salesman was nice as was our financial agent. We got what I believe was a very nice car for a very reasonable price we are very happy so far with our new Nissan Rogue. We got the SV with premium options. You wont find another car out there for the price with the options this car has. One year update After purchase the title and the billing with our loan were screwed up for at least 3 months. The color was off on the title and our address was wrong. There was actually an address somehow on the title for a place I lived at over 30 years ago. Not sure how that even happens. It eventually got corrected. We did go through several temp plates. MechanicallyThe car required a recall for the back up camera. Twice The front sonar needed adjustment/reprogram. Service preformed at Gandrud was pretty good. The blower motor for the climate control failed during the hottest part of summer. We live a 100 miles from the nearest dealer so that was a lot of fun. Then the resistor for the blower motor failed cuz they didnt replace that at the same time. Service preformed at Riverside auto in Marquette Michigan was pretty good except getting an opening took 8 weeks.

I was recently at Gandrud Nissan for a routine oil change/check up on my Nissan Rogue and the service was exceptional. I have been to Gandrud many times over the years but this visit really stood out from the others. In particular Ian, the service representative that day, made the process very smooth. Ian was approachable, informative and frequently checked in with me while I waited. I trusted his judgement and didnt feel pressured to make an additional purchases. I can tell that he genuinely cares about the customer and it was definitely noticed!

We recently went through a replacement process with Nissan Headquarters for our Nissan Pathfinder, we chose to change dealerships TO Gandrud (which is 40 minutes from home vs 15 minutes from home due to poor customer service at our local dealership where we originally purchased our SUV). Jason K. and the Gandrud Staff far exceeded our expectations. They went above & beyond, and were often one step ahead of us, assisting us in communications with Nissan. First time user of service, and it was exceptional.
I called to make the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the day before the scheduled service. I was asked if I needed a shuttle and what time I needed the shuttle for. I came to my scheduled appointment and was told they didn’t know if they would have a shuttle for me. They found a shuttle 20 min later. I was told I would be called when my vehicle was finished. This was 8am. I received no call. At 2pm, I called to check on the status of my vehicle. First, they couldn’t find my vehicle then they said it should be fine but didn’t know if it was done. I found a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I didn’t trust they would find a shuttle. I picked up my vehicle and was handed a piece of paper, I asked the receptionist if there was anything found on my vehicle, she said she didn’t know. I was then asked if I wanted to use rewards paints. Since this is my first time at Nissan, I asked her how the points program worked, she said she had no idea. I then asked where my car was. She looked around and said probably outside. I walked around the building trying to find my car using the key fab. Poor customer service from multiple people. For my first time at the dealership, I am scared to return. It was an awful experience. I feel like I’m trapped because I bought my car from this dealership.
Just moved to Green Bay yesterday. Needed an Oil Change. Drove in, was greeted by Erica. Was so sweet. Even honored a customer appreciation oil coupon from a different NISSAN dealership because I moved! I will indeed be coming back to this location for all my NISSAN needs!

I purchased new as returning customer purchasing used from the Gandrud location across the street. Financing was a breeze by Kevin. Straight forward and spot on! Wow! I had an altercation with a deer on the freeway and my car was totaled. I needed to replace it quickly and I began looking immediately. I didn’t find the right replacement until I came to Gandrud Nissan. My salesperson, Chris managed to find me the right vehicle and made sure I was able to drive away with my new ride even though it was getting close to closing time. I love my new Rogue and couldn’t be happier with my experience at Gandrud Nissan.
So far so good. Not going to lie... basing it on the new car sales cycle. If service is as good as sales at listening to me the customer they hsve a lifetime customer. It was easy to get to and easy to find. I was impressed with the service center.
People at this place is rude, instead of asking how can I help you, or can I help you find someone? They ask WHO ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Than go back to chatting with the reception,as if they are too good to even help someone. I know I am not here to buy a vehicle today, but doesnt mean I am not tomorrow. Service and attitude like that make one think twice before shopping there.

2ND UPDATE:Had the Armada in for the third (3rd) time for the power lift gate not working..This time they replaced the motor and the hydraulic lift arms. First two times were just under $400, final fix was just under $1400. I feel they should have offered me the $1400 fix the FIRST TIME..Or given me back a $400 credit on the new bill...UPDATE...Gandrud has done well with the repairs and service I have needed. I do recommend them for sales and service.I have a few issues that I need to discuss with the dealership. I am confident they will resolve all my issues to my satisfaction. Ill need an explanation of my bill, since the numbers dont add up to my tota; charge. My hatch still didnt open correctly, which the invoice stated a wrong bolt was installed, well I didnt put the wrong bolt in, so i am assuming it came from the factory this way and now Im charged $200 to have it partially fixed (Doesnt make me happy). The rear window seals seemed to be bad from the factory as well, so now I also have to pay $300 to have them replaced. I owned three Toyota Sequoias before this and never had any minor issues with any of them. I enjoy the Armada, but these little details of craftsmanship are not making a good impression with me. We will see how my meeting with a service manager goes. In the past the staff have been over-the-top great with resolving issues.
My appt. went by quickly. Staff are well informed and courteous.
I will give credit where credit is due. The repairs I have gotten were done properly. Id give 5 star rating but the prices are a bit higher than other reputable shops in the area. I also dont like going in for an oil change and then getting a preventive maintenance suggestion list with thousands of dollars worth of repairs that they try to suggest that you get done.
At gandrud they treat you like family. Ive been helped more then expected and its nice to feel appreciated
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The sales associate that I had talked to previously was busy so another one said he would be glad to help me until the other was available. They both could answer all of my questions and were just wonderful to deal with. It actually was a pleasure!
I came onto the lot not knowing what I wanted and the sales rep spent an exceptional amount of time with me. Also, the Rep was able to clearly explain how I could buyout & trade in my leased RAM that I wanted out of 6 months early! I ended up selecting my 3rd Frontier from this rep and I am very pleased with the overall experience!
They said I had warranty on a faulty car I purchased and then last minute said the warranty belonged to the previous owner. Of course they tried to make me pay for THEIR mistake. Already their services are super expensive, and they practically scammed me. Idiots. Im not coming back here for anything.

Bought my Titan from Chris Roberts in 16 and ever since drive it up to GB from Appl for service. Erik and his teammates have taken very good care of me, gone to bat for me a few times and resolved some issues, resulting in some costs for Gandrud but high satisfaction for me.
