By far one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever used. Nowadays, It’s hard to find people that care about the quality of work they put on a vehicle. I can say I trust these people with my Benz. They’re very reasonable with the prices, and they keep you in the loop of everything they are working on your car. I appreciated it working around my busy work schedule.Special thank you to Jason, excellent customer service.Grate work Page Auto!!!

Jim and Jason and everyone at Page Auto are phenomenal. If your car is out of warranty dont waste your time or money going to Bergstrom or dealers for repairs. Page Auto is very affordable.

Page Auto is the ONLY place we take our vehicles. I have been going to Page since I learned to drive. My vehicles are well taken care of, and the work is completed quickly at a fair price. Usually much lower than going to the dealer. Used cars mechanically perfect, with no hidden issues. When I go to Page Auto I am well informed about my vehicles repair, as well has upcoming needs. I recommend Page Auto to anyone who wants their vehicle serviced properly at a fair price. I have referred Page Auto to many people, and I will continue to do so. Give them a try, you wont want to go anywhere else.

Jason was very rude when I called him on the phone. He tried to tell me how to talk? I said the word “just” and he told me to stop saying that? How are you going to tell a customer how to talk? It felt like he didn’t want my business and he was very short when I asked him about the issues with my car. I usually never leave reviews like this. It’s only when it’s that bad... I’ve worked in customer service before and that was not quality service. I hope you take this and can learn from it.

Page Auto has been servicing every car in my family since we moved to Green Bay in 1992. This has included everything from Vintage and late model VWs, BMWs, Mercedes, various Porsches, and even a couple GMC Yukons. When possible, my sister living in Twin Cities waits to have her car serviced by Jim Page and his experienced crew after many horrible experiences trying to find a trustworthy shop near her.Repairs are always explained in detail. I never leave questioning what was performed or why.In the case of my current car, a 1987 Porsche 928S4, these are not exactly the easiest cars to work on. Many shops refuse to touch them due to the complexity of these machines. I always feel confident when I leave my 928 behind and I see other vintage and late model Porsches also in their capable hands.Everything from oil changes, A/C repair, routine maintenance such as timing belts / water pumps, alignments etc... Anything except body work I only bring my cars to Page Auto.

Must be a shady operation. Called about getting a turbo R&R I already have a genuine Borg warner turbo charger right from Bmw not a reman . Page automotive will not put on customer supplied parts. I guess it must be because they cannot triple the price On their supplied parts. So I would recommend making sure that you get an estimate on everything in writing and before you bring the car through the doors check the price they’re charging you on the parts call the parts I’ll find out exactly how much they are ripping you off for. This is my opinion and my opinion only. And by looking at other reviews I see they have an answer for everything. They never do anything wrong according to their responses. That makes me even more hesitant even about having a bicycle chains tension adjusted!

Took my 2000 Porsche Boxster in for oil change called around town first to see who worked on European cars. Decided to try Page auto since as long as I can remember they were there in business must be doing something right to be there 36 plus years. When I dropped off the car I was impressed at the knowledge and the passion they had in talking about Porsche. Gave me a lot of information and history of issues and what to watch out for but did not try to push me into any unnecessary repairs. Excellent work great people fair price highly recommend Page auto.

I dont typically rate service providers. I generally expect mediocre service, and so Im rarely surprised. But Page Auto is exceptionally bad. To make a long story short: Im not from Green Bay. Page Auto was a random choice based on a Google search return of Volvo repair shops. I called Page Auto and they agreed to take the car, which appeared to have an electrical problem and suddenly wouldnt start. I paid almost $100 to have the car transported to Page Auto. They called me the next day to say that there would also be a $100 charge to diagnose the problem, plus $100 for every hour after that until the problem is found. I was upset because to me this reeked of bait and switch: the person I spoke to before paying to transport the car to Page Auto never disclosed these charges, and I didnt think to ask because in Utah the mechanics Ive worked with dont assess open-ended charges for diagnosing. Rather than pay to have the car moved again, I authorized them to proceed. Page Auto failed to identify the problem in the first $100 increment, and couldnt/wouldnt say how long it would take to identify the problem. I no longer had confidence or trust that Page Auto was competent and fair enough to deliver a quality service. I therefore paid another $100 charge to have the car moved to another Volvo repair shop in Green Bay. My advice: avoid this business. The competence level is low, and the customer service is terrible.

They were totally condescending and degrading our 1988 Jaguar from the moment we talked toThem about getting an alignment and checking out our power steering. We thought once they saw the car, they would change their tune. They did the work, sort of, with total disclaimers which said nothing they did would address any of our concerns and they are not responsible for anything. When we picked the car up, the guy told us we could make a wine rack our of our motor. Wow, wow, talk about a negative experience!!!We will never go back

Excellent shop, the guys there know their stuff! Not to mention the inside is a real treat for any car enthusiast. I bring my Audi A8 (a very technically involved car) there for service and they maintain it better than I felt the dealership ever did. I went there based on referral of a friend who also owns an A8, and havent been back to the dealership since.

These guys REALLY know there stuff and go out of their way to accommodate you. When you have a serious issue, they find a way to fit you into their schedule, even if it isnt your day-to-day car. They fix what needs fixing, tell you about preventative things you might need without pressuring you and if they say you need... you really do need that. They dont pad bills or make stuff up. Exactly what a garage should do! Nothing on an 86 Porsche is going to be cheap, but prices are very reasonable, especially if you compare to going to a dealer.

Bought my VW GTI from them and only bring it to them. They always educate me on any car problems and their pricing is fair! I don’t always like spending a lot on fixing it, but that’s part of owning an import! They take care of my baby and I have absolutely 0 complaints! I always reccommend them to any of my import owning friends.

Shady and untrustworthy! After looking and driving several cars in one day, my daughter and I see this cute yellow vw beetle. We stop in, test drove it and it was zippy, quiet and the best one so far that day. I stood right there with the salesman and looked it up on kbb. They wanted $500 over top blue book! Before we drove it he said he had just lowered the price and when I asked to come down after looking it up he said, “I don’t typically lower the price. KBB doesn’t account for new tires and brakes that we put on it”. Um, yes they do, that’s why there is a fair to excellent range. So we left to think it over. Daughter is starting school and a job the following week and can’t get this car out of her head so we make an offer, they countered, we paid too much, our fault. On the drive home, noticed a brake light is out, replaced it to find the tail light full of water. An hour later the window falls and won’t come back up. We tried to put the back seat down and couldn’t because the head rest needs to come off but was broken. They advertised a CD player, it didn’t work! The steering seemed tighter than when we test drove less than 5 days ago. Their response was “that’s just how Volkswagens are”. They gave us the two key ifobs, one didn’t work! Took it back the very next morning when they opened and wanted a refund sine it has been less than 24 hours and they hadn’t even filed the paperwork yet. Of course refused. Wasn’t going to fix anything at their expense until my boyfriend had a man to man with the owner and had to guilt him into it by bringing up his own children and how he would want them treated. All was fixed except the steering which they wouldn’t look at. Of course the rack and pinion went out! We told you the steering was different! These foreign cars are their specialty, but instead of going through it and making sure it all worked well before trying to sell it waaaay over what it is worth, they slapped on brakes and tires and made it all clean to make the biggest profit by screwing over the customer. Shame on you Mr. Page. When you sell a car, you are not only trying to make a profit, but selling yourself, your business, and your integrity, which you do not have!

For the past 23 years, Page Auto has worked on and fixed our Volvos. The first Volvo was a 1986 Volvo 740GLE. We purchased a VW Passat from Page and they worked on that as well. When the 1986 Volvo had 242000 miles on it, we purchased a 1995 Volvo 850 from Page. After that we purchased a 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo from Page. We also purchased an 850 for our daughter from Page. The work Page does is top notch. If they werent, we would not have continued for 23 years. They are honest and you can be sure what they are telling you is the truth. If you need work done on your foreign made vehicle, know that Page Auto will fix it promptly and honestly. They are professional yet friendly and helpful. We really appreciate them.

Hey my people who ever read this post, I writing this post to alert you all to avoid to take your car to this shop, I had a little problem with my Honda civic no big deal, but I need that some one with enough experience looked it out to let me know what was wrong with it, so I decided to take it to this shop, because they say that they are expert in foreign cars, I took it there but unfortunately, taking my car to this shop was just to lose my money, these people charged me $80 bucks for nothing, they just could tell me that they were unable to give a diagnostic, but they still would charge me $80 because they have looked to my car...that wasnt fear.. they just acted like the stealership!! please people do not allow thses people to check out your cars!!! thanks!!!
