Jeremy was great to work with! It was time to upgrade our family vehicle when my husbands car stopped working. I had done my research and already picked our a few cars I wanted to look at/drive. So, my husband and I and our puppy went tire kicking later Saturday afternoon knowing Van’s should be closed. Just wanted to look with no pressure. Lucky for us a hard working sales gal, Donna was locking up vehicles. She was not pushy but took the time, (mind you she was off the clock) and got to know us and get the feel of what we were looking for or not....long story short, she let us look at/in a Pilot. We declined to test drive it that night but said we’d come back Monday to test drive and possibly buy it. Donna emailed me everything that would be needed on our end to make Monday move along seamlessly should we want to purchase Pilot. Backing up a bit, we had a trade in to add to the mix. A 2006 Honda Odyssey an with 178,000 plus miles. We bought it brand new then and drove it 15 years with many, many memories and minimal issues, until the end. It was time to let ‘er “rust in peace” and move on. Monday night we were able to test drive the Pilot and decided we wanted to purchase it. We got a fair trade in for Odyssey. We then moved onto Randy to go over financing, extended warranty, paperwork, etc. We enjoyed working with Randy and we all got to know each other. Lots of laughs! We appreciate the hard work both Donna and Randy did to get us in our new vehicle. We’d definitely purchase from Van’s again but hoping the Pilot goes the distance like our Odyssey!

Wanted to share what a great experience I had when purchasing my 2018 Honda HR-V! I worked with Jim Young after initially talking to Chad in the online department. I was interested in a late model CR-V or HR-V. I was adamant about getting a totally smoke free car and thought I’d have to crush my budget and buy a new one to achieve that. First Chad actually ran out into the lot to sit in the one I was interested to report back that it did have a slight smoke smell: No go! Then Jim took over when I visited the lot. He was patient and concerned that I would find a vehicle I would be happy in. It took about three weeks with me visiting their website daily and reporting to Jim when I saw something interesting. Finally I saw something that might work. Jim brought me in before it was cleaned or detailed. It was promising. He got the price down to where I was happy and we made the deal! I was especially impressed with how he didn’t press me into getting something I wasn’t happy with! He has a lifetime customer in me and my family! Also, the financing with Randy Jenkins was easy, smooth and great! Love Van’s!

Went to Vans to test drive, intending to buy a 2018 Honda Accord. Michael T. set us up to drive a couple different trim levels and engine sizes. No pressure, just super casual conversation. His salesmanship and his managers competitive quote actually nudged us toward buying new! When Vans didnt have the color I wanted, Michael referred us to other Wisconsin dealerships that did. AMAZNG!!!! This dealer is awesome. Andrew in the service department was so helpful with a repair issue that I was having with my van. They gave me a loaner vehicle for as long as necessary with no issues. He was great at listening to my concerns and trying his best to help me out. Great customer service - which you definitely dont find often. If you need any repairs at all - come here. It is even worth the drive from Appleton, so much better than Gustmans.

The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had in 45+ years of car buying! These guys GET IT! Fom the time I spoke with Sandy the receptionist.. to taking delivery of the vehicle ...I was treated with courtesy, respect and a willingness to answer ALL my questions.Special Thanks ...to Chad (Sales Manager),Randy( the paperwork guy) and my sales guy Jeremy. I actually called Jeremy on his day off to get the vehicle VIN#. He answered and it sounded windy. He was fishing with his buddy on a lake!! Excellent experience!! The entire staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be around. In a very busy day they never made us feel like a number. My experience at Van’s was not exactly flawless. People eople being human things happen and a buying experience does not go as planned. We recently purchased a new to us used van from Vans Honda. Sam was a great dealer who worked with us to help get us the family car we needed and wanted. He didnt pressure my husband and me to make decisions on his terms but rather our own. He also gave us plenty of opportunities to talk to each other privately which I havent always experienced with certain dealers. Randy helped us with the financing aspect and he was a very down to earth, family guy too. We just bought an Odyssey over the weekend and we worked with Jim Young (in sales) and Clark (in finances). I can’t say enough good about Jim. He Made us feel so comfortable and was so understanding of the craziness of our life as we had our 1 1/2 year old with. Jim went above and beyond, literally. Working with Vans was a great experience! Michael and Chad both helped with the sales process and made sure all of our questions were answered. They were very friendly and not pushy. Vans also did a great job making sure the vehicle was disinfected before we took a test drive. Once we picked a vehicle we met with Randy in the finance area. Randy was excellent! Vans was recommended by our mechanic in town and did not disappoint. I have personally had no less than 3 extremely negative interactions with this specific Honda dealership. The most egregious recently was when they were extremely dismissive of my partner when she went in after her hrvs shifter light burned out under warranty. After two days of arguing with a clearly incompetent service department that did not believe the light existed at all, they then ordered the wrong part to fix it. Avoid at all costs, this Honda dealership is far below normal Honda quality.

Great service and repair of ac system- 16 Civic!! A BIG thank you to Zach in the service department for a wonderful experience and going above and beyond to get my a/c unit fixed. Compressor went bad, but was not covered under warranty. They were able to service the repair without me paying out of pocket through corporate. Would have cost me over $1,500.
