My boyfriend’s experience last year was the worst ever. Literally a financial and emotional nightmare. At first Kent was very friendly (maybe just to get our business?)and said he could fix his car in about a 1 week. Eventuality after 5 weeks of empty promises (lies?) from Kent he finally repaired his car. After about 2 months of driving the transmission started to slip again. Kent said to bring the car back to see what was wrong and he would look at it right away the next day. Well, after a week passed we had to call Kent to see what the problem was. He made up some excuse about a sick technician and they didn’t even look at it yet. He promised to make it right the next week. Finally after 3 more weeks (and random excuses) Kent called us and said the car is ready. Unbelievably, after driving the car for 9 months the transmission started to slip again. After 2 weeks of calling Kent, he said that the problem is not covered under their warranty because it was over 12 months and their warranty is only 12 months. What?? Seriously!! My boyfriend drove the car exactly 12 month and 18 days and only put 10,000 miles. My boyfriend paid over $1800 for the repairs and lost more wages while waiting for his truck. (That was just sitting in the parking lot most of the time) I almost forgot to say, Kent knew that this is his work vehicle which is his only source of income. In the end, he is stuck with a broken truck and there is nothing we can do. What is sad is we are young couple and I feel this is why we were pushed around and taken advantage of. It makes me wonder about their positive reviews

Ive been coming to East Side Exhaust since my very first car had exhaust issues and continue to come back for a very good reason. Quality work, family owned, and reasonable prices. When my Pontiac G6 had a hole in the muffler, I stopped in and they managed to get me in that day and had it out and a new one welded in within an hour. Amazing!

The mechanics & family at Eastside Exhaust are fantastic! Always honest & efficient. Never do more than necessary on the car as they are budget conscious for the customer which is so appreciated. That is so hard to come by these days. My father use to be my mechanic for 30 yrs until he got cancer & this place runs a lot like my Father did- I appreciate that!

A very honest shop. My muffler fell off. But what the trouble was, a bad resonator. So after a new resonator was installed, they put the old muffler back on telling me it still has life left in it. I have been going to the shop a long time. They only fix what needs fixing. My car a 1988 Mercedes.

I would recommend east side exhaust to anyone that needs exhaust work. I took my loud obnoxious chevy S10 there to get inspected, which was fast and free. They quoted me exactly what was needed to make it quiet again. I was able to come in via appointment and drop it off for repair. They had the parts in stock in 1 day and managed to do the work in just a few hours. Gina called me that afternoon and my truck was fixed and it came in under the quoted price. When I need exhaust or brake work done on my vehicles, East Side is the first place I call. They have always done excellent, professional work at a fair price. They are honest and do not do extra work that is not needed just to drive up the bill. I highly recommend them.

The team here went out if thier way to get my car in driveable condition after the brake lines were destroyed. I thought the price was alot but after I called around East side saved me about $120. I also appreciated the fact i was unavle to pay until my payday and they didnt even bat an eye. I have tried to get other hovs done here but they only work on certain repairs it seemed. Quality over Quanity seems to be a theme.

Quilty, very low on quilty work prices I wont take my cars, trucks to anyone but Brett. The man has very great exhaust skills an qualitys welds know what hes doing when hes know what hes working with after he inspects what you want or need done not to big or to small from off-road exhaust work to performance exhaust work an hes can custom build you an exhaust from scratch Id recommend East Side exhaust over the exhaust competitors

Good quick repair just didnt want to have to deal with rusty bolts myself.... they did the repair in 30 mins and I was charged only 35 ish dollars. Definitely recommend stopping in here.

Im new to WI (Jan2014) and dont know a single person in the state.I drive a 2006 Infiniti G-35 and brought my vehicle to the Infiniti Dealer in Appleton to get it diagnosed.Was informed that I needed to replace my Y-Pipe Exhaust, which would run around $600.Got a second option from East Side Exhaust and they fixed it for $207.I also got a third option and they quoted me for $300, so East Side Exhaust gave me the qualify for the best price.They also finished my vehicle by 1pm, impressive since I dropped it off that morning at 830am.

I was told I needed a new muffler after a recent oil change. I scheduled an appointment at East Side Auto. After looking at it they let me know there was nothing wrong with my old muffler. I wouldnt have known the difference, and I appreciated their honesty.

Had appt. For r/r tranny told it was a 5hr job dropped truck off the night before called back the appt day at 400pm to see if truck was ready and was informed that the mechanic called in and wasnt able to get to work .Needless to say never contacted me to let me know youd think theyd show common courtesy and let me know. Finally picked up truck the next day and while they removed or replaced my tranny damaged my exhaust system which I had them completely replaced 1000mi. Ago and of course they didnt do it .next week I have a appt. To resolve this l was a faithful customer since they were on Cass Street no more
