Ive called on Gerondale twice over the last couple years for furnace issues at my cabin. Nothing worse than driving 2 hours to your up north retreat and find no heat. Both times their response was outstanding. They were at my cabin within an hour both times. Both times the repairs were done quickly and explained in detail. Furnace went out in January, they showed up within an hour. Got it runnning, ended up replacing furnace due to age of furnace. Replaced it 3 days later, took 4 hours and good to go.

Great company! We were getting our home ready to put on the market and pre-inspection showed a possible furnace heat exchanger leak. The sticker on the furnace showed Gerondale as the original installer and Tempstar dealer. After verifying the need for replacement, I called Gerondale and they had the correct model in stock and was able to come install it in two days at a great price! Highly recommended.

My heater picked a great time to fail. Good news is that I got a brand new heating system within 36 hours. I got it equipped with Central Air that will be completely installed before the end of April. My portable air conditioning unit will no longer be needed. I can’t express enough how happy I am with Gerandales. My air conditioner went out during the heat wave last Friday. I called, and Tom was out within a couple hours and gave me a quote that was substantially better than the two other companies I had out. My new air conditioner was up and running by Wednesday, exactly when he said he’d be there. The other companies gave me a t time frame of “about” a week to a week and a half.I will definitely use Gerondales for all of my heating and cooling need from here on out.

Gerondale installed my furnace and central air almost 15 years ago. On a recent Thursday night during a heat wave my air conditioner stopped cooling. An early call on Friday morning and my air conditioner was fixed by noon. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The technician took the time to carefully explain the nature of the repairs. I am extremely pleased with Gerondales initial installation and their service support.

Furnace died yesterday and I called Gerondales Heating and Cooling and they came out immediately with space heaters to keep the home from freezing and then replaced the furnace the very next day! We got a quote from 1 other company and they said it would be 5 days before they could help and they were more expensive for a lower powered unit! This is a local family owned business that has been around a long time and that says a lot about their character and workmanship! I definetly give them my highest recommendation!

We had a new furnace installed with the Aprilaire humidifier feature, the service was fantastic, very friendly and explained everything. We had them install a central air conditioning unit shortly after and continue to be very pleased with how fast they were able to get the unit installed and the price was very reasonable.
