Judy Gillette is an outstanding Dental Hygienist! She is very skilled and obviously enjoys her work. On a scale of 0 to 10 she is 100! She is particularly good at giving instruction on how her patients can practice better self maintenance. She is also fun to listen to while she works.

I absolutely love ASCENT! I had a terrible experience with a dentist over 10 years ago and was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist after that. Until now! Dr. Williams performed both a root canal and capped a molar. The procedure was painless, and I left with the cap fitting perfectly. On top of the excellent work the staff was exceptional. From the minute you enter, Kari at the front desk makes you feel welcome and the experience with everyone else continued in that fashion. All very professional, courteous and kind. Office staff noted to thoroughly explain insurance and out of pocket costs to patients. Great place! Everyone is so friendly and nice there. Its like walking into an office of friends. They are really good with communicating and making sure that theres no surprises in treatment. My mouth is very sensitive but Judy is so gentle and made me feel comfortable in the chair the entire time.

We have become part of the Ascent Family (from a previous practice that was purchased). We are picky about dental care and had our concerns with changes but the transition has been great. Our whole family still loves this dental office and all the staff. Highly recommend for adults and children.

I know not everyone loves having their teeth cleaned, but weirdly, I do. I love the feeling of walking out knowing my teeth are as clean and healthy as they can be. (Long history with dentists) Everyone at Ascent Dental are so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Dr Williams is also the nicest dentist ever. I appreciate how he listens to me and helps me work through problems instead of just saying this is what you should do. I also like when he just says looks great, see you in 6 months. Dr Williams is a wonderful dentist - very competent and caring. I am very comfortable with his recommendations for care. My partner also goes to Dr Williams and got new dentures recently. Dr. Williams and his staff worked with him to make them work. Finally, Suzanne is a wonderful hygienist; I no longer dread going to have my teeth examined and cleaned.

I absolutely love this practice. They are friendly and put together the best dental plan to meet expectations. I’ve never been more confident with my smile. However; after 8 years of being loyal to this dentist office and spending thousands of dollars on dental care, they decided to no longer see me anymore due to the fact that I missed a few appointments. They had very little understanding for the fact that I work on call medical emergency services and although being made aware of my work circumstances they chose to let a loyal patient go after 8 years. Very disheartening. I recommend them but if you invest into a practice and the investment is not mutual then they aren’t worth the business. It was a good 8 years but i am pleased with the new dental office we have decided to go with. They are very accommodating to my work needs and extremely understanding.

Fast and friendly! I am not a fan of dental cleaning but this was a great experience!

I am a very anxious person. I have high anxiety.Going to the DDS makes my anxiety run real high. A DDS when i was just a kid, went to give me a shot to numb the area and he sliced my gum with the needle. Wide open. It bled and bled. I hated going to dds ever since. Id go get a couple cavity filled and i had to use nitrous, a lot.to stay calm. Going to dr Brown, ( prior to Ascent) i remember sitting in his chair at age 27 and crying because i was so anxious and scared. He has been good. took me back a few years and talked to me the way the dds shouldve handeled back years back. Anyway that was then, now to now. Dr Williams is great, his tech Jennifer Brewer was great i took my normal every day anxiety meds on the morning and a helper med on the way there and i made it through the whole procedures without askimg for nitrius. Yay me!!! This was a huge step for me!!!!!! Big step!!!! Thank you ascent, Ill be back in December. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5stars.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams and his staff since he took over Dr. Kron’s practice quite a few years ago. I was nervous about the change after being very happy with Dr. Kron and his staff, but Dr. Williams and his staff soon put me at ease. I’ve had extensive work done by Dr. Williams including amalgams replaced by composites, as well as, a new bridge and veneers. His work, in addition to his staff’s, is excellent and noteworthy!
