We moved here just under a year ago and we’re worried about finding a new dental practice. These worries were completely put at ease the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and treated like family. The assistants are thorough, honest and down to earth! The Doctor is great and takes his time explaining things clearly and concisely! I’ve been going to this dentist place for a couple years now and I absolutely love this place they just get better and better. Their customer care is always great. I’ve been having some problems with my gums and I had janelle hill work on my teeth and she made sure I was doing okay every so often. I told her about some of my problems and gave me great advice. She was so patient the entire time definitely one of my favorite!

This dental office is so awesome. Today was my third or forth visit. Every time I leave I am happy with the experience. I love how my teeth feel after a cleaning. I did have one visit where they removed my silver fillings and replaced them with the white kind. I wanted to have this done as I was advised by my doctor that it would be good to get away from the mercury and, the fillings were old and chipping anyway. The visit was great and not bad at all. This office rocks! Give them a try!

I have always hated the dentist, but when I came here it was a completely different experience! Megan and Maddy were so kind and made sure I was comfortable no matter what. They also took their time to get to know me as a person not just a patient. I wouldn’t recommend any other dental care besides here! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Integrated Dental is! From the office staff who were very friendly and welcoming to Alex who was very helpful and gentle as well. My hygienist Megan was very sweet and professional and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and Dr. Cunningham and her assistant Brittany were very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. For not having been to the dentist in a long time this was a wonderful experience!

I was in some pretty serious pain. I called in the morning got an appointment the same afternoon. Everyone there takes the time to get to know you. I’m so glad I was able to get in, and will continue going here. 100% recommend going to see them.

I recently had an appointment at Integrated Dental arts to have a couple of mercury amalgam fillings replaced. The fillings were old and starting to expand and cause hairline cracks in my teeth. My appointment was at 4:00pm and I was promptly taken back to begin the restoration. Dr Cunningham and her assistant Bette Jon made me feel at ease and helped to relieve my anxiety. In about an hour the work was complete. I was very quick and surprisingly painless! Many thanks to Integrating Dental Arts for pain free trip to the dentist

Dr Benson is a very great Dentist Yes that is true. He refered me and my complicated dental issue to a specialist That was about three weeks ago. I called the office at least three times to find out the out come of that visit. I keep being put off not sure why but this is getting really annoying. So far I have not read but maybe one positive thing about them doing Snap in Dentures that work, look good and last, one lady hers broke twice in one week. From the post and a year later she is still unhappy. I am sure their regular dental practice as far as cleaning and fillings are above standard. three weeks not hearing from then is pretty poor business in my opinion

Been going to Integrated Dental Arts for a bit now and they are great! Having never been a fan of dentists and dental work, they make it as relaxing as they can and will always go beyond treating the issue, but taking care of the patient. Shannon is a rock star and in weird ways makes me look forward to having my teeth cleaned!

Amazing place! They are all so welcoming and make you want to be there amber was wonderful! Dr Cunningham was my doctor and she was also amazing and made me feel a little less nervous. Not a fan of dentist at all which is why I haven’t been in 15+ years but this was the best experience I have ever had and will be back for cleanings and some more minor things I still need finished. They have many options to make you feel comfortable with the comfort package. The assistant to the doctor was great and also helps you feel more comfortable.Thank you to all of the ladies there!! I was referred to Integrated Dental Arts through a co worker after a concerning experience with another Dentist. I was treated great from the moment I walked through the door. The whole experience was meant for me to be and feel comfortable with the care that I was about to receive. I have LOVED this office ever since my 1st appointment! Every single person who works here is amazing! In a setting that many people have fear & have anxiety around, the staff make it such a pleasant experience; above and beyond any office I’ve ever been too. My husband and I went in last week for our biannual cleaning. As part of their outstanding service and patient care, Dr Bensons staff routinely check a patients blood pressure before beginning. On this day, they found my husbands blood pressure was significantly elevated. We were very surprised as he has never had any health concerns and was feeling fine. Dr Cunningham and dental tech Daniella recommended he see his doctor as soon as possible. My husband is now on medication to control his blood pressure. This team of outstanding professionals may have well saved his life or at the very least prevented a life altering medical emergency!

My experience here has always been amazing! Like many, I have often dreaded going to the dentist, but Integrated Dental Arts has changed that. The administrative staff is so friendly and kind and the dental staff take such good care of me while never shaming or judging. My experience was all ruined due to poor customer service provided by the front desk Rep. After doing my research I decided to have my family start dental care with Integrated Dental our 1st appointments were great friendly and welcoming. I had a couple of appointments scheduled for my kids on the same day I had to call and reschedule a day prior to the appointments date per COVID and my kids having to quarantine. The next appointment I had to reschedule for one of my children was due too not being able to take off work, completely our issue I called and rescheduled. I would like to add each time you reschedule not with 48 - 72hrs you are charged a 25.00 fee, which I paid in full each time. I was then call back from clinic same day and was told Dr. Dunham was unhappy with us being rescheduled, however Rep stated because she had already add us to the scheduled she just wanted to let me know that we as in my entire family will now be considered as same day schedules only. I was also told I would need to pay in full for services for the appointment they rescheduled for me and ask how I would like to pay and was also reminded that I was going to be charged 25.00 rescheduling fee as well. All paperwork you sign when you fill out all new patient paperwork. I had a long conversation with Rep regarding my felling about how I didnt understand fully what was happening and asked what a same day patient is. I was told that they will no longer schedule any appointments for us unless it is same day and they have availability to see us, per us rescheduling too much same day- which had only been three times total; only one was same day! I ask to speak with a managerI felt the way I was being treating was completely unfair and I felt horrible, a week went by with no follow up so I called clinic back spoke with Abby a manager she had no idea of the situation and didnt try to retain me as a customer, she did offer to send my medical records to any office she understood I didnt feel comfortable with them and understood why I would not want to be seen at their clinic anymore and stated she would talk to her front staff. Poor customer service, great 1st tour/introduction SHOW however.

I am beyond pleased with my experience here! I had wisdom tooth pain and they scheduled my appointment right away. When I arrived, staff was friendly and courteous. We actually ran into a hiccup in my insurance and honestly I was freaking out. They went above and beyond to bring my bill as low as they could because of the misunderstanding. Every single staff member was kind and overall amazing! Thank you for making me so comfortable and helping me to figure out a plan for my extraction!

My experience at Integrated Dental Arts has been amazing. I have had a couple of bad dentists prior to seeing Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Benson at Integrated Dental Arts and therefore, I have developed anxiety around seeing a dentist. If you have dental anxiety, I can confidently say they will take great care of you and make you feel comfortable. Everyone on staff genuinely cares that you are cared for and you are happy with you service.Dr. Cunningham and Melissa did an amazing job. Both ladies are very kind, they listened fully to my concerns and they are compassionate. Dr. Cunningham is very gentle and very thorough. She went out her way to help me fix issues from a previous dentist and to help me feel comfortable.Dr. Benson and Wendy extracted a fractured tooth and placed an implant for me at the end of October and both of them are fantastic. They both worked hard to ensure that I was comfortable and my dental anxiety was under control for the procedure (prior to the procedure and the day of). They both made themselves available at anytime if I had any questions or concerns about my procedure. I called Wendy on one of her days off with some questions and she picked up the phone immediately and happily answered my questions.The office staff are very friendly and super helpful. Marina, has been especially wonderful in making sure Ive been doing well with my appointments and ensuring I knew what was going on. All of the office staff make the office welcoming and comfortable to enter. I cant say enough nice things about this dentist office. I very highly recommend them to everyone. I am grateful for their kindness and their service.

This was my first time going to Intergrated Dental Arts and I was very nervous to go but they made me feel really comfortable and at ease and the whole staff was amazing and friendly.

I had a dental implant done by Dr Benson. Dr Benson and his staff are absolutely amazing! I was treated like a king throughout the whole process. My implant feels perfect! Im very glad I chose them and you will be too!

This dental office is amazing. All of the staff is incredibly kind and extremely helpful. The offices are always extremely clean, the dental work is always top notch. I have done Invisalign, whitening and routine cleaning through this office and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!

Great experience at the dentist! The staff was kind and took time with my son (11) during his procedure. The staff offered a list of suggestions to choose from that can you help relax such as listening to music, watching a movie, aroma therapy, and more.The office is very clean, the staff checked our temperature at the door and had us use hand sanitizer, and proper PPE was used by all.Well see you at his next check up.

I went to Integrated Dental yesterday for an emergency appointment, I have been in severe pain for some time now. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and avoid at all cost, I know how important dental health is although many of us do not go to the dentist because of fear or budget or ect.... I was immediately greeted and made comfortable, despite all my fears and anxiety they actually were able to calm me. My dental assistant Melisa was AMAZING! She had the best bedside manner and warm conversation with me, the doctor was beyond friendly and caring. They explained my options and got me in and out in no time. I several more appointments coming but I actually have less fear and look forward to fixing all my problems knowing that this team is so loving and qualified.If you have reservations about the dentist try them out, you wont be disappointedThanks!!!!

So far, nothing but good experiences. Ive had several cleanings and Shannon did a great job. Ive had several fillings done and the best part is Ive never felt like I was being pressured into having anything done. Dr. Dunham will let me know what is going on and leave it up to me. Overall, the entire staff is super friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Ive been coming to Integrated Dental Arts for several months and appreciate the professionalism and high level of competence of all the staff. Their comfort menu includes such a variety of options. From music to a paraffin wax hand treatment to sedation dentistry (this last oprion at a small fee) I always feel relaxed and calm.

Absolutely Pleased with Dr Dunham, I will diffentley return to him. He is very Kind and Patience! Which I am a Big Baby when it comes to dental work. He listens to your concerns and checks them out . Just does not blow you off like some dentist to . He actually does the work himself.

Every visit ever since the first visit has been equally as great! The entire staff has been fabulous, from the care from the ladies up front to the precise work done by the staff in back. They treat you like family and for me it has made all the difference.

I have been coming to see them since 2017, and I have enjoyed my visits everytime (which is saying something because I dont like dental work being done usually). Ive had a few extractions done, and am currently working on an implant with a crown. The staff and the doctors have been very welcoming and friendly, and have helped make my visits very comfortable! Ive had some bad experiences in the past with other dentist offices, but none with here! Dr. Dunham and Dr. Benson are very thorough in their work, they explain what they have to do before they do it be sure you are comfortable with any procedure, and they do excellent work! I cant complain, and I always recommend them to anyone I hear that needs a great dentist. If you come to them, you will not be disappointed!

These is a fantastic dentist! How often to do you hear that! Janelle takes care of our family twice per year and she is just awesome.

I had a major dental emergency during the covid situation. I had a back molar that broke and another dentist had botched the removal, couldnt get it and sent me home after a few hrs. Once the novocain wore off I was in excruciating pain. I called Dr. Bensons office, it was almost closing time and they told me to come in. I live 15 mins away as soon as I got there the good Dr. numbed the botched area and proceeded to talk to me about what he was going to do and to calm me. Within 20 mins he had my tooth removed.I will NEVER AGAIN go to anyone else. The only reason I didnt go there to begin with was because I had to wait for our insurance to kick in. So knowing I was self pay they worked with me. I 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs any type of dental work done.My tooth was referred out to a dental surgeon to be completed and the knowledge of Dr. Benson and his staff made my experience one of the most relaxing and comfortable procedures I have EVER had in my entire life. Thank you so much!!!

Very unhappy with current dentist so was ready to fireNhire! After receiving a new patient ad in the mail, went in rather the phone in. Receptionist asked the correct questions and I was back a few hours later to see a doctor. The CARING and thorough treatment left me very impressed. My wife will be ch following me from a questionable dental practice to this super well organized and caring practice! Yes, you can fire your old dentist and hire a much better one.

Five stars for a dentist? Really?Yes!My wife and I recently moved to Greeley and we needed to find a good dentist. I had some nerve pain in a root and my wife has been having pain in her jaw, probably infection. After only a few visits we feel we have found a good dentist!Dr. Benson is personable as well as professional. I felt very comfortable in the chair. He took care of a very minor issue with my bite at no cost. The work he has done (that did cost) was well done and pain free. I trust his knowledge and education and admire his willingness to support our community.I highly recommend Dr. Benson and Integrated Dental Arts. Should you need any procedure done for any kind of dental work, Dr.Benson is the one to perform the procedure. I needed extensive dental work. I had been to a few Specialists who had given me estimates. I was not happy with their estimates. Besides that going from one Specialist to another was expensive as well as time consuming. Dr.Benson was the one that did all the work expertly, efficiently and professionally. I can confidently refer Dr.Benson and his staff to you. This is the greatest dental facility I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. Janell cleaned my teeth, and she was fantastic. These people care about your comfort and happiness, as well as making your teeth the best they can be. I would highly recommend visiting and becoming apart of their program.

The place was nice every one was very kind to me thats the main thing I liked I went in for a cleaning which I was there 1 whole hour and I just got x rays done and when the lady was cleaning my teeth she only cleaned my front teeth on top and bottom than said I had To go back for another major cleaning so for just that 1 hour and not all my teeth cleaned like I usually get them done they charged me $225 than expected me to go back and pay $350 after my insurance paid half of that its ridiculous how much they charge for so little they do! And after that day my teeth felt weird I couldnt chew in one side it was bad!

For someone who is not a fan of the dentist Integrated Dental Arts makes me feel comfortable and not dread going to the dentist. Janelle (? On spelling) is amazing. Super sweet, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable left me with a great feeling mouth and great knowledge. Love both docs, great guys who do great work for both my husband and I.

Wonderful staff . Shannon was terrific as always and Dr Dunham was excellent too.
