The best equipment!!!! Parked by Ace HardwareThey have the newer more effective line of machines. Its beautiful, clean, friendly, and has great tanning. I dont like the 24 hour PC tanning though. Its not fair to people like me who travel and some days I go in at 8am and the next place will be 5am and I cant tan even though its a new day. Sometimes I cannot get to another pf for 4 to 5 days so that should be changed to at least 18hrs or something. This gym is wonderful though ! Good job Greeley PF!

Though older, regular exercise is important to me and I frequent my local gym 3-4 times a week in the morning. All of the staff are professional and courteous, but I would like to offer a shout out to Kimberly and Sylvia who always greet me with a smile and word of encouragement. I also highly appreciate the staffs efforts to clean equipment. I value the supportive and uplifting atmosphere when I visit the gym.

This is my current gym and I have no complaints about the equipment or cleanliness. The staff has not always had the best customer service. But they have been friendly. More training on that could be very beneficial. Other than that its a decent gym.

I dont understand why before covid you were 24hrs now I come back for my membership to a gym thats not 24hrs. Loveland can stay open but Greeley cant 😑😪 other then that this gym has been my favorite.

I really liked Melissa because she is a really great trainer. She showed me new things and really pushed me to my limits. I would recommend her for many other beginners.

Great space. They are always cleaning every time I am there, makes me feel even more comfortable being in a gym during these times. Never overly busy and lots of equipment to choose from. Recommend to anyone in the Greeley area.

I mean its planet fitness, virtually no free weights, Olympic bars, or even heavy dumbells. But it works in a pinch. Clean, plus the locker rooms have surprisingly decent lighting.

It was great! The staff was exceptional, and helped out a lot.

Great Gym, it has everything I need

I always had a great experience at the Greeley PF and was super impressed with the way that Tyler (manager) handled my account after I moved out of state. I was behind on payments during a cross country move and called today looking for assistance and to pay off my balance. After explaining the situation over the phone, he was super accommodating and made the process a breeze. Thanks for your help today and can’t say enough good things about this location 🙏🏽

Wake up early to go to the gym and pull up to see lights off and doors locked at 5:30am (hours changed because of “COVID” JOKE! And supposed to have to ppl here but can’t even get one person to show up) I will be be canceling mine, my wife, and all my employees membership.Finally open just before 6am and the nothing has been clean weights put back etc. isn’t that one of the reasons not being open 24/7.

Tried this place out with a friend of mine who had a black card. Seems to be a great place to work out! Staff was friendly and equipment seem to be well maintained.

There is no mask policy. People on treadmills and machines with a mask hanging off their ear. When asked about it, that is the policy. I was told you have to have a mask on your head but it doesnt have to be used. Not the place for me.

Clean, spacious, friendly, inexpensive. The pillars of every PF are upheld here. Lets make sure to keep the place clean and do our part to not embody the lunk behaviors. There was one when I went last week and I could overhear others saying what I was thinking. You can lift without making gorilla noises, I promise.

Love the fact I can tan for $22 a month

I was at the gym did my workout and went and tanned. The tall blonde female put me in tanning room 4. She seemed put off that I even asked to tan. Well about 10 min into my tanning session the bed started to shake and make loud noises like someone was hitting it. I immediately got out and when I was leaving I told the two people at the desk. The gentleman was awesome but then the female says, ya, like that would ever happen. To me this is rude and maybe she thinks that Planet Fitness is the only gym in town. Just another reason to look at another gym. Rude staff doesnt get you anywhere.

I am happy with their response to COVID precautions but I must say that the shortened hours on weekends is going to cause me to cancel my membership soon as there is no way that I can make these times work. I hope something changes soon.

One of the best, most affordable gyms in the Greeley area. I have been attending since the grand opening and I have to admit that the experience I have had has been exceptional. Friendly staff, clean equipment and overall great gym for people of all levels.

Clean gym! Everyone is really friendly and always helpful. They have a ton of equipment and resources!! The manager and assistant manager are very nice and helpful! They show interest in everyone who walks into the door! The gym does a great job assisting you with fitness goals and has a warm feel to the environment there! Also their spa is AMAZING! Really love this gym!!

Comfortable, clean environment to better yourself

So the issue that I have with planet fitness, is the hours of operation. During the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak the gym was shut down for sometime, and we were all charged for that one month. Well the gyms are reopened, but not during their normal operating hours. So my question to the management and the owner of this establishment is, how is this fair to the customer who paid for a 24 hour member and not get such? Will there be a reimbursement for the hours that you are not operating? Or please provide a reasonable explanation

Charged me with randome fees. Once I tried to cancel my membership once they did that to me. Than out of nowhere I didnt owe them anymore. They like to charge random fees. Not worth the stress. Better gyms and better deals elsewhere 👌

The staff at PF have been awesome - theyre friendly and helpful. Kellie is an awesome trainer - shes fun to talk to, shes great at answering questions and her enthusiasm is almost contagious. Every time Ive been in, the facility is clean and everything is up and running. Im pretty new to the whole gym experience, but Ive really been enjoying how Planet Fitness makes for a friendly, supportive environment.

My Black Card membership fee was taken out on the 17th of this month I sent an email through the planet fitness app and I also sent an email through the actual website for the location nearest me I have not received a response either way I dont understand why Im paying for my membership and they know they are closed due to this virus why would you deduct my money and I cannot use the facility??? it may not be planet fitness fault that the virus is going around but its also not my fault either! So why am I the one paying for it? PLANET FITNESS I would like a credit or my money back!

My first day at planet fitness I took a really awesome core class with one of the trainers. Right after the class while I was talking with the trainer right outside of the locker room near the drinking fountain and my belongings were stolen from the locker room. This was not a great first experience at this location and I am concerned that feeling safe because of those l frequenting this location. The staff attempted to mediate the situation by checking the surveillance cameras. Moral of the story, keep a close eye on your things if you’re using this particular location.

The two gentlemen working last night (09/09) were so helpful, patient, and kind. Seriously, management, I hope you know how awesome they are!Also, the gym is great too!

I was a bit nervous of the post COVID-19 gym, BUT I was pleasantly surprised. They had extra hand sanitizer. Lots of signage. Masks were NOT required except by employees. Every other machine was blocked off to keep social distancing with a limit of 100 guests. Guests are asked to wipe machines down BEFORE and AFTER use. Lockers were still available. Bring a water bottle since no water fountains were usable except to fill a water bottle.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The place is always clean. Love that there is always access to any machine.

Great gym. Jake, the Personal Trainer is outgoing, engaging, knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, and overall a consummate professional. The new place is cleverly designed for convenience, easy access, and equipped with outstanding cardio and weight resistance exercise stuff that is well maintained, clean, available 24/7, and totally affordable. The staff members are appropriate and courteous. The free weight area does leave a little to be desired, but overall this is by far the best gym in Weld County for the price, high quality equipment, and Personal Trainer.

Always clean, low key. Lots of machines. I was a member in Loveland and now a member here in Greeley. I checked out the other gyms in town. Not impressed. Planet Fitness us where its at.

This is my favorite gym so far in Greeley! Theres a bunch of cardio equipment and the best part the 30 minute workout! Theres also the 360° which is a great strength training section! Theres also total body enhancement and tanning. Good prices and not over crowded!

One of the coolest crews works there, they really take food of their gym members and they take good care of their equipment at every location I have been to.

Staff is always welcoming and very helpful. Exercising equipment always available even during their busiest hours. Gym is very clean and well maintained. Switched to Planet Fitness from 16th St Gym aka Aspire Fitness best choice I did.

No dumbbells over 70 lbs, this place is apparently the butt of every joke in fitness after doing a little research on my own! Didnt know about their dont try too hard schtick til i got there and tried a free day.Absolutely pathetic- you can do better, Greeley! Im sticking with my current gym. 2 stars instead of 1 because its clean (probably because its brand new, but still.)

I went to sign up and was disappointed, that in a world of electronic transactions as well as Pf being a huge national corporation they still ask for bank info. He told me to pull my payment, you can do the same with debit and credit cards. Its ridiculous that they have everyones bank info As retailers get their payment systems hacked all the time. I would be concerned that they have my bank info as it’s harder to stop payments and protect your money with ach rather than cards. Then he tells me if you change your mind go to the website.... No thanks other places in town.

Great gym for inexperienced and beginner gym goers for a cheap reasonable monthly price staff is great as well as free personal training with their black card membership.

I’ve been in several planet fitness gyms and have always been shown around, even if I’ve been a member before. People are friendly here, but wasn’t even offered a tour or told where things are. I had to go ask on my own. Never was I told about any other services that they offer. First time being there, I noticed equipment was different than ones I had used elsewhere. A staff member came by and visibly saw I was having a bit of difficulty and never offered to help. Seems staff is a bit too eager to get back to their conversations or I even saw one of them outside smoking.I would have loved to give 5 stars, but it seems that you don’t like helping members much.

To the guy who posted above me there was a sign on the gym door that said they have an office next to Starbucks right across the parking lot from the gym (under construction) I was there today and got my membership 1 dollar down 10 a month. All you had to do was read the sign on the gym door to go across to their temporary office. They were extremely freindly in there and I can’t wait to use my membership when they open I also looked through the gym window and it looks so nice and new I’m very excited.

Yay! Finally in Greeley... Ive been a part of Planet Fitness for years and since Ive moved, I drive so far to get to it. We just saw the sign and will be joining this gym.They made me take a star away!I went by to inquire about joining and was met with a why are you here? She stared at me...I responded, to sign up, you are signing people up for Planet Fitness ...right? I guess she realized she was suppose to be... seriously, I hope thats not how its going to be operated.

90 to 100 degree days, hot as anything in there. Refuse to turn on a/c. The staff sits around not realizing it is very hot. May cancel because of it. I have heard other members saying it is hot in there.

Just got a membership today. Was trying to speak to the nice female who was trying to help me with my membership and noticed I was getting the stare down by all the guys standing behind the desk doing nothing whitch made me feel uncomfortable to begin with as i felt judged off the bat. I hope i do not regret this place because its verry close to my home at walking distance at a good price and not as packed as UNC which is why I chose this place. O yea and also because i thought this gym wouldnt make me feel as a criminal with all my tattoos and people staring at me all crazy.

Very disappointed. Having never been in this location, I arrived having already decided on getting a membership. In just a few minutes the staff here changed my mind completely.
