You get what you pay for here.. not the worst gym but needs some work here and there. Most of the equipment is just fine, only complaints I have is that none of the cycling bikes are in working condition. There is something wrong with each one of them and seems to me they have been neglected for a while. When you have to pay $40 for annual equipment fee, these things should be taken care of. Only other thing I have to say is that the staff needs to be held accountable for cleaning showers and bathrooms! When showering I dont want to feel like Im gonna puke. Like I said though, you get what you pay for.

I had been experiencing billing issues around my contract. This morning I got an email about a past due balance and decided that i had to call in and get this handled for once and for all.After a talk with Tim the GM, I am changing my review he was a complete 180 from my other 4 experiences with 16th st. He not only made sure to listen to my concerns but worked quickly to address them.I am not only changing my review because of TIM but because my last review may have been too hasty. Im going to work off of the assumption that after a year of my absence and the covid shut down 16th st has taken the opportunity to build themselves up within the customer service aspect which is great for them and for customers.I never had any problems with cleanliness, maintainence, or availability of machines while here my largest concern was with my contract issues which were resolved today.Thank you Tim and 16th st fitness.

I did have issues with the previous people associated with the gym but with the new owner and staff I have not. I have always loved the gym for being 24hrs and having a cardio room. This is what brought me back and I’m glad I decided to give them a try again. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person made my transition really good and were overall helpful and friendly.

Lack of communication with their customers. When the pandemic hit they did not let us know where they were going to stop payment nor begin payment. I went to the building to cancel yet still being charged. The way these people conduct business is a shame. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. Not recommended.

This place is terrible. Down to the last detail, this place is bad. Staff is rude, the gym is dirty, and even if the gym was clean it would be a mediocre gym at best. Even requesting wifi became a problem. No one wears their masks.

The gym has never been fancy or appealing in any way, rather conveniently located to my home. Sold the home and moved out of Colorado, tried for a year to get my membership canceled! Was told by employee to email cancellation to special cancelation email, given by employee. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone(just rings and rings), email, webpage. My payments of continue to come out for an entire year and I never heard back from anyone, that’s when I decided to leave a review. Finally called my bank and blocked this vendor from using my account.

I spoke with Tim the manager who was rude and did not care about resolving my issue. When I asked for his supervisor information he refused and said that what ever I want to discuss I can take it up with him. He said he will respond to my review just explaining the terms of the contract that was not explained to me but that is not his fault. Before going to the gym I called and spoke with a girl who told me I will get a refund just needed to go personally and sign, which I did. When I got there A girl named Diana had no clue how to help and said she will talk with her manager and I will give me a call. My mistake was not getting the girl’s name who answered the phone. Diana seemed lost and had no customer service skills, never smile. I paid for a whole year because it was more convenient to me than having it taken monthly but i haven’t been able to use it for personal reason. If I would of been told from the beginning of my call I could not get a refund I wouldn’t put this review but the frustration of wasting my time and having to deal with Diana and Tim made me do it. Tim said either way if you paid monthly or a whole year it is a 1 year contract and no one gets a refund. Just know the customer service sucks from employes to management and the place is not worth it I will recommend you to enjoy nature and take your experience there. This place is not even worth a star. 👎

I stopped in today, and met with the Tim, the Manager. The leadership there has improved 5000% since taking over from Aspire. The gym looked clean and inviting. I saw no issues with any equipment. $10 a month is the best value Ive ever seen for this level of facility.

I called last month because I continued to be charged 16th Street Fitness even though my contract was through Aspire fitness. I never agreed to a new contract with said new ownership. I was reassured by staff member Rudy on 6/4/19 that my contract would expire that month and I would not be recharged. Oddly enough I was charged again today. I call and the person on the phone was less than helpful. They said I could only cancel by coming to the gym in person and when I said that I wanted to be refunded for this month due to being given wrong information I was told that they have nothing to do with that. I then asked to talk to the manger. I was told they werent in. I asked when they would be in and was told usually 9am-5pm. I asked if the manager could call me and was told I can leave a note, but I dont know if they will call you because they have a lot of things to do. IS THIS A JOKE!? How are they even a business. I will be cancelling my membership ASAP. DO NOT JOIN THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND CONTINUE TO BILL!

For the last 4 days they have been out of paper towels everywhere in the building even in the bathrooms. Which are filthy. No hot water for a week. Equipment is shot. There is an inch of dust on everything over 8feet high like fans, TVs, ac ducts. Bathrooms are always nasty.. just dropped my membership.. its a dump and they dont even care.

Recently went into the gym to get a tour. Both ladies at the desk were very rude, and acted like they were way to busy talking to each other to give a tour. During the tour she had no idea what half the machines were called or the muscle groups they worked. The next day my girlfriend and I decided to just go back in and get a membership with the idea that maybe the staff was just having a rough day. We asked to sign up for a membership and were told I cant do that. I dont know how you will have to come back when someone els is working. Ok no big deal she did let us sign in the guest book and work out for free. 50% of the equipment we tried to use was broke. In one way or another and they whole gym was just disgusting. Glad I didnt pay for a membership. 30 min in the gym was enough to show us to NEVER come back.

How do I cancel my membership? I don’t live in Greeley anymore, so I can’t stop in. I worked with the Better Business Bureau in June 2018, after trying on my own to cancel for several months. They were unable to get any response either. I also have emails I sent in January and February, 2019, after receiving an email address from the payment processing center. It sounds like you had taken ownership by that time. I have tried lately to call the phone number on this Google page. It rings and rings, no answer, no voicemail. This is a racket. It’s fraud. I’ll watch here for a response with actual, accurate instructions.

This Gym is no longer an Aspire Gym. It is under new ownership and management. They have already addressed the concerns the people were talking about. It is a great gym! The staff is new and helpful. The members are the best around! It truly is a great gym!

No one cleans anything, no one stocks anything. The women’s locker room is almost never clean and the paper towel dispensers are ALWAYS empty, no soap in the dispensers. There has been no staff present for a week now. I only come here because of its proximity to work and home. If there was another option I would happily go there. I do not recommend this place!!

Liked it when I first started going but then the cleanliness went down hill, no wipes for the machines, changed their hours without any notice, closed several days. Tried contacting them multiple times to cancel my membership and no response but still taking money from my account.

Not 24 hours like I had paid for. No one answers the phone so i cant cancel my membership so they keep charging me for a gym I cant use. I cant even wipe down the equipment after Im done so i guarantee the staff doesnt either. So since its under new management I should be getting better service than before right? I cancelled my membership this January - physically went into the gym, signed papers, and was assured that the charge in January would be the last time my card would be charged. Low and behold, I looked at my account this month and was charged AGAIN. I had read previous the bad reviews, warning customers about their shady business practices and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the new management taking over. When I try to call them, it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. As of today, I have reported this to my bank. I certainly hope the business owner steps up and fixes this for me as soon as possible.

Great gym for Greeley. 24 hours is great for this area because many people work and go to school at different times. They have a kids area so you can workout and bring your kids too. Great location middle of town on 16th Street and 23rd Avenue. Friendly staff and clean all around.

I can call a CREDIT CARD company. Or a newspaper. Or a magazine subscription. Or any other service...and give them my name and account number, and have my card/service cancelled over the phone that day.You call a gym, give them your name and account number...and are told you have to come in to cancel membership. Then you are told that you have to pay for a month after cancellation because it takes that long...in todays insta society, to get the cancellation through. What a joke. A complete scam

Incredibly rude staff. I initially cancelled my membership due to the fact that I was moving out of the area. Instead of being generous and understanding, the general manager kept pushing me to freeze my account and pick up membership in the area I was moving to. Even after multiple times of telling him no he only said, Youre gonna regret it. As I was explaining to him that the gym I was interested in had facilities that Inspire did not offer, HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME, in the middle of my sentence! Once again, this inconsiderate man is the GM. I told the other gentleman at the counter This is why Im cancelling my membership. His response, I dont blame you. The staff are equal parts trainer and salesperson. As a personal trainer myself, I disagree with that philosophy. The price is convenient, but Id rather pay the extra $25 per month to go to other gyms.

I went to work out this last weekend at Aspire and the gym was not staffed, there were no paper towels and the womens bathroom was a mess and there were dirty diapers on the floor and no toilet paper. There has been a steady decline in services provided at this facility and have not been able to clean the equipment after use, which is incredibly disgusting. I ended up getting step throat recently and have not been surrounded by anyone that had the illness ( work or home). I am beyond disappointed. Not sure where the monthly fees go to as well as the annual maintenance allowance.

Good for the price. They have machines down quit a bit and takes a while to get them up and running again. Theatre room has been out for a while now. They need to update their movies. Womens work out section is small. The afternoon staff is not always friendly. Morning staff seems to be friendlier.

At the local level its nothing bad, nothing great. Just a gym, pricing is competitive for the facilitates here in town. Had some billing issues, and wasnt happy with the local response. But upon calling the corporate office things worked out for the best, lot better customer service when I called the main office.

Don’t get a membership here! Been with this gym for 2 years and had no issues but in the last month they’ve ran out of paper towels, machines are broken for months without getting serviced, and nothing ever gets cleaned by the employees. That’s another thing entirely, there hasn’t been an actual employee wearing the employee uniform in months. About 90% of the time there isn’t a single staff member in the building. They have a sign up that says they’re hiring personal trainers but it seems like they don’t even have enough money to hire front desk workers. Sad to see this gym going downhill since it used to be so nice before VASA opened down the road.

This place is a great value. Its comfortable and has quite a few machines. I paid for the annual membership and they were precise on not only what fees I will be charged but when they will be charged. I also signed up for training and again was explained clearly the charges. The trainers and attendants are very friendly and anxious to help. 24/7 access, cardio movie theater, and the ability to bring a guest each and every time. TERRIBLE!!! They pressure you into expensive personal training in a gym with very little equipment and what they have is in bad condition. Machines are either completely out of service or half the features dont work. Shady on the paper work. (was told 9 month personal trainer contract and they changed it to 12 months) If your an attractive female you will get extra time on your personal training appointment but if you are after them or before them either you get cut short on your (very expensive, $100.00 an hour) time or ignored. The training sheet you get is some illegible handwriting on a piece of printer paper by a college kid you know doesnt want to be there. Nothing is professional at all! Then they will tell you your membership is cancelled and continue to bill you. Corporate will tell you you need to talk to the same unprofessional staff at the gym to get it taken care of. You will end up having to cancel and replace your bank card to stop getting charged. Watch your CC info as well as we had mysterious Identity theft charges at other stores directly after they got our card info.

They just sent me an invoice because there wasnt 30 days in February so now I apparently have to pay for the month of March and they charged me the equipment fee again. I will never come here again. Unprofessional, money stealing business. New management does not know what they are doing. I have been going for 5 about months and the first 2 months were great, until the business was sold. Most of the machines are broken, the bathrooms never have paper towels, and neither does the gym to wipe off sweat from machines. Rude workers too, one of the workers scoffed at me for a question I had. I am backed up on payments, and when I went to pay they were charging me $88 for the month of January and the late fee. I cancelled the membership and went today to see why I was being charged so much and they are now charging me $110 (plus an additional $20 they took from my card) because I didnt cancel, when I had. Will never sign up to this gym again. There are better gyms for about the same price.

I honestly wouldn’t even rate it one star. Staff is very rude, personally I walk-in And never feel welcomed. New owner NEVER acknowledges any of his gym CUSTOMERS.. common curtesy right?!?! If you’re trying to “fix the old changes” then why not get the inputs of your customers?! Walk around and ask. Gym machines need updating. You have to walk around to find a machine that works or a treadmill that doesn’t sound like it’s about to blow up. It’s says it’s “24/7” but it’s not (false advertisement). Better off going to another gym like “Team Toms, Vasa or Planet Fitness“.

The number found it in the comment section doesn’t even work. I paid for this gym because it was 24 hours. I go to school really early and work really late and so after hours is really the only time I have. It’s been months now and they still close way too early. It’s 24 hours and that’s what I paid for. I’m sure I won’t get a refund, but at least some sort of response would be nice. I have called every number on their website and none of them work. It’s hilarious to see corporate reaching out with a new number and that that one also doesn’t work. This is a scam, do not buy into it.

The low prices may convince you to come in but the staff, minus a few, are a vivid example of how not to run a business. I workout there almost every day and Im constantly driven away by the child like staff. Today I was surrounded by trainers that were playing on the equipment like a jungle gym. The two behind the desk were playing catch. Every day is something new. Unprofessional to say the least. Not Military Friendly. I am embarrassed to say I go there. I would doubt they would leave the computer to help you if you were to get hurt. I for instance, almost stepped on a ball being thrown around with 225+ lbs overhead. For any owner, I would highly consider this as an embarrassment. You clearly get what you pay for.

You can tell there are some major issues with their corporate. The workers are average, no paper towels for weeks now. I have heard they have been bouncing payroll checks to employees for 6 weeks now. Much of the equipment is showing signs of wear or in some cases not working at all. Apparently its a real pain to cancel membership.edit: update- I go here because they are 24hour.. I am a 4am person.. closed 3 days this week so far.. no notice, not even a not on the door, new workers all around.. guess its a matter of time until this one is gone.

Maybe its just me, but I feel like gyms should consistently have sanitation wipes for their machines. They run out of paper towels then seem confused when I ask if there are any more. Once when the paper towels were gone, they had one nasty rag, thats it. Canceling my membership. Cheap isnt always better.

Their free fitness assessment is a gimmick to sell more personal training. To start the cable machine is in complete disarray, one cable (for flys) has been broken for an excess of 6 weeks. The other fly cable is wearing thin and probably about ready to go as well. This doesnt include the Sitting row side, the seated or standing lat pulldown, those are also in terrible shape. We were given word that the cable would (finally) be fixed this week (Week of July 3rd) yet its Sunday and the cable machine is still broken.Its a simple fix and all it takes is ordering a cable to make a quick fix, this couldve been done the same week as it breaking yet here we are. This doesnt include the other various machines/equipment around that gym that is either barely serviceable or inoperable at all. This location has been open for over two years and has seen minimal additions as far as new equipment goes. Seems more like a cash grab than a gym.I used to work at this location and manage another, Ive never understood why it takes so long when the chain of command is literally three people to make changes/repair equipment. Theyll make promises that new equipment is coming or fixes are being done, yet they never seem to come... strange.Hopefully one day the upper management will get it together and actually see value in fixing/updating equipment. Until then its just small patches here and there so they can keep their revenue stream coming in.

Cant even begin to describe how terrible they are. Going to rake people over money, and never let them go even when they are nearly destitute. And they never communicate with you over anything. If you are with them, and are having any issues, get documentation every time. Literally every time. Make sure they emailed somebody even if it was you just calling or walking in to speak to someone.Gym workers are generally good people, so I guess they got that going for them.

I am a platinum member at this gym, have been for over a year. When reporting needed equipment maintenance the desk staff is nice but its been six weeks and the same piece of equipment is still malfunctioning. After paying yearly maintenance fees and monthly membership fees I would think repairs shouldnt take six weeks to complete.

Not a Vasa employee and gave this gym a solid almost year of a chance now. They don’t even own 35 plates and I’ve always had to scour the gym for some 2.5 for PR’s. It’s been probably six months since they’ve had 24 hour service and I stopped going because I had school from 8am until 3 and work from 4-11 like everyday. I tried before to contact the company because I had signed on with Aspire and couldn’t get even a minimal response. Gave 16th street a chance and the same rude, idiotic defensive employee who’s probably writing these company responses kept telling me they were fixing stuff, but it’s more of the same. Unattended, mismanaged, unsanitary, and frankly unacceptable standards for any gym. I gave this gym such a solid chance to prove me wrong and it’s just a scam to take your money. No one replies. Notice how the one responding doesn’t even leave a contact number. It doesn’t take long to contact a Google rep to change that number either. Such awful responses by the way “I’m sorry you feel that way” as if it weren’t all true. “I could see how a few minutes might seem longer” like the fact that you don’t even have enough funding to have people tending the front desk and doing janitorial work it’s just embarrassing. This place needs to shut down honestly. “Because you didn’t get the response you wanted doesn’t make it poor customer service” then what is customer service lol. It just goes to show that even the one responding has never touched an industry in their life. In the responses defense: sure it doesn’t have to be a perfect response but clearly the one complaining has valid arguments. What an idiotic remark. I let the staff know several times about a bench that almost made me collapse because there was a nail stuck jutting out and it took them a month to respond to that matter alone, but no, right, how I “feel” probably should be discounted seeing as how I still have my face is still in one piece lol. I paraphrase here but that one response about how poor customer service is not about quoting the agreement you had is like expecting everyone to read the apple contract line by line. Your employees should be transparent about what you’re doing rather than tell people fallacies of your product. It had been months of the same moron telling me that in a few weeks it would be back to normal (which is unrealistic to begin with) but a few months later I just said screw it and went to Vasa. I forgot what a functional gym was like because of this hectic gym. What’s more is how defensive the response is over bathroom equipment “without a doubt can say that there are paper towels” good job lol but even still, no. Pretty good gym for a good price. Some machines seem to be down sometimes. I really enjoy the fact they have tanning( included in membership fee) and a theatre room with treadmills and elipticals. The only downfall is it does get pretty crowded in the afternoon. Personal training is also somewhat expensive if thats in your interest. & Ive never had any billing issues or any of that or problems w the staff. My kids also enjoy going to the daycare they have there and love the girls who work there.

I just got off the phone with corporate who informed me that a year membership can not be cancelled after 72 hours. It didnt matter that I was never given a agreement or even told of any corporate policies. I was told to sign a key pad for my key card- never once was a contract or agreement shown to me. Corporate even admitted that they didnt know which employee signed me up- but they could see that I signed a key pad which was attached to an agreement I never received a copy of nor did I even know I was signing for!!!! That is bad business and wrong! I am cancelling my year after we tried the gym out for a week! I will never ever agree to a contract with any gym ever again and especially with Inspire. Terrible company!!!!!! So thank you staff of inspire for halfassing your job and misleading people. Trust me- I will be letting the entire community of Greeley know how you do business.

Moving away and tried to cancel my membership. The staff gave me some bogus pamphlet with an email I needed to send my request to cancel. Turns out that email was disabled and there’s another one I need to send my request to. Meanwhile they charge me for another month AND a facility fee. Maybe it was a coincidence but I felt like they were giving me the run around so they could charge me an extra month. Either way it shouldn’t be this hard to cancel. How can you sign up in the facility but not cancel in the facility?

I am tired of dealing with this horrendous company. In 2014 I had joined the gym. After having a personal trainer come up to me I decided that I would join the personal training side as well. About a month or 2 after I joined with a personal trainer, I found out I was pregnant. I went in to try to cancel my memberships because I needed to save up for my child that was on the way. They allowed me to cancel my gym membership right away. I spoke with the manager of Training Tyler, and he told me that all he could do for now was put my account on freeze. He then handed me a paper to fill out that would request a dollar amount of what I owed to get out of my contract. He said that he would call me in a couple of days with an answer. I never heard back from him. When I called to ask I learned that Tyler no longer worked at that location. I was then told that I needed to talk to a man named Christian. I called multiple times and he was NEVER in. No one would call me back about the amount I owed. I decided since no one would contact me, that I would just finish out my personal training. I started seeing Kyle, who was very friendly and wonderful. However, when I went in for a session I was stopped at the front desk because I didnt scan in. I was told that I could not have a trainer if I didnt have a membership with the gym. Frustrated, I told them that I was allowed to cancel my gym membership, but no one called back about my Training membership so I decided to just use it instead of wasting money. He told me that I would need to talk to a manager. He then went over to a manager and the next thing I know 3 other employees came over telling me that I could not have a Physical trainer if I wasnt a member of the gym. They then tried telling me they would waive the enrollment fees but that I had to pay fist and last months $20 and the $10 dollar monthly fee. I felt attacked and pissed off because No one was giving me answers I needed, and I already was pushing outside of my budget to continue working with the trainer. So, I decided that I was not going back period. There lack of professionalism made it very uncomfortable. I had been asking for answers for years by now and still NO ONE could tell me how much I still owed in personal training. Now its 2016, and I called again to talk to Christian and surprise they now had another Manager named Nick. When I reached Nick, I told him how I felt attacked by his staff and that I have been asking for YEARS about a price. He apologized and said that he was going to find out the amount and get right back to me. I had high hopes for him, this was on 6-22-16. I did not hear anything back from him so on 7-1-16 I called again. I was told that Nick was not in. Tired of them taking my money out for trainings I was NOT getting I canceled my card that was on file. On 7-11-16 I called to speak to Nick again and was told that he was in and to hold on a second. When he came back on the phone he asked who was calling. I said that it was Lisa. Immediately he told me oh well, Nick isnt in, and wont be in until 4, so call back then. How was he there one minute and then the next not? I called the gym back and asked to speak to someone who was over Nick. I was told that his name was Jason, but of course he wouldnt be in until 4 and then was told that they would have him call me back. Of course he didnt call me back, so I tried again. Jason made a ton of excuses and then said.. oh wait, they did send a buy out figure of $400. I said wonderful and then asked to have an actual paper bill sent to my address from corporate since I had already lost trust with them. He told me that he wasnt sure they could do that. I then told him if they wanted their money, then they would send me proof of the $400 that I still owed. He said he would see what they could do.... So here it is the 3rd of 2017 and I still NEVER received a bill.

Horrible experience!! Do not trust the staff. We have canceled the membership and they continue to try and charge us. We cancelled the gym membership and when that didnt work we canceled the credit card on the account. They have even turned us over to a collection agency and not reported the payments to the agency. The collection agency says we owe $60, when I have a cancellation paper from Aspire with balance due $0 written on it.

For what it is worth, this review is coming from a current personal trainer and previous manager of one of the top gyms in the country. I workout 6 days a week at 3-4 hours a day, Id like to think I know how a proper gym should run. I could never in good faith recommend this gym. From the very unprofessional staff to the basically unsanitary conditions of the entire gym this place is not even worth the cheap fees for belonging. More equipment is broken and unusable than is ever working, even though you can see that its something small that could be fixed in about a minutes time. The treadmills have never been taken apart and cleaned so they smell like decay. Im sorry to be blunt but as humans we do shed skin and hair when active and all of that gets trapped in and under the housing. Garbage cans overflowing restroom stalls either broken or on permanent vacation. Bugs crawling everywhere, and yes, I said bugs. Lets move on to the staff, shall we? Where to even begin? I have never been treated so horribly at any gym I have ever been. As soon as I reach the most difficult part of my workout inevitably a staff member comes up to ask how its going, usually shoveling food in to their gob. Seems harsh but anyone that has ever combined a strenuous workout and meal plan can attest, that IS harsh to do to someone who has sweat pooling off of them with headphones at max. I would highly doubt that most of the desk staff actually works out at all therefore their judging and gossiping about gym goers seems even more inappropriate. I think it is unbelievable how rude and condescending the staff is. I should not have to wait to ask a question until you are done flirting with each other or making fun of others. On to the payment part of this review. Your will never be able to cancel. Even after satisfying all of their requirements for termination I was still being charged every month for close to 6 months after cancelling. When I called to inquire as to why, I was rudely told that the staff doesnt do that type of thing that its the managers fault that the account wasnt cancelled. Weird that the staff doesnt handle any email as they are always on the computer, (or playing around on the equipment like a playground). The best experience I have had at this gym is spending the monthly fees to NOT GO! Believe me, you will be much better off paying a little more to another gym that is not ran by immature children that have no idea what a well appointed gym should be ran like. This gym has the potential to be a great place, if more than half the equipment werent always down and the staff werent quite so immature.

My son went in and tried to get a membership but didnt have the $ for the start up fee. They said he could come back anytime but since then they keep trying to charge MY card. I called, they said he would have to go in, he went in, they said they didnt have a membership and it wouldnt happen again. Today two more attempts for two different amounts. And now no one answers their phone! Guess its time to make another trip. Not going to be a good one either.

These people are only out to make a buck. The gym is very small and there isn’t enough equipment. I worked with a personal trainer and if a machine or bench wasn’t free there wasn’t enough time to wait for it to become available. The trainers are arrogant and controlling. They think thought they knew my body better than I did and weren’t open to my suggestions. For instance, I have knee problems and need to limit my cardio and avoid certain exercises to help minimize discomfort however, the trainers I worked with were convinced that if I didn’t do enough cardio then I wasn’t going make adequate progress. They also insisted that I do certain exercises that made me uncomfortable and told me that I needed to do them in order to meet the goals that they had set for me. I’ve been working out for a long time and have found that modifying my exercising routine by avoiding things that agrevate my knees does not prevent me from reaching my goals. Since I have a busy life and was focused on school at the time my agenda was not to lose weight but instead get stronger however, the trainers I worked with felt the need to pressure me into believing that weight loss needed to be my primary concern. This was very insensitive. And if I arrived a few minutes late for a session they counted it against me regardless of whether or not they had a client coming afterwards. Also I followed their instructions for canceling my membership and I got a confirmation email documenting my cancelation but the company still preceded to charge my account for six months after the membership was canceled. The people who handle membership billing are conveniently impossible to get ahold of (read: it seems like they never answer the phone). And when I initially asked the manager at the gym for assistance he said he was not able to do anything because the staff at the gym don’t handle billing. My experience was quite horrible and although I ended up being refunded I still wish I never joined. Do yourself a favor and pick a gym that is easier to deal with and accommodates your needs. Save yourself the headache, there are much better gyms near by.

Garbage. Pure and utter garbage. The facilities are not well taken care of and they will bill you over a year after you have left. I called and talked to 3 people and all promised my membership was cancelled. 10 months later they are still trying to charge me. I have been lifting and working out for over 15 years. Trust my advice: Go anywhere else in Greeley but here. This place is NOT where you want to go.
