Front desk has awful customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in the door nor was I given any updates on my car when it was worked on. Never received a call my car was done being worked on, had to call and find out myself. Was charged $350 for a job that isn’t even completed yet. They didn’t have a part for my windshield and said they can install it next week. Not sure why I made an appointment to have everything done at once just to have to come back next week. Very unprofessional I was charged for an incomplete service. Do not recommend to anyone that likes quality service and customer service when you’re dropping big money on repairs. On the bright side my windshield that’s not fully installed looks great!:)

Lots of issues after getting my windshields replaced. After several attempts to fix the issues they started from the beginning and fixed both windshields. James and Joey (the guys who came out to fix the issues) were a great help, very knowledgable as well as polite and apologetic. Hoping this was just a fluke case. Thank you for not giving up and actually following through and making the situation right.

I called and scheduled a time to fix a window and took the afternoon off of work which means I don’t get paid. No one has showed up a half hour after the scheduled time so I called to check I was still on the schedule which was confirmed. I waiting for two and a half more hours and was called saying that the technician had came at our scheduled time and I wasn’t home which was a lie. I double checked if maybe they had gone to the wrong address which they denied. I was sitting next to the front window for a half hour so I would have seen it if someone came and I have a dog who barks and a doorbell so if they didn’t come at the time they said I would have heard it. I know these kind of places usually run late but don’t lie to me and say you came when you obviously didn’t

I called a few glass places to have one of the pieces of glass in my sliding glass door replaced well, I got a few different answers and definitely different prices. When I met our glass person, Ben, he was very cordial and he explained that the entire piece would have to be replaced as it comes as a unit since there’s a double pane there. Well he did an excellent job and the prices were affordable. I would highly recommend calling Glass Doctor!

Had my windshield replaced, after being rescheduled multiple times and then the tech showed up late. He didn’t bring a new molding, even though My receipt says I paid for it. He said he would order another, and come back to replace it. After multiple calls to them, now calls are not being returning my calls. They Didn’t even offer to discount the windshield, or send back the money that was paid for the molding.

We had our front window replaced last week the technician was amazing! He arrived right on time got straight to work and he was extremely nice and answerd all my toddlers 100 questions as to why he was taking our window out. We will definitely use again in the future.

The service was ok when they first installed our shower door however it leaks and when we called to ask them to come fix it they said no, there’s no warranty on their shower door installs. So now we get to fix it ourselves and replace a couple pieces in our bathroom that have water damage because of the leaks. Go somewhere else if you need a shower door.

I called over the phone to get an estimate for my cracked car windshield. I was quoted at $330.00. They told me they had to order the windshield but that it would be in the following day and they set service up with me for 1:00 pm at my home two days after the initial call. 1:45 came around and no one had showed so I called the office and they said the technician couldn’t be there and said he would come the following day. Again a no show. I kid you not, this scheduling service and not showing up happened FIVE times with different excuses ranging from weather to the tech’s son having a mental breakdown or something. I should have given up at this point and found a different company; however it was the principle that made me want them to follow through. Finally over two weeks after my first call, the tech came and replaced my windshield. I handed him my credit card and he ran it and handed me his tablet to sign. I saw that he had charged my card $388.00! I asked if he could void the transaction and rerun the card for the price I had been given over the phone but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. He did call the owner and the owner called me back asking if I’d like a gift card for the over change. I told him I’d prefer the money back. He promised a check would be in the mail the next day. A week went by, no check. I called the office and they said they’d get a check in the mail the next day. I waited another week. Guess what? NO CHECK! I called again and finally two weeks later a check for $50-not $58-arrived. I’m really not sure how a business can operate this way. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away!

Used them for a windshield replacement in their shop. Shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The owner Rob makes quality a priority and detailed out everything I should know about the new windshield and the materials they used. They were super quick and even went above and beyond by delivering my car to me to save me time. Great company and would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

First, my online appointment request was not received by the office. After calling the same morning of the requested appointment to verify it had been received, I was told that they can’t accept requests done online. Okay. Second, got the appointment scheduled for that day between 12pm-1pm. Nobody showed. I called the office to get an update on where the technician was and was told she will call him to check. No update. Third, called back to the office and asked for an update and was told the technician was supposed to call me. He would be running late and not be available until 4pm. Okay. I had to go back to work and asked the office to have the technician call me prior to arriving at the house so I could ensure I was there when he was so my tenant did not have to worry about being there. She ensured the technician would call prior to arrival. Finally, the next phone call I get is at 3:30pm from the technician stating he has the estimate ready and he can complete the job in 30 minutes. He had arrived prior to calling me, went into the property with my tenant, not myself, and proceeded to do an estimate without contacting me first to ensure I was at the home. He was friendly, he did the work, and left. No apologies for being late, or not following instructions, but friendly. I paid the office over the phone and that was that. It was an aweful experience working with Glass Doctor, and I will not be doing so in the future.

Very impressed with the work they did and the professionalism they showed. We were 100% pleased with them and they left no mess. Couldnt be happier.

I made an appointment request online for that same afternoon. I received an email stating my request was received, and they would be in touch to confirm the details. When it was within 30 minutes of the end of the 5-hour appointment window, and I still hadnt heard anything, I called. I didnt get an answer, so I left a voicemail asking about the appointment. I never got a call back.

Called and spoke with friendly office staff at Glass Doctor of Greeley about a month ago for a replacement insulated glass unit due to a cracked pane. Tech came out same day and measured/ordered replacement. Unfortunately since then, unit cracked shortly after installation & grid lines were off from adjacent window. Another ordered & replaced only to find large black marks on inside pane on new one and tech has yet to return to re-measure or order replacement. Have left messages by phone & email which have not been returned.

These people were just wonderful. So much better than Safelite. I have two stars on my windshield. The one that Glass Doctor repaired was very large and it is almost non visible, unlike Safelites which was a 3rd the size and was not fixed properly. After they botched the job they apologized and could not go back and do it properly.

I had my Kia Optima’s windshield done here and it is absolutely perfect. I am very happy with the results. The staff is so very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I have worked with Richard, Roberto, Dusty, Larry, and Dillan, as well as the Office Manager Kayla and the owner Bret. They have all made me feel very at ease with the whole process of getting my windshield done.

Was recommended by a friend to come by. I had a crack on my windshield and wanted to get it fixed a couple of days before I left town just to be safe. They were SUPER accommodating and fit me in right before my long road trip, which saved me a lot of hassle, especially given the fact that I was going to drive all the way out to California. We arrived to their store, and was received promptly. After we dropped our car off, we were hoping to get some caffeine while we planned our trip out. The owner generously offered to take us to the closeby coffee shop. Not only that, he even picked us up right after he was done with our car! We left not only with smiling faces and a brand new windshield, but also with happy hearts and a complimentary glass cleaner spray! Love this place and the people that work there!

I highly recommend Glass Doctor. I had to break a double pane window after locking myself on my patio. I called and they were at my house within 45 minutes! I called another company and they told me I would have to take the glass frame out and bring it to them. This is not an easy process and could be dangerous. Nate and the other gentleman removed all of the glass, inside and outside, even vacuumed the glass off of my couch! They covered the window in heavy cardboard that they encased in plastic in case of rain. They ordered the glass and were back at my house in 4 business days to put the new glass in. And even washed the top and bottom window! Definitely call Glass Doctor for all of your glass needs!

I would recommend Glass Doctor. They were prompt and professional. We had a window lock that was broken, they came out the same day we called, investigated the problem and solved it all in a day. They were very affordable too.

Prompt and friendly, but only offered to replace entire house window. Said a pane of glass cant be replaced, which I know is false. Ill go to another place with measurements and have it made.
