The guy that did my nails was absolutely terrible. He rushed. He didn’t check if my nail lengths were even. He wouldn’t even let me pick the length of them. I have blue spots in one of my white nails. They are clumpy and all uneven. He just kept using the file on them and wasn’t even paying attention to the length or what they looked like. He was also very aggressive when using the file. He also didn’t apply nail polish on to my whole nail. As I was reading the previous reviews it sounds like I’m not the only one.

The guy who did my nails was so awfully rude! I tried to take my sister for a nice day out and I was very disappointed. The guy got seemingly angry with me because I asked if his utensils were clean (they clearly were not) and it’s almost as if he intentionally was being rough with me afterwards. It was a painful experience, this place is NOT clean, and they charged me 60$ for my nails and I got them done last week. I do not suggest going here. If you want nails that are done right and friendly staff, this is not the place for you.

I was disappointed in how I was felt rushed. The polish on my toes was well done but very little time was taken on my calluses. The polish for my nails mustve been old because it just didnt want to dry because it was so think. Even went back to have a nail redone within minutes and it took three tries to get it right...

Absolutely horrible place! Everyone was super rude! Left residue all over my hands, left me in acetone for 40 minutes, and hurt me with the electric drill on all fingers. 3 of my fingers were left with open cuts! Wouldnt even let them finish! NAIL CLUB is so much better and took such good care of me after the botch job the Nails and Spa did.

My appointment was for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. When I got there they were so busy that I knew that was not going to happen. I opted for just a manicure. They did get to me fairly quick, 5 to 10 min wait past appointment time. Not to bad. At one point they had 12 customers and only 3 people working. My problem is with the manicure itself. Took the guy about 15 minutes 20 at the most for the whole thing. A good manicure with Gel nail polish usually takes 50 minutes and last for 2 weeks. Not this one, 20 minutes and lasted 6 days. But still cost the same amount as a regular manicure. They never even scraped under the nails. So I’ll be trying out other places in Great Falls. Sorry guys you only get a first impression once.

My nails have black dirt crumbs in them. Hair in them. Lumpy application & different, uneven nails.

The cost was amazing, and the lady who applied the full set did a great job. My only complaint was when I went back in to get them removed. Instead of soaking them in acetone and drilling them off, the guy used a guitar pick like thing and ripped them off. It hurt a lot, and my nails were more damaged than usual. Would recommend going somewhere else for removal, or being careful who you book with.

These lovely people make sure you are feeling comfortable and deserve the utmost respect. They also did the best job on my nails and Ive never liked my nails before this.

I am not one to ever do a review in general let alone a low star one. I went in today to get my friend and is nails done. I knew from the beginning it was going to be bad.He didnt ask me what shape I wanted and he used the same size nail for 3 of my 5 fingers in each hand without even making sure they fit my nails all the way.He didnt make sure the lengths were correct and he was rough and did a speedy job. Ive always had an amazing experience here and never had any issues. The ladies were wonderful! However, yesterday I had a gentleman do my nails. Ive never had such a painful and awful experience! My nails are all different lengths, shapes, and different thicknesses. He did no cuticle care and instead just sand paper them off which caused 5 of my fingers to become raw and bleed! If you do go here do not let the gentleman touch you! He just cares about rushing to get you out the door! He didnt even tell me that he was done just got up and left me sitting there for 5 minutes before someone told me he was done. All of that torture cost me horrible nails, bleeding/raw cuticles, and 55 dollars. I hope to go in there and get dull refund once they see the damage that was caused.

Wow! What a great hidden gem of a salon. I had a delightful time.The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. They quickly ushered me to a pedicure chair and helped me remove my shoes. The water temperature was very warm and relaxing, the essential oils in the water were calming, and the pedicurist was kind and attentive.When I asked for the spa menu, I saw that a deluxe pedicure (includes Soak, scrub, massage, hot stones, oil treatment, parrafin and hot towel service, and polish) was only $50! I told her I was looking forward to receiving the full experience and the pedicurist truly went above and beyond. I spent most of my time with my eyes closed and felt so relaxed.I will recommend this salon to all my friends!

Just don’t. I am normally not too picky with my nails, but this was just a waste of time and money. I asked for a simple manicure, and ended up with an uneven file job and hangnails.

My normal nail shop was too busy for a walk in so I went here. They got me in right away and did an amazing job. A little more pricey than my normal place but totally worth it.

My nail tech did exactly as I asked her to do and took extra time to get it just the way I wanted, She was wonderful I am going to include a picture if I can.

I used to go all the time but the service went down hill fast. Yesterday my daughter went to get her nails done for prom (I was at work and did not know) she showed a pic of what she wanted the lady said ok and as she was going my daughter told her thats not how she wanted it and showed the pic again. The lady looked at her and said No those will not look good you would be ugly and refused to do them the way my daughter wanted. She only got her nails and eyebrows done and was charged $80 way over the price.

I hate to be this person and never leave reviews but you should not go here. This place was extremely unclean which I thought was strange since there were about 4 workers sitting on their phones. It was impossible to communicate what I wanted. Needless to say I didn’t get what I asked for, they just did what they wanted regardless what I said. I felt rushed and oddly enough disliked. Lesson learned.

It doesnt even deserve a star. Dont make the same mistake I did of not consider previous reviews. He filed one of my toenails to bleed... I could see the boundary line on each toenail. After think it twice on getting my manicure done that same day, I specify him not to file my fingernails and he insisted... He didnt but cut the cuticle twice anyway. Please dont go to this place!

Was in Great Falls for business and will be back next time. It was inside the kind-of-depressing mall, so you won’t see a street facing entrance. The nail artist was very kind and did a great job. Chose the matte finish. I work with my hands, so have to keep them polished. 💎🤩

I hate being this person and I rarely write reviews but literally GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Terrible service, overcharged. I would highly recommend Fancy Nails but had a giftcard to this spa. Wish I would have tossed in the trash rather than get my nails and cuticles wrecked at this establishment.

A friend and I came in last week after work for pedicures. No where was there any signage displayed asking or requesting that masks be wornMore than half way through our service, a lady got up and gave us 2 sandwich bags with a cloth mask in each. We put the mask on, when it came time to pay, we were informed that we were being charged $2 extra because they gave us a mask. This charge should have been mentioned up front as we had masks in our car. Felt a bit swindled. The service we received as far as the pedicure goes was excellent but the sneaky extra charge left a bad taste in our mouths. If you are going to provide masks be up front with the customers regarding cost and expectations.RESPONSE TO OWNER: We had no problem wearing a mask or paying for said mask. What we did have a problem with was NO signage requiring a mask be worn or that there was a charge for one if provided. If the cost was disclosed up front, it would not have bothered us so much. Please have enough respect for your customers to disclose ALL costs. The disrespectful response of you as the owner, has lost you a potential future customer.

If you have Rachel do your nails she does a great job. Since she has been gone on vacation I have been back twice and won’t return staff is rude and the quality of nails is not great (two nails fell off in two weeks) I have been a customer for 5 years and went somewhere else finally and realized how poorly this salon is you can go literally anywhere else and get better nails. Didn’t honor appointment that was made and it seems dirty compared to others. I drive over an hour to get my nails done and I don’t feel like they appreciate my business.

There is gel polish on the skin near the nails and they’re nothing like what I described I wanted. The employees are very kind though. Just won’t be coming again.

The woman I got was so rude and didnt perform the whole manicure she only did the essentials with painting the nails and didnt even do a great job at that, for Montana the nails looked relatively decent, but she didnt cut my cuticles, apply lotion, clean under the finger nails and the tools were dirty. Yes, theyre relatively cheap, but its cheap for a reason. I really cant get over how rude she was and I can typically understand foreign accents, but this woman in particular had extremely broken English and couldnt even explain the prices to me, yet kept trying to make me pay more. At the end she said go wash your hands with soap no thank you no have a nice day, nothing, so unprofessional. Alsothe thumb nail wasnt painted all the way and she left dead skin all over my fingers from yanking out my hang nails so hard and my tips werent even, some are much thicker than others, she was rough and I felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable, Ive never in my life been to a nail salon this bad, awful.

In great falls from Oklahoma visiting with family, needed a fill so I found this place, I always get gel polish because it lasts forever! NOT this time! The black polish I asked for didn’t dry all the way and was bumpy as heck, by the time I found the keys to my truck in my purse the polish was a reck!!!! One of my nails was so thin it has already broke, thanks for making my nails look like a reck! I’m so disappointed and feel like I wasted my money!!! And now I have to get my nails redone not even a week later!!!

Asked if they had time for a walk-in for a full set they said come back in an hour and I did, that was fine but when I came back I felt very rushed and she seemed annoyed with what I was asking for which wasnt a crazy request either and when she started she was moving very fast like she was in a hurry and about 10 minutes into her starting my nails she had someone come in for an appointment and she said she would be with them in about 10 minutes and I was confused because I knew it would take longer but no she rushed through the whole thing and I told her I was getting my nails done for my wedding and we were leaving to hawaii in the morning and she didnt put any effort into them yes they look okay other than they are chunky looking and un even thicknesses. Over all they were not worth the price.

I just moved to Great Falls and I needed to find a new salon. I’m not really picky about what my nails look like until I tried this place. I had two of my nails break off and my thumb and needed new ones put on. Instead of glueing on a new nail on, the women who did my nails just went over them with powder and now they are uneven from the rest. I asked for her to file them so they are even and she didn’t understand so I ended up leaving with uneven nails. I was pretty upset since it cost $75 for nails that I wasn’t happy with.

Nails and Spa is wonderful, there is no one in Great Falls that can do what they can. I have gone to so many different places to get my nails done, all of which were at least double the price, and none of them ever did a good job. I can honestly say that Nails and Spa are the only place in Great Falls that can do professional designs!This was clear when I went to another salon to get my nails done, I wanted red french tip nails with a black flower. I paid $85 dollars just for the manicure. At the end it looked like a child did my nails. I was extremely upset as I was leaving for Paris in the morning and I hated my nails. I called Nails and Spa and they told me to come and they would fix it. I didnt think they could do the design but I hoped they could remove it and do a red french tip. But I was wrong an hour later I had the best nails I have ever had; red french tips with a black flower. They were able to do what no one else would have been able to. Thanks to their ability to get me in and their talent I left to Paris with beautiful nails that were exactly what I wanted.I will never go anywhere else again!

Went and got a pedicure and she cut my toe and tried to cover it up and not apologize or acknowledge that she did it. And now I have an infection on my toe that won’t go away and it’s been a month.

If you’re looking for great nails, I recommend this nail salon. Rachel is amazing and so is everyone there.

My friend and i went to get dip nails that said they were $45 on the website but we were charged $50. the nails themselves were very pretty but while filing the lady cut me on 2 fingers and made them bleed. they were very polite and professional but i wouldnt go back

Since moving from Florida I’ve been searching for a quality nail place and boy have I found it. Every time I go in, there is little to no wait, everyone is so friendly, and they do an AMAZING JOB. I’ve seen Rachel the last few times and she has given me exactly what I wanted and more! I just show her a picture and she creates the EXACT look I want. 10/10 recommended this place for anyone looking for incredible acrylics that will last!!

I am from out of town and needed to get my nails done. Rachel was able to take me as a last minute customer 90 minutes before closing. I was able to get a pedicure and a new set of nails. She was fast and did an excellent job. She even put a design on my big toes even though it was closing time. She never made me feel like I was making her stay late. She made me feel like we had all the time in the world. Rachel made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I really needed this kindness after my bad day.

They were rude and disrespectful, they were using used nail files and nail buffers. they made my friend bleed and were yelling at my other friend for their mistakes. they had their shoes off, and were answering phone calls during the service. their was employees sitting in the pedi chairs watching tv on their phone. and our nails have bumps in them, and they did the wrong color on my friends nails, we spent over 100 and i’ll never go back. do not reccomend.edit: i will send a picture through another form of communication. but they are loose around my nail, they feel like their are going too fall off and i’ve only had them for about 2 weeks.

I went in with a friend to get a full set and a pedicure, and not only was I ignored my 1 tech but 2. They proceeded to sit on their phones instead of assisting me. When my friend got up to was her hands, the tech that was working on her nails asked me did I want mine done. By then I was ready to go. I didnt want service there. The worse part is that my friend raved so much about this place because Im not from here, to walk in and get treated in such a way. I refuse to send anyone their way or to return to the shop.

I used to love this place... until YESTERDAY! I went in to get my eyebrows done & the lady completely insulted me with no hesitation. As she was doing my eyebrows she tells me“Now your eyebrows skinny & your body not”I could not believe what I heard so I said, what? & she repeated herself again with no hesitation!!!! I replied with “Are you saying I’m fat? & she said... No you not fat but you not skinny.... 😢 I have never been so mistreated like this in a place of business ever!!!

I was on vacation here and broke 2 of my natural nails. The gentleman who did my nails was fabulous. He fixed both of my nail so good that you cant tell that I had broke them. He is the best. I wish I could take him back home with me so he can do my nails all the time.

The guy that did my nails was on his phone several times during my appt. He did a terrible job on my nails. I went in to get dip powder nails and left with super thick, badly filled, ugly nails. I will not be going back. Hes lucky I left him a tip.

I just got my nails done around a week ago with a lady not only did she give me the wrong color I asked for she did a poor job on filling and doing the length of my nails. i asked for a simple design of stars and she couldnt even achieve that and the worst part is that my nail just broke and never had i broke a nail.

I am very happy with the service I get here. Henry, Jenny and Kevin go out of their way to take care of me and my Down syndrome daughter. I have watch how their help treat other people and they are great. I highly recommend this place.

The young woman that did my nails and my pedicure was wonderful! Her American name is Joy, and she is soooo sweet! She took her time, paid attention to detail, and was wonderful to chat with. I would go back in an instant, and will ask for her again. (We are traveling through on our way to Alaska, and I will stop again on our way back through!)

Nails and Spa is amazing. Every time I go there I feel so fabulous, the decor is so modern and beautiful. Another thing I love about Nails and Spa is that when I get my nails done there the nail color lasts up to three weeks, when usually my manicure is ruin after the first week when going to other places. I always bring my two daughters with me and they get the little divas mani-pedis. We love Nails and Spa.

Went in for a fill and regular polish. It had been 2.5 weeks since my last fill. The lady starts filing down my nails, tells me they are too old and that I need a flat lay *never even heard of that before* and then proceeds to take off my previous nails. She then only puts tips on 2 of them and now they are all different shapes and sizes. Not happy with my nails at all. I will be finding a new nail salon next time. Super bummed also, because it is really not in my budget to get them done but had scraped together some $ and was excited to get a fill....only it ended up turning out ugly. :(

I believe this place is here as a nail salon only for decoration. Getting a simple No Chip manicure should not result in my cuticle bleeding. Not sure if anyone knew what they’re assigned task were as people were lolly-gagging through out the salon if they weren’t ruining people’s nails. If they weren’t ruining nails they were sweeping nail clippings and other trash into miscellaneous piles throughout the salon. The one star is for the nail color I chose. Will not be wasting anymore time, blood or money here again.

Henry is the very best. I am a nail tech also so Im very picky. I have been to several other places around town and no-one is as perfect and fast as him. He friendly and always welcoming. I highly recommend Henry!

I had scheduled appointments for my granddaughter and I to have pedicures and for myself to have 2 nails fixed that had broken (just had nails done week before). We arrived on time however had waited for 30 minutes before I went to front desk to remind them we had scheduled appointments a few days in advance. By the time we were taken to chairs it had been an hr. Nobody asked about the repair I needed, it was also scheduled. The ladies that had done our pedicures were very nice... however we felt rushed. The finished job was average. I wont be going back or making any recommendations. I will continue to drive to Helena to have my personal pampering done. Not at all pleased with the service in Great Falls!

My girlfriend went here unfortunately. Please consider any other place to do business with before you go here. After dealing with 4 different employees, including someone who wasn’t licensed and apparently 13 years old, and 5 hours later she got nails that weren’t at all what she wanted and horribly done. If you are reading this I will pay for you to get your work done at any other business.

I came here Sunday February 24 I used to love getting my nails done at this place till now. When I first came in they put a guy who had NO idea what he was doing file & put tips on (mind you they was to small and he was barley filing the nail mostly my skin ) the lady was watching him so I thought she would help him on his mistakes but nope she kicks him away sending him to someone else and starts my right hand putting the right size tips on and leaving my left side messed up. She was rushing and didn’t even realize the left size nails were way smaller than the side she did, she didn’t cover my whole nail with the arcylic or finger nail polish. worst service ever 😞 Very disappointingSharing my experience for the other women who don’t live around here and can’t just get up and go get them fixed.

I would not reccomend going here at all I spent 125 on nails for me and my daughter. The whole time she was trying to juggle between doing my daughter nails and some other womens nails. Then she messed up on the way I wanted my nails I said excuse me but that nail I wanted it with glitter and she said oh I do something different. Completely ignored what i wanted there was nothing i could do besides let her finish. I would not reccomend they rush u to get u in there then rush u out. As well as some other guy finishing my set of nails shes didnt even finish mine. Dont go here!

Both times I’ve been in here the nail people have been super rude to me and the people I’m with. FaceTimed the entire time they did my nails and only barked insults at us when they actually spoke to us and acted like we were unconvincing them. I do not ever recommend them. Fancy nails is so much better and they are so nice.

I think its wrong that they make you wear a mask! It should be a choice not a requirement! Totally turned me off

Love this place! Im visiting from out of state and was in dire need of a pedi. Walked into a very welcoming environment. Receptionist was very nice. While looking for a color for my pedi, I decided to get a full set. They had someone doing my nails as I got my pedi which I loved. Cut the time I would have been there had they been done separately in half. If Im ever back in Great Falls and in need of a pedi, I will definitely be back!
