Rented a backhoe, very durty not properly greased, mouse nest in ac ducts so ac did not work. Engine light on but they didnt care. The office lady was very nice but their fat mechanic is an un helpful rude individual.

Friendly service everytime and the equipment is always charged abd ready to go. Love this place highly recommend for all your rental needs

Helpful staff very knowledgeable about the tools and equipment. Specialty tools are much cheaper to rent for a day/half day than it is to purchase if you dont need every day... Highly recommend Strobles

I will never ever rent anything from them again they are the ruddest people I have ever met that is not the way to run a business and talk like trk drivers there every other word cuss cuss cuss come on people we all dont talk like that and we dont want to here it either and it was the owner or manager that was talking like that very potty mouth

Guys are very rude and disrespectful my trk broke down on me and they had to come by my house and pu the tow dolly and then we had a family emergency out of town and while I was gone the owner or whoever he is came to my house and knocked on my door my housesitter answered the guy demanded money from her didnt even say who he was oh ya I owed him $45 dollars on the rental by the way and it really upset my housekeeper and for that reason I am giving them the worst review I can possibly giveand I will never ever rent from them disrespectFUL @RUDE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN THEY CAN KISS MY A#### RT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE VERY SINCERLY DANNY WOOD THATS RT IM PUTTING MY NAME DOWN ON IT

Easy pleasant experience.

We called to rent a PA system for our wedding and 18 days before the wedding we got a call saying they double booked it so we would not be able to rent it. They also offered us no resolution for their error. Their service was unreliable and I will never even inquire about any rental with them ever again.
