Worst customer service team/ owner I’ve ever dealt with rented the lift to cut a tree the lift ran less than 3 hours after I rented it called them the owner BRIAN said in cold weather the battery only lasts half the day in this case less than half the day we took it back the owner Brian was unwilling to help us out with any refund or even let us use the lift for half a day never again will I rent from there again wish there was an option for a no star
