Why cant I easily use debit card? Why can I only use a utility bill as proof of address and not something else? Its 2021. Catch up.For those that want a simpler way of rental, use Hertz. They made things work when Enterprise didnt.

Have used this rental facility multiple times over the past year. Most of the times the service has been great. The issue is always the gas. I have had them give me cars that were completely empty and only after asking them to filling it do they fill it for me. This has happened at least 3 times. I have had two, including the one recently, where they only gave me 1/2 tank of gas and sent me on my way. I see this as suspect somewhat. The reason I was given today, with a new car and completely empty tank, was that the card was declined at a half tank. That seems very odd and I feel that is a way of hoping that I will overfill when I return it. Other than that this facility has been good.Update: I have used them several times since this and they have been good about all of these changes. Nicole, and the rest of the staff, do a good job at making sure everything is up par and filled.

Pre-booked a car the day before, walked in the day of renting it and maybe spent 5 minutes inside with Nicole. She was very nice and attentive, went out and checked the car for major dents then I was handed the keys. No mess or fuss about it. The car was a 2019 Nissan Altima, loved it. All around, great experience.

Rented an SUV last minute. Didnt have one at that time, could have gotten one later that day. However they were able to get me into a mini van to work out of so it worked out! Great customer service, great friendly staff. Got me on my way painlessly. Only car rental to use in my opinion.Thanks guys!

Don’t forget any items in your rental, they will throw them away. Forgot my son’s school pictures in the vehicle, we called a week or so later and they said they had found the pictures. My husband even described what my son looks like and what he was wearing and they verified that it was our pictures. Husband went to pick the pictures up, but they claimed they never had them! It even says on Enterprise’s website that they make every effort to hold on to lost items! The employees were nice and apologetic, but I’m still really bummed.

Very frustrating. With the first car, a few miles down the road the check engine light came on, my husband turned around and went back. They said just ignore it. No way. So they gave him a van. By the time he got home the tire pressure light was on. We live 60 miles from the rental place. We kept air in the tire until we could get back to Great Falls. It was after hours and we were headed to a funeral and had to leave before they opened, so we borrowed a car. When they opened we asked them to pick it up or have some come a repair the tire. They wouldn’t because we were not there. That meant we could not go home for another day. I thought enterprise was supposed to deliver and was so wonderful with their service. Maybe in other places but not here. If our insurance would let us go elsewhere I would.

My vehicle was ready when I arrived. I was greeted by very friendly professional people. When I returned the car I was given a ride to my destination immediately. My deposit was returned quickly, without question. The vehicle was clean, comfortably and ran like a charm! 😚 I will not hesitate to rent from Enterprise in the future.

This enterprise was nothing but nice and accommodating. They were short staffed the day that I went to pick up a car but they were still prompt and already had the car a reserved waiting right outside the door. Then being short staffed didn’t matter. Even though there was a small issue with the bill, it was an honest mistake and the assistant manager Tanner made sure every question I had was answered and fixed the small issue as soon as he was aware of it. They helped me have a great experience on my trip to Great Falls and I truly appreciate their customer service. I will definetly use them again on my next trip to town.

AC went out in car on 90 degree day drove over 5 hours to get it returned with 4 little ones in tow. No apologies no discount offered and they still wanted us to vacuum it. Once it was vacuumed and brought back we demanded a discount for our miserable ride home because again nothing was offered for our troubles. Usually have had good luck with enterprise in bigger places I guess it was just this location.

Great experience and a good price. I needed the car for a lot longer than I originally anticipated, and there was never any hassle. A simple phone call was all I had to make. The only negative was @ original pickup. I was at a local hotel about 3/4 mile away, but they could not come pick me up as advertised. So I walked to them. However, they did drop me off at the place I needed to be at when I returned the car. I would use them again.

The only issue I had with Enterprise, was that I couldn’t get a rental from the airport in Billings, without a credit card. I was 4 hours from home, and I was involved in a hit and run accident which totaled my car that I had full coverage on and due to their policies, I was unable to get a rental without having a credit card in my name!! I was forced to rent a ten foot uhaul to get home!I understand it is their policy, however it created somewhat of an obstacle for me at an already difficult time.Once I returned to my home town and went to the Enterprise on 10th ave, things went very smoothly. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and the Nissan Sentra I had was beautiful. The employees were friendly and helpful. Returning my car was even easier. I didn’t even have to go in the store!! Someone was outside and ready to inspect my return within seconds. That was awesome because I had a very busy day ahead of me!!Enterprise was also the only car rental place that didn’t require a credit card. Apparently the stores at airports are unable to rent without a credit card. So knowing this has changed everything!! I have bad credit, so I need all the help I can get!I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental car. I will use them again, should I ever need to.Thanks to everyone at Enterprise!! Although my experience didn’t start out the best, it turned out better than I could have hoped for.

Clean cars yes but do NOT bring the car back and have the prepaid gas done. They will overcharge you. I was charged for more than what the tank will possibly hold. When I questioned the math on this I was told fine I will not be charged and the manager there hung the phone up on me. I have called the company and put in a complaint and now just waiting to see what will happen. I will never do business with them again. Sincerely, a past customer

I am very disappointed in the Enterprise company. However, your customer service staff are very kind. I give this location, as well as, the airport location a 1 star because I made a reservation for a vehicle a few days in advance (my grandmother passed away unexpectedly and I live in a different state) I flew into Great Falls and was notified 10 min before my reservation that the whole Enterprise company, both locations, had not one single vehicle. I had asked how this could happen and there was not an answer for it. They said that they were doing everything they could to fix it and would have an answer on the same day. Now 3 days later, I have not had one single phone call. Ive tried calling but still no answer. I cant imagine what others would be feeling if they were here for business or other reasons and did not have an option for a personal rental vehicle and were stranded.

Enterprise in Great Falls is terrible. The one employee Ive interacted with seems nice. But they literally never have vehicles. I reserved a vehicle online and was left a voicemail a few hours before I was due to pick it up, saying that they didnt have any vehicles for 3 days. Thats what Ive been told every time I try to get a vehicle. Its always three days out.

Vehicle was received dirty, dirt on seats, doors, and the back of the seats. Screen for radio had dirty rag smear marks all over it, couldnt see anything until we cleaned it. Missing Radio knobs so only driver could change station or volume levels. There was so much mud built up on the inside of the tire rims it was making the vehicle shake going down the road. We ended up using a pressure washer to get all the dried mud off, so we could drive on the highway safely. I did take pictures of everything.

This place is located near an Air Force Base and apparently does not mind screwing a young man in the Air Force new to dealing with his first rental car. They took a $60 depost for gas, tell him to return the car as empty as possible and charge him again $50 to fill it up right at closing. Right now Enterprise customer service has confirmed they did wrong, but actual location manager will have to be contacted for a refund. Lets hope they do right and give that refund. BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS HERE!

I want to first start out by saying that Jessica was this stores only saving grace. Matt the manager has much to learn about customer service and can start learning a lot from her. If i was the owner of this company id fire him in a heart beat. I experience an over booking of vehicle the day i was scheduled to pick up my vehicle and Matt the manager was no help and offered no other assistants except there nothing i can do and i call you when one becomes available. Needless to say that call never came and i missed multiple appointment do to this issue. Then thank god for jessica i called to cancel but instead she willing offer to make sure a car was available by 9:30 sharp the next day and offer me and additional discount. She is the Star of that store and need to be promoted or find another company to work for, if they have someone like matt managing her when it should be the other way around.

I have used Enterprise several times. The cars have always been delivered to my office on the scheduled date at the scheduled time. The cars have been clean and I havent had any problems with the vehicles.The only reason that it is three stars is the problems I have had with billing. I have been charged an extra day on two separate occasions. The bills were corrected when the discrepancy was pointed out, but it is frustrating to need to contact them.

Great service thank katlny. The personal who helped me today was the worst i have ever has i rent there all the time to take my daughter to spokane foro shrinners hospital for her braces and always paid with my green dot card and now half to cancel cause they want forma a checking account my daughter is hándicap and now half to wait 3months to see the Dr now be cause of this very poor service and compassion!!!!!
