I live in great falls montana. My sister and her best friend came for christmas, and dropped off the rental car at our airport Alamo rental car department, a few hours later they realized a very important bag had been left in the trunk. They have tried multiple times to talk to associates about the issue as the bag contained a passport cash and a checkbook. JOSH was the least helpful employee anyone has ever had to deal with and refused to even check into the issue for hours claiming he couldnt and there were too many cars to be able to find something like that even though ALL details of the car including liscence plate number make and model and receipt for the rental were given to him. The total cost in the bag is well over the amount for a felony and a police report is being filed. Strong suspicions of the employees keeping the bag were formed from the way he acted. I hope charges are pressed and video requested from the police. All this over my family trying to make it home for christmas. This company is awful and I will definitely be telling anyone who will listen about the horrible treatment and sketchy actions of your employees.

Scammers. They rent vehicles inappropriate for the area. Tell you you can not take the rental on dirt roads. Montana has many dirt roads. No cruise control in our car, even thought Alamo website said it would. When returning, rude counter person told me I should have paid more for a bigger car. Will NEVER rent from Alamo again.

This location located at the Great Falls International Airport has scammed us for over 6K for damages that already existed when we picked up the car. At the counter the manager told us not to worry about the damages, and when we returned the car to a different location they noted the damage on the system as WE had done it. The GF location purposely didnt enter the damage prior to us renting it, waited for the first person to not purchase their extra insurance so they could scam us. We have USAA and they have paid most of it but we still had to pay over $1500 that our insurance didnt pay. AWFUL experience, no one should do business with these scammers!

The Nissan Sentra was clean but missing a snow/ice removal scraper brush. Desk clerk wasnt concerned and didnt seem to understand.
