Dont waste your $ on the vacuum, the suction was terrible. It couldnt even pick up a few very small pebbles on the floor of my car. Also, the wash itself worked OK except for the pre-wash cycle, barely anything came out of the nozzle.

Self wash your vehicle, $2 to start. A quick clean for me cost about $3 total. The wash equipment works well. The site is well maintained.

It was a place to rinse your vehicle not a full car wash. There was no soap. It had vacuums. The car was much better than it was when I showed up with dust and pollen, and a dirty interior. The rinsing was great!

They repaired the wash nozzles but put no swivels in and the stiff hoses are hard to use now.otherwise it washes cars

Local self-serve car wash. $2 for 3 minutes, which is just enough time to wash your car if you hurry.The facilities are a bit aged, but there are several spacious bays and the water is hot and high pressure. There is a change machine for quarters, but I do feel that it would be better to just swipe a card. But as I said, its all a bit twentieth century!There is a detail place in back, which I cannot speak to. I havent used them.There are vacuum cleaners out front which work very well, lots of suction.In summary, fine car wash, nothing fancy, gets the job done quickly for a moderate price.

The facilities would benefit from a bit of updating... however, the guy who manages the place is incredibly kind and helpful when there is an issue. I like going there just to say hi to him and his cute dog. The car wash (self serve) also takes credit/debit which is real handy when the coin machine is malfunctioning.

Cleaned my car out and most of the vacuums were broken. Notes left on them by others made it clear they had been for some time. No attendant to get the money the broken machine ate back. I was there between 10 and 12 in the morning. Highly disappointed.

This is the WORST car wash in grass valley. The change machine is broken, the water sprayer isnt working, and the attendant working there is super rude and had no desire to help us. We were washing out the back of or truck and the guy came up and started yelling at us about bark and debris that had been in the bed of the truck. He told us we had to clean his car wash when we were done. Who says that? The new management is awful. We have been going to this car wash for years and never have had such a bad experience. We will not be returning there ever again.

Easy to use... even though they have signs about mud... the only available stall was a mess... they are trying!

Everything is out of order.the place used to run fine, but the sign posted here says new management is in place so they’re probably just using it as a shell business to funnel money. i wasted my time driving here from alta sierra.don’t come here -may 2019.

Perfect lil stop off the interstate to wash my car on my way to bay area

Its a DIY car wash, the equipment and bays were clean and functioning. There is a detailed available though I didnt use them so have no info on that part. Felt safe which I dont always at some of these places. Overall if a DIY car wash is what your looking for Gold Rush will fulfill the want.

Everything is Handy and you can get right to work

It quick easy and it does a fair job but it doesnt replace a hand done carwash but in a pinch it works

Had my car detailed and it was an excellent job! I actually gave him a large tip bc he did such a great job and charged VERY reasonably!

The machine took all my quarters and there was no one there to fix the problem. Went back by the next day still no one there. This car wash officially sucks!

None of the vaccums work! Just takes your quarters, beware! Extremely dirty. Overflowing trash cans. They need more frequent trash and cleaning service.

Equipment never works when I am there correctly or not at all an owner has some lame excuse. As well as he is very violent with the customers that question him.
