Ive been getting my oil changed here for years. They are fast, and do multiple extra services such as topping off fluids, checking tires and filters, even vacuuming out the floor boards. I will never go anywhere else.

Gold Country Express Lube & Car wash takes care of all of my familys vehicles. The crew is great, professional and very thorough and they go the extra mile every time. My last visit one of the guys noticed that one of my wiper blades was shredding and let me know...luckily they had one that worked for my car; the prices are extremely reasonable and they always honor any coupons or promo codes you might have. We have never had a mishap with Gold Country Express and the best part is they are fast without skimping on any aspect of their services, they get me in and out within 20 minutes, sometimes it might be 25. I love Gold Country, its nice to be able to count on consistency and great service in this day and age. Try them, you wont regret it. Promise.

I prefer to be in my vehicle and have full view of what is being preformed during oil change. Verbal accounts as it happens is preferred.That is not the case here.Not necessarily a bad review just drastically different from what I am accustomed to.Felt too expensive for what I received.

I cant knock 10 minute oil they do good job. I gave a 4 because the car wash . Nether of the change dispensers work the clear coat never works!!

Drove right up, got an oil change, they showed me the condition of my other fluids, the price was so nice I got my lube and oil change plus my diffs and transfer case serviced. It was faster than I would have expected, barely even warmed up the chair in their larger than expected waiting room. 5 stars, would recommend.

The soap didnt bubble and some of the high pressure settings werent exactly high powered. It took two $8 cycles to clean the exterior of my car moderately well, so Im just going to save my money and go to a touchless carwash next time.

A straight forward do it yourself car wash that has always been my go to spot for washing my vehicles... until today that is. Apparently the foam brush had not been cleaned or checked anytime recently and concealed road debris, gravel, and/or rocks in its bristles. My vehicle now has 4 different groups of many scratches and a few others thrown around for good measure and I havent even had it for 5 months yet. Now instead of going about my day having a clean vehicle I have to spend a portion of my day trying my best remove the scratches.I do not intend to return for any of their offered services.Everyone else who frequents this business steer clear of the brushes and just use the high power soap spray instead or maybe just go somewhere else altogether.

Rude. Blamed me for their screw up, then tried to overcharge me for the service. When I said, fine, I wont bother you with my business again, he said, That would be good. After all that, the cashier gave me the receipt for the prev customer. Not my CC. Never going back.

Asked them specifically to flush and fill the coolant on a truck that had been sitting for 5 years. Replaced my air filter and topped the brake fluid off without checking the pads. Pads were at 1%, so when I replaced them, all the brake fluid they pointlessly added leaked back out the reservoir onto the engine. There was no evidence of fingerprints in the dust on the coolant reservoir cap or drain plug, and coolant reservoir was empty. According to them, they aired my tires, too... three of the tires were 26-29#, and one was 19#. Rated for 50#, sticker in door says 35#. Theyre just a bunch of kids that work there, theyre lazy and unprofessional, and Ive heard from a number of people that theyre pretty shady characters. Catch them on a good day and you might receive the service one should expect from a legitimate business, but their whole too cool for school mentality, their age, and their lack of work ethics puts catching them on a good day next to impossible.

Very high pressured staff to intimidate you to have more done that my mechanic sees as unnecessary. Kind of a scary crowd, Id like to think theyre getting a second chance in life, if you know what I mean. Im not against the whole expressing yourself through personal choices, but really, at least shower, groom and be as dignified as a mechanic can be.
