I was hoping to like this place because of the convenience but I cant! Didnt get what I paid for, whole center of the truck was missed, and random spots missed all over the truck! Im going to buy the stuff to do it myself I guess...

Drive thru hand wash facility. Lots of teenage kids working so sometimes it a great wash other times not so much. Priced fairly and free vaccum included (easy pull into) after the wash.

I go here throughout the summer...I always leave with a very clean car..the kids are very attention oriented and wipe the really bad dirt off my car!!

I paid for full service with vacuum. The person who did the vacuum did not vacuum under the floor Mats & that is where it needed the most attention.

This is the place to go for a hand only wash. I prefer to buy the monthly pass because I get a wash about 3 times a week and it pencils out for sure. The people who work there are nice as well.

No attention to detail. My car was dirty below waist level after leaving car wash. I had to spot wash it at home.

This place sucks!!! They chipped my paint on a brand new car just off the lot. The dust in my car is still there, I had to go and clean it myself, spending more $ and time. I told them no brushes on the car and they still didn’t listen. I’m had to honk and reinform them. This isn’t nuclear science folks. Take pride in the job. They make mediocrity look great! Don’t waste any money on them.

I come here often so this is an informed review. When this place is good its really good, they do a really good job. But often its hit or miss. I understand its kids and teenagers and all that kind of stuff, but the experience and the job is always very, pardon the pun, spotty. Ive had some of the best cleaning jobs and detail jobs ever here, and some that look like they did half the job. That said, I will keep coming back here because its local and its the only place that does this kind of thing.

The place I found to be average.The service was ok. Nothing to brag about. I do have to say this,it was a very colorful car wash. I think the blond gal needs more training. I got out of my car to pay her,but she tells me to stay in the car,so I ask her then how do I pay you if I cant get out of my car. I think she is a bit dense?🤔🙄😐

I try not to be picky when getting my car detailed but this is getting ridiculous. I have been here about 7 times since I purchased my brand new car in September. In fact they were the first place to wash it. Windows are never without streaks and they NEVER lift the mats when vacuuming.The worst possible service came when I just now took my car to get washed. Paid for a Full Service detail. I even asked the attendant if I could pay a bit extra to make sure they do a good job. She instructed me to give it to the guys after the wash. So I did. Total of $40 for this clean.They were done in about 20 minutes. Streaks on the windows, mats hadnt been lifted, dash hadnt been touched. BUGS ON THE WINDSHIELD, BUMPER and SIDEVIEW MIRRORS still. I mean, the sticker that they put on the windshield that indicates a Full Service (F/S) was still on the inside window.So I called one of the guys back over and explained what I saw and my frustration. He spent another minute inside to wipe down the dash. So infuriated. I wont be going to this car wash again. I would rather drive the 26 miles to go to Cruisers Car Wash in Auburn where I know I will get my monies worth.Not happy at all.

Would really like to have a good full service car wash in town. Suds bros is really run down!!! Needs major upgrading. My car is never quite as clean as i would expect from a full service car wash. They rush and always miss obvious stuff

Terrible Customer service

Its a bummer that this is like the only option in town... I paid $26 to have my van cleaned on the inside cause its hard for me to get certain places after recent surgery. I told the guy if they could just make sure to get the windshield window clean on the inside cause it was hard to see through on the inside. He gave me a look like Why are you talking to me? Im going to do, what I am going to do. I dont care. They did get it clean on inside of front window but back window was unwashed, cup holders were untouched (I left them open and took all cups and trash out so they could see they needed to be washed and all they did was close them up. There were still tons of bug guts on the outside of windows too. And they didnt clean the inside door panels or wipe seats down either. Its like I threw $20 in the trash. :-(

I go here all the time! Everyone is so nice and makes me feel comfortable! The vacuuming is thorough and they pay very close attention to detail! I highly recommend this to my friends and family! 😊

Wow. My kids did a better job when they were little. I paid 11 dollars for 2 girls who were dressed for a party to barely wipe at my car. They missed almost everything. Smeared oily residue across my car. Soap was everywhere when the roller dumped me into the vacuum area where broken and dirty vacuums were available for free. One star is one too many.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I paid to have the car cleaned inside and was sorely disappointed. I was told it would take 40 minutes and I was fine with that. My car was done in 20 minutes and when I got inside the windows still had film on them and the interior was barely wiped down. I was told they dont detail. I wasnt looking for detailed cleaning - just looking for what you would expect for an inside cleaning job. The place charges way too much for what they give. I had been there a few years ago and for half the price got the car cleaned inside and out. Also seems like the kids doing the cleaning really dont care about the half assd job they do.

This car wash is done by teenagers. Or people with horrible eyesight. They do a horrible job. Twice I had to run my car back through and you could see the swirls of the dirt all over it. They dont pay any attention and they dont care. You can wash it in the gas station better or by hand better. DO NOT waste your money on this car wash AS IT IS overrated and overpriced and your car will not be clean.

I have tried this place multiple times over the past year. Same poor wash!Went back once to complain and they re washed for free and still same poor wash. The human washers miss alot of spots on the car and the wash doesnt rinse off the soap well enough.Then another human smears the soap around.I do not recommend taking your car here.

Got the gold wash, left hard water spots on my mirrors and windows and dirt and bugs still on the body. Would have been better of just hosing it down myself.

Not worth $16. They could learn from Mr. Miagi, the wash mitts barely touch the car. The only car wash that I know of in town. Could use a competitor.

Very unhappy about the quality and service. After waiting for over 20 minutes for them to even start the vacuuming, windows etc. that come with the full service car wash, I got back to my office and found the back of my SUV still had water and dirt on it. During my wait I noticed many coming through still covered with soap and no one even making an attempt at drying the vehicles as they came out of the wash.

Not sure what i paid 39 dollars for. I have to fully wipe the interior its almost like they are such dirty people tjat ifbit appears clean they just let it go. No. Wrong.

They were quick but as usual always miss something. This time they did a terrible job on the windows and no way they did the Rainex like theyre suppose to.

For the price its not worth it. They dont do but a rub down and not even your whole car gets dont for the high price of $14.00

Car never really clean from the inside no matter what package you pick... glass from inside always as is also cup holders always as dirty ....long story short you pay for a full service and you get a general wipe down...
