Would not recommend this place unless you know exactly what’s wrong with your car but just don’t have the time to do it yourself. My girlfriend has an older SUV. It seemed like there was a problem with the fuel injection and then the transmission started to act up. She took it in and told them her concerns. They told her it needed a new transmission. She specifically asked if it was worth replacing. They did not look at the vehicle any further and just said it was up to her but if the motor was good it should be ok. Over $5k later there was still problems with the car. They gave it back to her with the odd suggestion that she change the fuel filter herself. When a friend went to change the fuel filter come to find out that everything is corroded and the next trustworthy mechanic to look at the vehicle said it is not fixable. The mechanics that work there may be fine but I wouldn’t trust them for advice of what to do with a vehicle. I’m sure it wasn’t malicious but the end result was taking $5,000+ from a women and leaving her with a broken car.

I rented a pickup truck from these guys during the River Fire in Colfax. I needed to evac. They were very helpful, flexible, forgiving, and friendly! I highly recommend for Uhaul rentals.

The people that run it could not have been nicer! I rented a U-haul truck from Gins and she made it an easy flowing process. Usually those things are a mess of rules, regulations and lots of extra hidden charges. I got none of that! The charges were out in the open and fair- the truck was ready and Covid-clean, and, like I said, the people in the office (Gin and another gentleman) were as friendly and nice as they could be! Highly recommend!😄

Recently I took my Escalade to Gins Little Valley Auto Care to have them diagnose what I thought was a vibration while driving at highway speeds. I needed to know if there was a problem since I was giving this vehicle to a very special lady, my daughter, for her birthday and I wanted to be sure that there were no problems and that the vehicle was safe for her to drive. Gins mechanic inspected all the running gear and even test drove it at highway speeds. They then inspected the vehicle from bumper to bumper and gave me the results. I was evidently being overly concerned as all the running gear turned out to be fine and the car was given a clean bill of health. I was charged less than originally quoted. Im glad I discovered Gins Little Valley Auto Care and I would recommend them to my family and friends for their professionalism, their honesty and knowledge of their trade.

Gin’s Little Valley Auto Care took care of my 2004 Toyota Corolla very well! I went in for an oil change, and paid for the $10 extra service fee. So glad I did! Gin called me back and had a number of suggestions including a transmission service and replacing both the engine and cabin air filters. Thank you to Gin! I feel so much better being out on the road knowing everything is now up to par!

Gins Little Valley Auto Care, was referred to me by a trusted friend and Ive been thankful every since! Gin is a wonderful person who runs an exceptional shop. Everyone there really goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of.Gin is very good at communicating with her customers on a regular basis and all work, time and cost is always accurate, fair and right upfront.Ive been badly burned by another local shop so being able to trust another shop took some doing on both sides.Gins really is a good honest shop. I wont go anywhere else and will gladly recommend her shop any chance I get.

All my interactions with this shop have been good. On a rainy day in March, they were informative and helpful when the other neighborhood shop wasnt. A simple problem needed a simple solution and they stood up without hesitation to help, without needing a work order. Will always go here first when needing work, info or correction.
