This company makes appointments in time blocks of 3 or 4 hours, then does not show up or call. Your time is not important to them.

Service call on 6/18/21 confirmed compressor motor failed. Service Tech, Ryan, said they would order it and hopefully part wouldn’t be delayed . Motor ordered and was receive by them on 6/24/21. Service crew, Omid, was dispatched on 6/25/21 and installed motor…. up and running within minutes. Had complete service done on both AC systems and very impressed this individual. Both Ryan and Omid were courteous, knowledgeable, great at explaining situation and through……a reliable service organization.

My tenant was highly pleased with the technician that installed the mini split system. He said he was efficient, friendly and did a super job.

We received a quick response for a quote that was very competitive, and the job was booked at a time to meet our convenience.The workmen arrived at the specified time and set to work, there was no hanging around as the old trunking and equipment was stripped out and the new replaced. Inside and outside of the house was kept clean and tidy when they left at the end of the day, all the men were were congenial and respectful at all times. It was only a two day job and on completion not a thing was out of place, the whole system was checked, new parts installed and fully explained. Amazing service

We have done business with Grass Valley Air for about three years now. They just wrapped up a major large project for our school. We found them competent, helpful and honest. Ryan and Rod Jones and their crew is a delight to work with. We do not think of even asking any further quotes from anyone anymore as we trust them to be the best in the industry. When the owner (Rod) showed up on our job to look at it, the first thing I noticed was a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. I didnt give it much thought until he came back again (two hours late) to get his crew started and at that time I smelled it again. I mentioned this to the homeowner and he agreed that he had smelled it both times as well. We were a little concerned about this! The two man crew (one experienced and one inexperienced) worked a couple of hours and then took ah hour and a half lunch, finishing up the five hour day at about 4:00. The next day, no one showed up on the job and they finally called at about 1:00 to tell us they werent coming. The next day (Friday) no one showed up at all and there was no phone call from Grass Valley Air. The lack of communication on the part of Grass Valley Air was an obvious concern and caused us to have to change work plans on those days resulting in lost time and money for other people involved on the job. I have been in the construction industry for 30 years and have never witnessed such unprofessional service. They have a great sales pitch but unfortunately cannot back it up with quality service. I would definitely urge anyone who may be considering using this company to think twice about it. The reviews speak for themselves! I hope the owner (Rod) considers getting help for his drinking. It is obviously affecting his business in a negative way. It may also be helpful for Rod to consider honesty and integrity as fundamental business practices. Clearly from our experience, he lacks both virtues.

What a great company. I called and said my heater wasnt working and literally 10 minutes later Kevin was at my property to service our heater. Very professional, very quick, tidy and most importantly an hour after I called to schedule service I had heat! I was so amazed by the company and will definitely reccomend them to anyone in need of service.
