After hours of trying to find a technician elsewhere, only to be told they didnt have availability until next week, she went above and beyond to help with my situation and sent one out the SAME DAY! Wow, talk about rude on the phone! And apparently F⁰c( you if you buy an online mini split and just want them to come add refrigerant. But if you have an ancient unit they will service the fire hazard. I will never give a place like this my business. We only service what we install which by the way will procost you 5k more than I spent.

The office personnel were extremely helpful. And Robert, our technician, was very knowledgeable although our radiant heat system is about 13 years old. He came out twice to troubleshoot and solved our problem. I really appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness .

Worst service ever!

Not once but twice this summer Brewer saved the day for my family. First for my mother when her air went out with my father on hospice at home and next for my 88 year old grandma in the 100 degree heat, both times they came out same day and fixed both! Thank you Brewer for your fast and efficient help you saved the day!

Had a distasteful experience today with Brewer. Their phone operator was quite short and irritable with me on the phone when I was simply trying to get more info. Additionally, when the time came for the service appointment, the person was unexpectedly early and as I was racing over from my office only to find them having left already when I got there. What a bad experience!
