Very helpful. Accommodating. I need a specific type of rental and they did not hesitate to provide my needs. They stay in touch to ensure that all is going as it should. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and informative. They have been forthcoming concerning all aspects to the rental. It has been a pleasure working with them.
I seem to rent from Enterprise most of the time. I think thats because they seem to be a little more lenient, if thats the appropriate word, then some of the other rental companies. Back in the day when I was a single dad struggling, and I didnt even have a credit card, seems to me enterprise was the only company that would rent to me. This go-round, rented because they put my not yet 25 child on the contract at a fairly reasonable rate. I didnt mind paying extra for the under-25 driver, but the other companies I contacted wouldnt do anything at all. So I went back to Enterprise. Ive never had a problem with Enterprise. And the guy who checked me out was really nice. So, I would recommend Enterprise myself. Start with Enterprise, if you cant work with them then check those other folks out.

Very good service. However, very expensive. I realize these days cars are expensive, however, they charge more than the rental companies located on the DFW airport which charges a pretty hefty surcharge while Enterprise is off airport and is not subject to those surcharges. The hours at the airport are much better than the hours at Enterprise, so Im at a loss why anyone would go to Enterprise, since they do not pick you up at the airport, so theres an additional taxi charge. The airport has a rental car shuttle.The 3 stars is for the service. My car broke down but Enterprise had another one to me within 2 hours.
I needed to get a rental as my car was in the shop for repairs. I had to come back couple of times to swap out cars, every time I dealt with different person but the customer service was impressive. I have had my fair share of dealing with rental car companies but this location does an amazing job of going out of their way to make sure customers feel taken care off. Keep it up!
I recently rented X3 due to my car being at the body shop. In person at the rental shop, the rep that helped me was great. He even gave me his card and asked me to call him if I had any issues or questions. Well, I have called few times, texted and email couple of times and no one has gotten back to me . Very bad customer service. It seems like you get a whole bunch of lip services when you are at the rental office and as soon as you leave, they don’t care about you any more . I need to exchange the car but I cannot get hold of anyone at the original rental office in Grapevine.

Great location and exceptional customer service. The car I received was a VW. I typically lean more to Nissans and Toyotas but I fell in love with my rental! Like my driver on the way back to the body shop said if it has a low tire pressure light, we wont rent it to you. A combination of their outstanding customer service and them picking me up/dropping me back off is a service that will keep me coming back to Enterprise.
This review is solely based off customer service. I understand it’s busy and you don’t want to deal with the work, but Addy Alherbi had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced from an Enterprise representative. She needs to be trained again on how to speak to customers and the only reason I didn’t say anything to her about her nasty attitude, was because the young gentleman after her was extremely kind(I apologize for not knowing your name). Do better Addy or get a different job.

Thank you to Matt for being so nice, professional and helpful when I came in trying to locate my garage door opener that I had left on the visor in the rental car. While everyone else pretty much blew me off or even slightly acted like they cared or even wanted to help.... Matt took it upon himself to look for my garage door opener and talk to me about my options. I wish everyone at Enterprise treated me with the respect that Matt did. The only reason I give a four star is because of Matt. And I hope they find my garage door opener because they claim they do a total check of the vehicles. If they did, I would have it now. And I don’t.
The Enterprise on Main in Grapevine provided great customer service and the car was super clean as well. I will go back there again for any of my rental needs.
Out of all the times that Ive rented from Enterprise, today was exceptional. They went above and beyond what was expected of them on a day with hazardous weather. After returning my week rental, on a icy day ❄ they still drove me back to my home. Great service and great hospitality ⛄
I have had the best experience ever with a car rental agency. Every employee has been very professional and eager to satisfy. Unfortunately I had to get a car as mine was vandalized, and the entire staff has helped me out greatly. They worked with me to get the best rate as I’ll have a car for a month and have gone above and beyond to help.Great job!!

She checked me in at the BMW dealership and received my return when I came back to the store. She was friendly and attentive to my needs. Great experience, because of her, I will use this location in the future for cars.

I was given a car that had a separating tire and if anyone had driven it before issuing it to me, they would have noticed something wasnt right. Not only could they not provide me with a replacement car, I had to spend 2 hours of my day getting the tire changed. It gets better - as Im waiting for the problem to be resolved at the tire store, the salesman there tells me that Enterprise will not approve the new tire!! The ones he has in stock are too expensive, so Enterprise just refused and left me with no tire, no replacement car, and no help! It was the gentleman at the tire store who found the solution and got me back on the road. Enterprise completely abandoned me. Nice.
I used the Grapevine Main Street location for years before moving to Utah this year and had to make a trip to the Dallas area with my daughter who recently injured her knee and was on cructures .I called and asked if they could pick us up at the airport and and take us the the rental location. I was told by the person on the phone that could be done. When we arrived I called and was told that they could not go to the airport. I had to take a taxi to our hotel at a cost of $35.00. I then called and asked to be picked up at my hotel and was told that it was not in their pick up zone. After a debate about where the hotel was (less than 10 minutes away) they agreed to come pick me up. When I checked the car out I explained our situation and again asked if we could dropped off at DFW. When we returned the rental I was told they could not go to DFW.! WE had to pay another $35.00 to get another taxi to return to DFW. I have used Enterprise for over ten years and will never use them again not because there was a issue but how it was handled. They were rude and and und made no offers to reduce the cost of the rental or provide any future discounts which would have at least made me feel better ! Do not use this location !
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a Rental Car company.From the moment I got there a guy named Frank just didn’t want to help me.I was hit by a State Farm customer and had a vehicle that was completely inoperable.State Farm set up a reservation through this location, and as soon as I walked in the door he stated that the car had to be at the body shop. WHICH IS ENTIRELY FALSE, thats only if the car is operable.Once i explained that he then said they dont have any vehicles, which when looking out on there lot there is about 20-30 perfectly fine cars.i then asked if he could then help me locate a vehicle at another enterprise, he said NO, YOU have to call themive never met someone who didnt want to take care of customer more than FRANKthanks alot dude, maybe go flip burgers instead so you wont have to be put out by people.

Yesterday I was left standing outside for 45 minutes in 34 degree weather with the wind blowing 10 miles an hour. The facility would not allow anyone to come inside. Thankfully it wasnt raining. To me this is unacceptable and horrible customer service. So before you rent a car from this location check your weather. The young man assisting me was very polite and courteous.

I was promptly assisted when I arrived at the Grapevine location. I was quickly led to a car and we completed the paperwork. However, when I got in the car, it smelled like cigarette smoke being masked by air freshener. I went back in to comment, and I was given another vehicle by the understanding employee. He asked if the new car was okay, and I said it was fine as long as it has cruise control. Fast forward on the road, my cruise control did not work. I googled the car model to make sure I wasnt missing something on triggering it to lock in. It seems like maybe there was an issue with that model of vehicle. When I returned the car and commented about the cruise control not working (so they would know), the employee said the manufacturer disabled the cruise control on this model. Whether that is true or not, the car should be identified as not having cruise control and not given to a customer THAT SPECIFICALLY ASKS FOR CRUISE CONTROL. I was using the vehicle for a lengthy trip, and it is necessary for me to avoid hip issues, etc. Anyway, this was NOT a good experience.
As I stopped and asked them to switch the car because the cSteering wheel shakes after 50 mph they refused and said I have to stop by the airport since they have a bigger operation, I wasnt going to leave this review but you can till they have alot of cars and as the employee I was talking to started looking for a car another employee (next desk) came by and whispered in his ear so the employee told me then that I have to go to the airport

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL!Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a company. We had a rental that we got from the downtown location and it started acting up. We went to that location and they had nothing in stock at all to be able to exchange so they told us to try the airports. We went to Lovefield and DFW and neither had anything. I called the roadside service and they put me on hold to call branches to see who had something where we could exchange. The gentleman gets back on the phone and assures me that this location in Grapevine has one and for us to head over there immediately because they close in an hour. Just before arriving the Land Rover dies at a stop light. I am able to get it re-started and get it to the location. Once we arrived they said there is nothing they can do for us even though we told them the car is about to leave us stranded. They had numerous vehicles on the lot that they even said were available but we could not have them because they were trucks and Range Rovers. I call corporate again and still nothing happens. The branch closes and we are stuck with a vehicle that is going to leave us stranded. 30 minutes later sure enough the car dies and will not restart. Today the insurance company calls me and I explained what happened and he told me they have a contract with Enterprise and if they do not have anything comparable they are suppose to upgrade you. So because of these A-holes I was left stranded with no vehicle for 5 hours. Totally unacceptable!!!
Truly incredible customer service! They didn’t have the type of vehicle that I initially booked, however, they called me to let me know ahead of time. I was transferred to the Grapevine location where they upgraded me to a luxury vehicle. They provide top-notch service and a handshake on the way out the door. I’m not saying other rental companies don’t do a good job, but Enterprise Rental in Grapevine is exceptional! Companies need to have their employees come hang out here for the day to see what great service really looks like.
No cars available until Thursday (it is Tuesday at the time of writing), even though I had a reservation authorized through Travelers insurance. Agent made me sit around for 10 minutes until he figured out there was no car available.
My experience with Enterprise was great, at the Grapevine location. The staff members were very courteous, helpful and respectful. The environment they created was very safe, sanitary, clean and practiced good social distancing skills. I would recommend Enterprise rental car company to anyone.
I was very much disappointed in the service I received today. Abby is her name was very rude and disrespectful towards me. She told me I was at the wrong location as if I never been here before. Then I was asked twice if I purchased my car from the dealership near by as if she didnt believe me the first time. Her questioning were stereotypically. I didnt get that same type friendly customer service pleasantries her and the other staff members were giving to the white female customer. How about you treat everyone that same.

This was my first experience renting from this specific Enterprise location and they did not fail to impress! My reservation was originally for a another location that was temporarily closed due to Covid. The transfer of the reservation to the office on Main Street was effortless. Molly, the Manager of the Main Street location, leads by example and the customer service from everyone was flawless. Thank you Enterprise Main Street for an awesome rental experience and I will be renting from them again!
We have been going here for over a year consistently just because either we needed them or because of the opportunity of a road trip. Its super easy and convenient! Everyone there is understandable and welcoming! Always looking forward to seeing us and always willing to make things right.
Great car and price...location where we rented the car closed the parking lot at 6p because of high priced rental cars on the property which is much earlier that all other car rental places. We got stung having to pay 1 more day of rental because of this. Lot was locked down at 6p and we arrived because of traffic around 6:30p. Doesnt seem fair!
Car / SUV I had reserved was not available when I arrived at the Counter but they were quick to provide a solid upgrade. Friendly staff at check in and upon return.
Rented a truck from a separate location, found out the front right tire had a slow leak due to a nail. Called ahead and asked about a trade out, was told it was No problem I would get another truck. Walked in, you could tell they were busy. I was greeted with a smile, and was told they were cleaning a new truck for me and I would be on my way shortly. Glad too see great customer service is still around. Thank you!
I would have given 5 stars but the way the extra collision coverage was explained I wasnt given the impression that it was optional. Not until the insurance company explained to me after the fact that they wouldnt cover the 180 charge did I learn it wasnt needed if I have my own insurance. Being in an accident I like coming out of pocket for anything additional I dont need. Overall service on drop was good and car quality was good.
My vehicle wasnt ready at the time I needed it, I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs. I needed it by 8am they gave me the vehicle at 9.21am, While driving back from florida the oil change indicator showed up and it the vehicle was giving me trouble, they didnt care about the issue I was told just keep driving nothing will happen there was more than 1000 miles for me to drive!, I had to swap the vehicle at panama city airport after having to stop in Tallahassee airport where they told me they didnt have any other vehicles to give me. When I returned the vehicle in Dallas Grapevine location the one behind Boomer Jacks, the agent was reluctant to do something for me saying that is wasnt their fault that the vehicle wasnt working properly, anyways they kept my deposit. For the first time I wasnt happy with enterprise, shame on the poor customer service skills of this agent.
Enterprise always been a pleasure to work with. However, everytime i get a rental, interior windows are so dirty and foggy, that i have to clean it myself. Moreover, there are times that vehicles needs maintenance done before they rent to customers other than that, i will be life time customer with them.
I have been an Enterprise customer for awhile now and have never had any problems or been treated the way I was this last time renting from them. I have always had no problem keeping one of their vehicles a couple days past my scheduled turn in date whens I rent from the Granbury, TX location but this time I was sent to the Grapevine, TX location and it was the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise! I received a phone call from the store employee who spoke to me like I was going to steal the rental car or something it was very rude and unprofessional, not to mention I tested positive for Covid-19 and was unable to return the car myself due to being quarantined and was having some difficulty finding someone to return it for me, and even after telling the employee the situation she was very rude and inconsiderate and constantly harrassed me about what time I would have the car returned by. Still making it seem like she thought I was just gonna take off with the car or something. I was insulted and will never rent from Enterprise again, especially being treated like this while making the very aware that I was sick.
Reserved Toyota Rav for a 3 week period a week in advance. Arrived late at MCO Orlando to be told only thing available was a 15 passenger van. In what world do I need a van of any size to drive around in by myself for 3 weeks? Very disappointed. Canceled reservation and got in line at Dollar/Thrifty. Very happy with service and though not a Toyota, the Kia mid size sub makes more sense.
This is by far the best office to rent at ever. They have the best staff that is willing to help in any way possible and are always courteous and respectful. It is the only place I will rent at.
This place has reasonable prices . I rented from here once to try it out and wish I would’ve stuck to it instead of going back to Avis in grapevine only because of how close it is to my home only to have them recently charge me $165 for a cleaning fee, when their cars are never even given out clean, not to mention their customer service is the worst . I had no issue at this enterprise and will be renting from them in the future .

Service has fallen off a cliff. Not the cheapest rental in town. They might be expensive but a least they have poor service.Had two rentals for a month each. Called ahead each time. Waited 1-1.5 hours for my rental each time. Did the same for my return and to schedule a ride. No ride available for hours so took an Uber. Reps were rude. Got overcharged because someone adminiatratively returned my car in middle of rental. Multiple phone calls needed to fix. At first, I was told I needed to return the car and re-rent within an hour in the middle of a workday. Called the manager at the end of the last rental to get billing errors fixed and complain about the hassle. Did not seem to care and made excuses. Beware. Better off with other rental agencies
Very rude situation, I called this branch this morning, an employee not sure about the name but I think she called Many answered the phone.She said that she could not support me at that time because of a person in front of her. She promised to call back in 10 minutes but she didn’t. I called again in one hour and once she figured out that I was the same person she terminated the call.I had to go to the office to resolve my issue..

I love this branch of Enterprise! They have excellent customer service skills! I had a fender bender recently and my insurance company wanted me to use a competitor for a rental car. I tried calling for an hour with no answer. I called my insurance company back and asked to switch to this Enterprise. Literally 5 minutes later someone from this branch was calling ME and asking when they could deliver my car! If that is not excellent customer service I dont know what is!
I discovered Enterprise had an exotic collection upon searching for transportation options for my son’s prom. We were able to get a Maserati for a super reasonable price-my son was chauffeured to prom in style! This was a huge part of his big day. Chelsea made the reservation process SUPER easy and convenient. The car was delivered to me at my home. Return process was simple as well. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish! I would absolutely use them again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chelsea and team for helping making this such a special day. ❤️❤️
This location of Enterprise is awesome. Although Ive never really had a bad experience at any Enterprise location. The manager, Brandon, is aware of all that is going on and is constantly trying to raise their service level. Brandon is very personable and always very friendly, courteous, and professional. It will be hard to raise their service level, because they are already at the top. Great leader with great Team.Thank you Enterprise!

Have always had a good experience renting with enterprise. The people at enterprise on main st in grapevine are the best, have never had a issue getting a rental in a quick timely manner. Very happy with the way they do business and treat there customers, definately will continue renting from them every time i need a dependable vehicle to go out of town.
When i came to the office to return my car i had to sit outside and wait almost 20 minutes. they would not let me wait inside. it was 4:00 pm and it was about 97 degrees outside. there were several people waiting outside. this was awful customer service. they need to find a better way, or i will not be back.
This place was extremely accommodating when I was in a pinch and had a great selection of cars! Very willing to work with me when the unexpected happened and more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Very happy experience!

This location is always very fast and efficient. They initiated a cal to confirm my reservation, had everything ready, and I was able to both pick up and drop off my rental in less than 5 minutes. All that plus a sweet no-cost upgrade to an almost new pick-up for this last rental.Although the location is very convenient for local customers like me, it is only a couple of minutes outside the DFW north exit and offers an significant savings if compared to the inflated cost of airport rentals. I would recommend this location for anyone needing a rental in Grapevine or from the DFW airport.

Five stars doesnt begin to convey my appreciation for the level of service I received from Brandon and his team. They exhibited an echelon of customer care that surpasses that of other much larger companies. What impressed me most was the consistency from all those I encountered, the valet to the desk agent; each seemed to garner a certain pride in what their role and that can only be exemplified by solid hiring practices and creating a positive working environment. Returned a vehicle yesterday they are claiming a dent as new damage which is not, the man also requested my $1000 dollar deductible up front. Really, when I told him absolutely he continued to ask for my deductible if not all a portion he wasnt listening so now he used my fuel deposit for a down payment on damages! Be Ware!

Very friendly staff! they always ask how do you like the car and i have gotten a couple of free upgrades. Now that they have partial Saturday and sunday hours it is even better because I can go rent a car and not have to spend a lot.
They chraged me $1200 without ever calling or emaillng say they were, and then never sent a reciept just charged my card and never spoke of it. tried callin customer service, they offered to call me back and hold my place in line. that didnt happen. forget these fools dont waste your money.

To begin, there wasnt a huge selection of cars for me to choose from, it was between an older model Hyundai that didnt smell so great, and a newer model pickup truck, which for a business trip, isnt a great idea. The biggest customer service issue that I feel this location struggles with is transportation of their customers to the airport. The airport was maybe a 5-10 min drive away, and when I picked the car up, they told me that they ABSOLUTELY could not drop me off at the airport when I dropped the car off. When I dropped the car off there were 5-6 employees in the office at a VERY slow time, I was the only customer in there. Any one of them could have easily taken a car and driven me to the airport instead of me having to call a Lyft. Because of this, moving forward for this Dallas location, I will DEFINITELY be going with one of your competitors for my car rental needs.
I am one of the pickiest people I know when it comes to cars, so I usually dread having to have a rental when my car is being worked on. I have been having issues with my car repairs and insurance, but everyone here has been super helpful to accommodate me and my neediness. Preston and Jason are who I have talked to several times and always remember me (maybe because Im calling too much lol) but are always very helpful. This location always has a big selection of cars and is next to the Exotic rental place so theres a ton of those if youre willing to pay more for something crazy. Definitely appreciate these guys and their willingness to help me out.
We have rented from Enterprise many times during our travels the past few years. We have always been pleased with the vehicles and the experience. The location in Grapevine has been especially great to deal with. Even though they are near the airport and very busy, they go out of their way to make sure we get the vehicle we want and give us terrific customer service.

They picked us up at the dealership, the service was quick and very friendly. We got there and they already had our vehicle ready all we had to do was show Proof of insurance and did a walk around and thats it. Took about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and well go back

First time at this Enterprise location which also rents luxury vehicles. Excellent service, best ever, the gentleman renting the vehicle to me showed me how to operate all needed functions. Havent had that level of service even at the Mercedes dealership. 6 stars for this location! Return was swift and a ride provided immediately. Doesnt get much better.
I needed to return my car rental and chose this location because it was convenient to where I was doing some shopping.I, along with my family, entered the back gate and saw that the location was closed. No big deal! I called enterprise to find out how to complete a return after hours. This location was not available for the drop off. Again, no big deal.We get in our cars to drive away and the gate is now locked. I called enterprise back. After being transferred and waiting so long that the call went to the survey without being answered, I called again and was advised to call the police.I called and they said they would get in contact with the person listed for emergencies. I felt confident at this point.This story ends with them refusing to come open the gate, us missing an important meeting and me paying to stay at the hotel close by. I have never been faced with such disregard to customer service.Its jarring to know that had there been a fire, theft, or damage, staff would have been here to assess it and taken as much time as necessary to address it. However, when a family simply needs a gate to be opened, they cant be bothered to come or at the very least call. (The police were willing to give them my number. )Readdress: Lisa, thank you for replying. However, I believe this reply to be purely based on an attempt to show people that you care after your actions have proven otherwise. I have contacted Enterprise and hope after this experience it NEVER happens at your location again. I hope you have put some procedures in place to prevent it and I hope that customer service reaches the degree that you respond quicker to your actual customers than to a negative review.
We had booked a car for this afternoon and needed it in order to go get our car repaired. However, when we got to the location they said they had given our car to another person without notifying us and they couldnt accommodate us until later. This caused us to miss our appointment for our car repair and we had to postpone it. Disappointed with the customer service.

Great customer service at this location, Conner helped me with my rental even tracked down a different car for me and was willing to swap them out mid rental because I prefer the hardtop to the convertible. Didnt even have to ask he just picked it up through conversation and offered to go the extra mile.

When we picked up the car they said spouses are automatically included as additional drivers, but that is not what the rental agreement stated.
I recently rented a car from this location and Carlos Cruz went above and beyond to assure my experience was exceptional. Carlos was friendly, prompt, and got me in and out with no trouble at all! I would highly recommend using this location and certainly ask for Carlos!
