Great atmosphere, easy to get in, and two killer barbers! I’ve been using Lucky for some time now, and not only is he a phenomenal barber but a awesome guy. Jew makes a haircut fun, and is a all around awesome dude as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone, hell I’d bring me dog if they cut dog hair too. When I die, in my Will, Lucky is supposed to cut my hair before being placed in my casket. Straight up.

You encounter a friendly atmosphere upon entering the shop. The guys in here make it a good time, didn’t feel like just your average cut that you would get anywhere else. Lucky gave me a killer cut and shave, I came out of there feeling extra fresh. Will definitely be back.

Coming from multiple chain barbershops, there hasnt been a single place that stood out outside of this establishment. Both barbers there incredibly friendly and down to earth. Lucky, specifically, is careful and focused with what youre looking to get done and theres never a dull moment here. Ever since I stepped in, I havent gone anywhere else.

Been looking for a good barber shop for a couple years now.Coming from a small town and having had the same guy cut your hair for 15 + years, I can confidently say, if your looking for that old school barbershop feel and experience, Close Knit is the place for you.Scheduling an appointment is super easy on their website. Walked in, 5 minutes before my appointment, they offer you a beverage, grabbed a seat, and wasnt there more than 2 minutes before it was my turn right on time.Great service, great company, highly recommend this place!

I booked my first appointment after work on a Friday. When I sat down I was greeted immediately and offered a beer, which was awesome after a long day of work. For a $35 haircut, the barber was meticulous and took great pride in his craft. Both barbers were friendly and engaged with me and other clients in conversation while chill music played in the background. I know why they are called “Close Knit” because it didn’t take long to feel like a regular even though it was my first visit. Thanks for the fresh cut! I’ll definitely be heading back for another cold one.

Have been here a few times to get my hair done when I didnt really know what I wanted. Lucky has done my hair everytime Ive been there and he kills it everytime, great place to get groomed. And they also have some free local beers to try while you wait!

Found Juke when he was in downtown Dallas based on an article my wife sent me from D Magazine about him doing Leon Bridges hair. That made me curious and I have gone to him ever since....even all the way to Grapevine (the bishop arts of the tri cities according to him).You will always get a great cut, some laughs, a few moments were you arent sure if he is making fun of you, himself or just what the punchline is... but always an all around good time!

My husband and young boys (6&3) all get their hair cut here. The hair cuts were excellent and he made my boys feel so comfortable, they were actually arguing about who got to go first. I’ve tried different kid salons around Grapevine and nothing comes close.

I moved here from out of state and was trying really hard to find a good barber. My fiancé recommended Close Knit and I ended up coming in for the first of what will be many times today. I was looking a mess, and Ryan took really good care of me. He was honest about what we could and couldn’t do with my hair as it was (I’m tellin yall it was a mess) and got me looking right again. I was helped by Ryan but also got to meet Juke, and a few regulars. When I tell you it was the most relaxed environment I’ve ever experienced, I’m serious. These guys made me feel welcomed, and talking to them and the regulars who were being seen it was like I’d known them forever. It’s super rare that you find businesses like this now a days and I’m glad that we did. Come check these guys out!

If you live anywhere near grapevine and someone other than Juke is cutting your hair you are doing it wrong. Juke is funny, personable, and can carry on a conversation on just about any topic. But of course most importantly, Juke cuts hair better than any barber I’ve ever been to. Just wish there were more stars.

I was hesitant when he first started cutting, every other barber I’ve gone to cut my hair differently than he did. I’ve always had difficulties in the back and he informed me my hair grew the opposite way and asked if I had difficulties styling it previously. It ended up being one of the best cuts I’ve ever received and it looks damn good. I don’t have to use a lot of product and it styles with ease now. Juke knows how to cut, I’d recommend you see him.

Juke has cut my hair for much of the time I’ve lived in the Dallas area. Juke has always been the best barber in the room and has been doing it for years. I was his commanding officer about 10 years ago and I used to go out of my way to get him to cut my hair while we were in Afghanistan - one of the times he was cutting my hair we came under enemy mortar fire, ducked out of the building, waited it out, and then went right back in and he finished the job without missing a beat. He’s a warrior, loyal friend, and awesome human being. You won’t be disappointed!
