Their turnover rate is insane. Nobody wants to work for this company because of how awful they are! They treat their employees like pawns, owner is extremely passive aggressive. Employees are wonderful, but this company is terrible!

The assessment phase was super easy and they are very good at communicating with you regarding placement opportunities. I am beyond pleased with Confident Staffing here in Medford!I have never used a staffing or employment agency before and didn’t know how this would work out.I walked in one day, was greeted by Cherie, who is probably one of the nicest, kindest, most helpful receptionists I personally have encountered.I was hired on by Tammy, and have been working under Sergio, who is another Outstanding Member Of Confident Staffing. He continues to assist me regularly, always making time for me when I have questions or need assistance.I got work right away with an amazing company they put me in contact with.I highly recommend Confident Staffing!

All there available Jobs are in a Little Note bad on the empty desk when you walk in. On both occasions Ive been there the office was semi empty, only one person working. So why all the office furniture & the enormous desk in the front of its always empty. Anyways the jobs in their Notebook are mainly for men. Some factory/Manufacturing jobs BUT one must have experience & NO ONE IS WILLING TO GIVE ANYONE a CHANCE Timber Products nor MasterBrand Cabinets. They claim to have Entry Level Positions for those that have no experience but thats a Lie as well. You also have to take a test here at Confident staffing. As if Trying to find a decent job isnt hard enough. You have to basically jump through hoops to get a job now days, you have to have all these Certifications at Your Expense. Obtaining a Job should not be this difficult. You have to know somebody to get you in or be born a genius or Born a barbie or sleep with someone to get a job its absolutely INSANE

Best temp agency ever. Went in Leary thinking they would be like all the other temp agencys and bou was I wrong!!! Tiffany Clarke (my interviewer) went above and beyond to place me some where Id fit best in and all in the same day!!! Im employed full-time now highly recommend them

I was just in the Medford branch today to interview with Tiffany. But I will not single out one of these ladies. All of them were some combination of the following:Friendly, helpful, efficient, and the one characteristic I hold dear- they were professional.I have been in at least 10 temp offices in suburban L.A. and elsewhere. Most of them I could sum up with shake my head. Very impressed with the caliber of the staff and the entire operation and look forward to working for them. Best temp experience ever!
