Micheles Nails is the only salon I trust to do my nails the right way. I usually go to Michele but Michele wasnt there when I went this last time so I went with Sammy(I think) but she did an awesome job on my nails for Halloween. Awesome job Sammy!!

I was a little skeptical about going here because I live across the bridge. It was closer to my house than my normal nail place @ the galaxy bar. I can honestly say I love it. I can’t remember my tech name (maybe Sam) but she was great. I asked that she remove all specks of gel from my nails and she did. Our conversation was great. Everyone spoke English and the service was quick. My nails are super cute. I will definitely return and hope to make it my normal spot.

Not sure if its a bad place to go to but I definitely had a bad experience. I waited for 45+ minutes after they told me they had no wait for brows over the phone & to come now. Which I do understand things happen & Ive waited longer at a nail shop. Anyways, they called me and my sister back finally and a young woman did my sisters brows, then told me to sit down after she was done with my sister. She looked pretty nervous to be doing brows but I thought my sisters looked fine so i was comfortable. In my opinion she started rushing on my brows and got wax all in my hair then gasped and laughed and CUT MY HAIR ! & IT WAS A LOT without SAYING anything. Wax was literally dripping down my face and in my hair and she laughed in my face. I still stayed polite and tried to understand again.. things happen. I go to pay & another lady was honestly rude to me for no reason giving me and my sister both dirty looks. The place looks nice but my experience wasnt nice AT ALL . 😔

Michelles always does great pedicures. This past time my daughter and I took a friend with us. We were not waited on in a orderly fashion. It seemed like when some people came in they were regulars and we were bumped over. My daughters feet soaked so long her pinky toe nail was soft and the tech buffed it off.

2nd I have came and only 1 tech is doing nails. The other two techs are only for pedicures.

Tammy and Heather are awesome and who I assumed to be the owner she was so down to earth. The atmosphere was relaxing. I got a Deluxe Pedicure and OMG 😲 I went home and slept so good💖ty for the great service.

This place is the best in Granite City by far! Ive been to two other shops, and neither even came close to the quality Ive received here. Ive gotten a pedicure, a gel manicure, and a full set of acrylic nails put on, and have been happy every time! The staff on the whole is very nice, and are willing to ask questions if they arent sure what exactly you want done! I definitely plan on continuing with this shop!

Best nail salon in Granite city! All of the nail techs speak English which makes me feel so comfortable and welcome and once you come a few times they also start to greet you by name, they dont take appointments unless its a wedding party or big group but walk-ins are always welcome and if there is a wait I promise it is worth it!! Wouldnt ever take my business anywhere else😊

First and last time Ill ever visit this place. 1. Nail tech was on the phone half the time she was working on my nails. 2. Nails were uneven and lumpy. 3. I paid for gel nails on my toes, they didnt let them dry under the light causing the polish to rub in my shoes. 4. Theyre overpriced - especially for the work done. I gave 2 stars because the technician massaging my feet did excellent - even if he did mess up my toes. :/

Went in for a fill in and a repair for 2 nails and the two nails aren’t even the same shape as the rest of them and they made me bleed on another finger, straight up ripped my cuticle out of my finger. The paint job was ok that’s the only reason why 2 stars

Well I decided to give Michelles Nails one more shot...and 3 strikes you are out. I called there and asked if there was a wait and if they could get me in and Sam said sure, now mind you I called them while sitting at the stop light on RT 3 and Pontoon RD. I walked in and Michelle proceeds to tell me they are too busy that I would need to come back tomorrow and when I said I just called she tells me they have appointments coming in...but wait they dont take appointments. Well I wont be back tomorrow or ever again. That place SUCKS!!!! So #1 Nails gets my money and my tip.

Well I will not be going there No more, I called said I wanted a design went there, was put in the chair for a pedicure waited 45 minutes and they did not give me what I wanted, they diluted the yellow I wanted then I was told I couldnt get my design after I had called already and said thats what I wanted and then they wanted to argue so now I have this ugly yellow polish and no design then they wanted to say she wasnt rude and she was, it wasnt Michelle, I understand that they get busy but I got nothing what I wanted, u should see how sloppy my toes arr
