Best nail place ever, I been going for 20 years

They always aim to please. Ive tried others, but I always come back home, to London Nails.

I went to this nail salon yesterday to get a full set. Not only did it take two hours to complete but the nails look like claws and are way too thick. The lady realized she did them wrong and tried to fix it. I have acrylic stuck under my fingernails and none of them are smooth. I have no way to get a refund because I leave town tonight. I am beyond appalled at the service and I would give zero stars if I could. The drill looked like the bits were old and reused. The rest for my arm was not bolted down and kept moving around. Worst nail experience of my life.

The nails are too small so you can see my real nails. The day after getting them done the paint is coming off snd there are dots on where it came off. Also my pinky nail is longer than my pointer finger snd the left thumb is shorter than the right thumb. Terrible job. Probably wont return.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I went in with pic and was told yes we can do that... I went back 2 days later to have ot fixed.. They couldnt get me in for a week.. So I asked for refund... I paid $33 for fill in cut back and design... I got $10 back which isnt gonna cover having them repainted at another nail place... I will never go back... Was gonna post pics but I cant see how to do so...

I just love the way theyve done my nails in the past..I still have my nails on that I got at the end of Dec.for my birthday in January and were in February getting closer to Valentines Day 2020

Great job on my granddaughters nails. She loved them! Good variety of colors, styles and art work! They also do eye lashes, brows ect. Also received a $3.00 off card for the next visit!!!

I told them to give me a gel painting and they gave me a regular. They never do nails right. They dont listen.

Great manicures and pedicures little out dated but the staff is excellent

Costed me more than my usual place does and just by doing my everyday things 3 broke in a week.

Actually for years Chaotic Cuts is where I get my hair done. With a nail salon next door. I like to be pampered.

Just had to get my corns shaved off
