I like them okay for being in town and convenient but the extra money to pay with your card is too much. They dont do cuticle care when getting a full set or fill and they need to update colors more often

They were ok, Im from TN here visiting my dad. They dont do gel sets only gel dip sets, which was kinda weird.. so its different but its a lovely shop.

My mother and I both got full sets here. I had Ann and she was amazing. She was very polite. I showed her my picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and some. My moms nails also looked great!

Got a pedicure $50 my feet still feel dry honestly feel more dry if I’m being honest. Only one mail tech everyone waiting an hour. I never leave bad reviews but this just wasn’t it.

They are so awesome here. Everybody is very nice and Sara is the greatest. Love her! She whipped wifey nails. Even her husband get down. Judy gave a great massage. MY back has never felt this good. I CANT WAIT TO SEE HOW THEY DO MY BEAR CLAW FEET!!!!! They are just good people. Keep up the good work.

I got there at 10:25 am number 13 but yet 14,15, and 16 was in a chair before me. Then when i finally said something when 16 was getting in the chair. They told me wait on the next nail tech he is almost done. Wow unbelievable I’m very upset and you would be too now it’s 12:15pm and I still have nothing. I should have walked out with the the other two that left after a pedicure and refused to let them do their nails. Never again.

Some lady spent almost 2 hours on my pedicure. She didn’t know how to hold the tools correctly. Just an overall unpleasant experience at this nail shop. Never going back again

Sarah made me wait 4 hours then told me she didnt have time to do any lashes ... I literally came just for lashes. This took up my whole day and she wasnt even apologetic ... Not good service in my opinion. But on a lighter note ... Erica slays my pedi and nails everytime she does my nails with quality and I really appreciate that!

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. $39 for nothing! I will not return ti this place. The elderly gentleman who did my pedicure didnt ask me what I wanted, didnt use salt scrub and barely massaged my legs. My heels are still rough and when I left, I didnteave him a tip and he made a big deal about it. No good work, no tip!! I will NOT use this place again!🤬👎

I found this place by accident, the day after Christmas. Walked in, I didnt wait for more than 15 minutes on a Saturday. Received a fill in with design and a deluxe pedicure. Reasonably priced and very pleased with the services I received. Nail techs pleasant. I recommend.

Waited 2 hours for a pedicure. I needed it so I just waited. Overall, it was good though.

Very slow. Lie about wait times. Not enough staff. Everytime I walk in there to get my lashes done, it’s a 2 hour wait but over the phone they’ll tell u “30 minutes”. If there’s not enough staff to do lashes, take that service away altogether. Place is pretty much empty on a Saturday afternoon so that should tell u something.

This place is very nice and polite! Tony did an amazing job on my pedi and answered any questions I had about their pedi packages. I highly recommend asking for Tony when you come here.

I am very happy with my experience today at happy nails. They were very attentive, skilled, and pleasant workers. I got a full set and pedicure. Both were excellent. Prices are standard for this region. Store is nicely decorated and clean. The services offered here are vast and I plan to try more in the future. I was wanting a one stop shop that met my needs and I think I found it. Their talent and customer service earned them a loyal customer.

I called them to see how much a full set was with color change and I was quoted 30.00 dollars but after i got them done I was charged 62.00!!!My nail tech was rushing and could have done a better job.I Will not be a returning customer.

So Sarah was sweet enough to redo my nails for me. I got a pedicure that was out of this world and my eyebrows waxed. The guy ended up doing a good job but the place was unprofessional and expensive, felt like I had to check over every detail or my nails would have ended up terrible.

Let me start by saying I a as going to Happy Nails by Sara in St. Louis. And her 3rd nail salon in Granits City is just as good...they give you their undivided attention and pay attention to detail. I can take a picture in and I get exactly what I want...Ill keep going to either one of her shops...She has a loyal customer in me...

Unknowledgeable, hurt my hand numerous times, I had to tell him to cure my hand to have the powder set in, left the nail bed messy after having other techs assist him in cleaning it he got an attitude, very disrespectful. Staff is a littl rude but Nancy does excellent work highly recommend herThis time I went staff was very unprofessional and so was Sara..it was a problem because she tried skipping over me they got intimidated because i corrected her.i didnt yell or scream but i intimidated the woman because i wouldnt let her skip over me as if i wasnt waiting for an hour already. Nails and pedicure were both horrible very rushed polish is a mess.
