Got tailed by one of your drivers on a work zone. Had kids in the vehicle. Driver should not be behind the wheels of a semi truck if you’re going to drive that reckless and dangerous in a work zone!

The work aka truck driver I had a run in with was a junkie.it makes me sad to know they have employees that can and do use drugs .when I asked this man if he thought it was safe to put everyone driven around him at risk just so his sniping load will be on time he saidI do it everyday,and I want hurt anyone yet. I cant believe this is acceptable.

If you like to run and not be babysat then this is the place to come be a part of.

I had the pleasure of working with Dynamic for a short period of time during the Covid lockdown (Illinois) but went back to my previous position after the CDL schools reopened. During my short time with Dynamic, they treated me quite well. The equipment is great (loved the long nose 389s) and the shop manager is excellent with staying on top of maintenance. The miles were definitely there and they didn’t mess with my pay once. The only things I would like to see change is the ELD, the fuel network, and more after hours support. I’m not a fan of PeopleNet (it was rather confusing and a bit difficult to navigate at times). The fuel network is strictly Love’s and the amount of locations that are available are quite limited in some states. The after hours support was not too much of an issue but I would like to see 24/7 support if their drivers are running 24/7. Other than that, I made good money there and would consider working for Dynamic again if they welcomed me back. Truck 625 was a beauty. Thanks, Dynamic.

I have been with them for a year now and cant say enough good about them. They truly treat you like family. Anytime you have a problem they do their best to resolve it. I really enjoy all the help Brian has been with me. Shop guys do a great job. Fred and Michelle are awesome people.

My step dad works for this company and im thinking about joining you guys once I graduate, But he says that you guys are awesome and always give out good pay and he is always bragging about how good you guys are plus he likes how you guys agree with most of his home time options.you guys are great!!

If I was out of your hiring area your recruiter would’ve said so. Stop trying to make yourselves look good, by calling me a liar. I’d never call a company if I was out of there hiring area it would be a waste of everyone’s time.

Started June 17 2015 trucking has its ups and downs Dynamic Transit has worked with me to attain mine and my familys goals as driver and family.Were always looking forward to the new challenges life brings us in the economy and the industry. The owner not a board or subsidiary of a conglomerate corp. Is always improving the standards and work force to compete in a highly competitive industry. We have fair medical benefits,401k as well as second to none equipment.And a Standard of Excellence in our work ethic.

If I could give them no stars I would. Between consistently low miles (average 2300 [many under 2000] and I got the statements to prove it) and lots of sitting I was already irritated but now my husband has told them he is quitting and needs routed back to the yard. Instead of doing so they instead have dispatched him on another load and are refusing to route him back to the terminal. Am going to be contacting OSHA, EROC/EEOC and an attorney to determine what we can do to get them to route him back and avoid a false abandonment charge. Its time somebody stops these companies from scamming people and start holding trucking companies responsible for their actions and Im going to be the first to do it if I have to

Great place to work. They leave me to myself as long as the job is getting done and I get decent miles and great pay. The dental, vision, life, ad&d are all priced great and have pretty good coverage. My truck has just under 200k miles on it and runs like a dream. The trailers are always in good shape other than the minor things that usually go wrong with them, but the shop is constantly fixing them. They listen patiently when I complain about something and they do what they can to make sure Im content. Cant ask for more in my opinion. the only downside is I didnt get to pick what color truck I wanted XD

Jeff Bryant was so nice, and smart and a great person. It was a great time at Dynamic and wouldn’t wish to spend with anyone else but him! Anybody who needs help go to Jeff!

I know nothing about this company. But drove behind driver of theirs few nights ago. Him, prime truck and me. We all chatted on cb while poking along. Had a good time. He spoke well of your company. Im thinking of jumping ship at my current company. Possibly apply at your company. Peace and be safe drivers.

Dynamic, is a wonderful company to work for !!!You do your job, showing up on time, delivering on time, take care of your truck and trlrs, they will never bother you !!!! Show you can run and thell give you the loads !!!!Ive been here a year now, 55cpm, 60cpm hazmat ....now 56, 61....Got my 1yr raise on time, and 1wk paid vacation !!!!Any problem whatsoever. With a load, truck, trlr, just call !! Theyll fix it as best as possible !!! Usually instantly !!!!

Horrible place to work!!!! They are very shady. They have some ok trucks and some junk trucks. A long nose truck wont necessarily pay your bills. Trailers are old and not well maintained. Home time? Forget about it. They wont lift one figure to help you get home. All they care about is themselves. The people in the office and the mechanics are treated poorly so they treat the drivers poorly. The pay looks nice but they will try and steal as much as they can from you. The miles are short. Plus a lot of sitting (produce warehouses) and they dont like to pay layover or detention. Not hard to find a better job then dynamic.

This is not a review but an opinion. I have not worked here but my experience around the drivers for this company have been positive. I’ve looked at the reviews and I see some complaints. I believe those complaining would probably complain anyplace they work. I’ve been driving since 1990 and I’ve watched many changes happen in trucking. One thing that is prevalent is that truckers don’t help each other any longer. When I see the complaining I see those type of drivers that won’t help you on the road.i love trucking and won’t change

Best place to work if you like peterbilt trucks good pay good people good equipment

Requires three weeks out. Doesnt get to Wisconsin much, even though theres tons of cheese leaving the state to all points in the us. On the plus side, Peterbilt 389s rein the companys fleet.

Was just declined a job with this company even though I have 21yrs exp and a clean driving record they must be looking for rookies who know very little about trucking so they can cheat them on their pay very shady just like a lot of other companies I quit in the past for that same thing beware of this company do your research and read all the reviews also read a review from Calvin C. he drove for them said they will RIP you off thats why they want drivers with little knowledge about trucking Ive been offered jobs by 6 different companies in the last 2 days which I declined due to negative reviews just like this company

Worst company i ever worked for. Kept my last paycheck. Tried calling to get pay. Refused to answer phone and wouldnt return calls.

Scummy company. Cheated me out of detention almost every week. They refuse to spend money to keep up their equipment. Pay was mediocre and sometimes late Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

I drove for them for a year and a half. I cant say enough good things about this job. I only left to go work local back home in California. If not for that I would still be in one of Freds trucks
