Comically bad experience. These guys were paid to come install our new Sears appliances. They stood us up twice in the same day about our fridge. Never showed and they had nothing to say about it. Sears sent them to come pick the other stuff up after I cancelled my entire order to go somewhere else. They showed up with no confirmation or agreement from me at all. Supervisor swore over the phone I agreed to it the night before at a time when I was nowhere near my phone. She said something like Sir, our system lets us know EXACTLY who we spoke to and when. She called me back moments later, convinced I was a totally different customer. It was perfect. One of the guys on the truck gave my mother-in-law attitude at my door while she was holding my 1-year-old which, of course, led to a pretty unpleasant exchange in my driveway. They promised a survey via e-mail so I could leave feedback, but they never got that done either, so here it is!
Eric and his boss are discriminating and they havent paid me for working for them. They promised me that I would be a contractor but lies and discriminating treatment theyve given. When I was needing my contracting process he and the insurance guy kept refusing and lying about what I needed to do! But, on top of that! Eric never returned any of my calls or texts the whole time I needed to get my contracting contract done. I called into his office to report him and they are all of a sudden telling me that theyre not hiring anymore on top of the fact that I never got paid for working with them. Ive not been paid and its been about 2 months.
