Sincere thanks to Brian, Kevin and their crew at Patterson... Driving across country from Pennsylvania back home to South Dakota the radiator hose started leaking significant fluid having to refill antifreeze every hour...Called ahead from a few hours away ti see if they could repair it knowing I would be stopping in Granite City for the afternoon to have lunch with family. (Diesel octopus hose not easy to replace)Brian told me to bring it in they would get us back on the road. Dropped the truck off around noon, Patterson had it replaced and we were ready to hit the road within a few hours.They were extremely busy but adjusted their schedule to get the truck right in and get it repaired. Cant thank them enough.I would highly recommend Patterson Tire and Service to anyone needing vehicle repair. They went out of their way to help us and was very affordable.Thank you very much!!!

Had them do upper and lower ball joints on my truck, beat and dented my dust plate to nothing, completely destroyed my cv axle seal and then put it back on, told me my u joints needed replaced immediately ( after inspection they didnt), didnt tell me that the truck wasnt safe to drive after they gave it back to me. These people are absolute garbage and shouldnt be trusted with your vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Like others have stated in their reviews, check the negative reviews!! The lack of respect from the owners is unreal. Im not sure how theyve stayed in business this long. Brian is super condescending and rude. He thinks he is better than you and knows more than you. His brother is just as rude, just not as loud as Brian. They have no compassion for their customers or anyone, but themselves. On my visit there I witnessed Brian being so disrespectful to his employee (also like a previous customer stated), I felt bad for him. Their prices arent that great neither so you might as well go to someone that doesnt treat you poorly. Im glad I didnt spend a dime with them, me walking into the place and witnessing that was enough for me to say nope! Get it together and learn to respect the people that feed you! Word to the wise, find a better repair business, there are tons to choose from!

I found myself stranded in Pontoon Beach last night with a flat tire. I stopped by Pattersons in the morning to see if they could fix it... but they were crazy busy, and it was looking like a couple hour wait. The owner saw that I was in a predicament, and sent someone out to help me air up my tire so I could get home.I was super impressed with how thoughtful and professional everyone was (including the technician who happily came out into the snow to air up all my tires)... Ill definitely be going back for all of my car maintenance,and will reccomend Pattersons to anyone who asks about a good tire place!

These guys are awesome! I got a flat tire after work and stopped by but I figured they wouldn’t be able to see me because it was so close to closing time. However, they immediately brought my car in to see what they could do about my flat tire. Unfortunately they didn’t have a tire that would fit my car, but they did help me put on the spare and didn’t charge me anything. I sincerely appreciate them doing everything they could to help me.

Patterson Tire has been a reliable, affordable, and hassle free place for routine auto maintenance for many years. The name says it. When you need a good set of new or used tires on a budget you can’t beat it. For nearly 20 years I’ve been able to rely on Patterson Tire to steer me in the right direction. This shop isn’t a fly by night operation. Mandatory human interaction and a phone call to the landline is required. The wait is a standard hour or two for oil changes. That alone might turn newer generations off. For old fashioned reliable customer service and a safe bet give them a call.

The Patterson brothers and their employees are WONDERFUL people and professionals. You couldnt ask for better service along with in and out appointment times. Whenever I’ve gone there I was told expected times as far as when my car would be finished —they’re always way ahead of schedule! Just today they thought would be couple hours wait for materials for fixing a gas leak, and the service itself, turned into 20 minutes! Family friend or no I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Great prices on tires. They were 100$ cheaper and even more at different tire shops. And since I by my tires there when I get my oil changed they rotate my tires every 2 oil changes. 20$ and Im done !

Patterson Tire was there for me when I needed them most! The wheel bearings suddenly failed in my car and the shop was able to fit me in last minute despite being extremely busy. I had already called around to three other closer shops in the area and no one else could get the repair done for almost a week, but they made magic happen! The service was excellent and the prices fair and reasonable without any hassle. I will definitely be back the next time I need work done on my vehicle.

I called Pattersons to get a quote a set of tires for my wifes SUV and to get a set of tires put on balanced and rotated with an alignment on my truck. Brian one of the owners offered me a discount for getting both cars worked on there. They finish my wifes car the first day and I paid them for hers. The next day I brought in my truck with my own tires to get them installed balanced and aligned. After it was all done I went to pay Brian and he gave me a higher price then what was agreed upon. He told me he was not a pawn shop and that I was disrespected By reminding him about our agreement. Pretty much made me look like an idiot in front of my son and other customers. I dont know if I could do business with someone like that. The customers always right in my business which I told him about and he laughed in my face. So beware of quoted prices get them in writing. Thank you

Purchased tires for three vehicles at once and got a great price on name brand tires. Free flat repairs which has come in handy several times..... kids just deem to find nails on the highways regularly 😕.Not to mention their oil change rates cant be beat.
