Since my car has been in shop it has had the catalytic converter off of it as well as the stereo stolen out of it and they refuse to take responsibility for it

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Asked them if I can have my car looked at, which they said wouldnt be a problem. Had it towed there. Did not receive any feedback regarding the issue on the car for a week and a half. Every time I called in, the secretary would tell me they were getting ready to look at it. Finally, I called and asked when I can come pick it up because this was an urgent matter and they were to busy. They told me they would get me a quote by the following Monday and would give me a call. Being an extremely professional institution(sarcasm), they didnt give me a quote, didnt give me a call or update. Finally, I went back and had it towed to another shop and they wanted me to pay for the time they had my car, of which they never diagnosed my car, gave me a quote, or even a call. Essentially I paid to have my car parked at some lot for a week and a half. Complete waste of everyones time.

We had our Jeep Liberty repaired here in the first part of July 2016. Great folks!! They diagnosed and repaired our vehicle quickly and professionally. As soon as they found what the problem was they explained to me what steps they were going to take to resolve the issue. Our car is running better than it has in years. Highly recommend these guys. Great service at a very reasonable price.

If a vehicle can be fixed, they can fix it. Their prices are very reasonable. There are too many good things to say about this place. I wont take my car to anyone else.

Been taking my vehicle there since they opened, probably tired of seeing me. But wouldnt go anywhere else. There honest with you and never try to tell you you need more than what the real issue is. Then they talk to you and see whats the best way to go about fixing it the best they can with your budget. Never over paid for any work thats been done, and no matter the time or day there willing to help out.

Took my old truck in for a complete 3in exshaut at the rear axle. When going back to get the truck after it was finished was told the truck runs really good with a sly smile on his face. When leaving seen there was black marks out front of the shop. Leads me to believe someone had fun in my truck. The truck was never drove with the new engine. When I inspected the work found the pipe was compressed to about 2 1/2 inches on the passenger side for about 12 inches for no reason.

Been here twice and each time they quote me a fair price and get the work done quick. I’m so thankful for them.

They have poor quality parts that can cause more damage to your car just spent 300 more after a repair they had done.
