We have being doing business with Helzberg since 2010. Our experiences have always been great. My husband just purchased this stunning Zac Posen ring for our 10th Anniversary gift for me. He changed the Blue Topaz stone to Aquamarine to honor my mom for me. The pictures do not do this ring justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! He added a band to it as well. So many compliments! You can never go wrong with Helzberg Diamonds. Nate & Mitch were great with this purchase. Nate was with us from start to finish and the assistance was above and beyond! Excellent customer service!
We’ve been purchasing from Helzberg for a few years. But becoming increasingly frustrated with the services. Never have the same salesperson in the store because they are either quitting or moving on and the last few have been extremely annoying. Also the repair services have been awful! I have had 2 rings in multiple times in the last year. The prongs break or the stones fall out repeatedly. We fortunately purchased the insurance when the rings were new but it is a pain to constantly bring the rings in and wait for repairs and then go back to pick them back up. We probably won’t purchase from them again and only use for covered repairs.
Terrible experience. Run, don’t walk to the other store at the mall. I brought my ring in to be fixed. They said they would call with an estimate. It took at least 4 weeks to get the estimate, it was for $110. I said fine, go ahead with it. I then did not hear anything for over two months. It had been so long I was getting really worried, so I called, and supposedly it had just come in the night before. Seemed strange to me that it coincidentally came in the night before I called, after not hearing word for so long. They then asked me on the phone how much the estimate was for, I couldn’t remember bc it had been so long, and I said $500 bc we had a furnace repair in the meantime that cost that much, and I got it mixed up.my husband told me it was way less than that. So, I found the old voicemail and sure enough it was for $110.At the store they told me it was going to be $500 dollars. I showed them the message with the estimate. The employee then had the audacity to tell me that I was given the $500 estimate, when no one had called me since the first estimate was given. I had been anxiously waiting to hear anything about my ring for so long.I understand an estimate is an estimate and other costs can come up. However, they never informed me of this before I came in to get my ring. It seemed strange to me she asked me how much the estimate was in the first place, when they should have had records of everything in the first place. It also seemed strange to me they never called me to inform me my ring was done, and of course that my estimate was almost five times higher than what I was told. It was especially strange that acted like I was told about this when that was clearly a lie.Overall, I’d have to say do not spend your hard earned money at such a disorganized, dishonest place. I’m just waiting for my diamonds to fall out again because my expectations are so low now, they probably did a terrible job that won’t last.
I wish I could give Mitch 10000 stars. He was absolutely AMAZING. so so so kind and made me feel like family. I came in looking for a very specific ring (after going to a million other stores) and he was so patient and helpful. He ended up ordering me a customized engagement ring and made it everything I dreamed of. He was solely focused on my boyfriend and I, and gave us 100%. I did not feel pressured at all to get the ring after all of his hard work, as he was not pushing us to, but luckily my boyfriend bought it anyways! Mitch is amazing! Honestly one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I did not choose my engagement ring from Helzberg but I was very open with Mitch that his store will be our store for all other purchases. He is just a genuine kind man who doesnt push you into a decision and can zero in on your taste in minutes.
Their covid rules are ridiculous. Other jewelers are cleaning and inspecting jewelry, they are not. Didnt want to grant my warranty on my broken chain. My son is getting engaged & I referred him to a different place. I was treated rudely!

I’ve purchased multiple pieces of jewelry at Helzberg dating back to 1996 from several locations across different states. I have always brought my pieces in every 6 months for inspection. This particular location told me I needed some work done. I recently had the same piece retipped, so I questioned them. They said it was in serious need of repair, and I was in danger of losing a stone. However, their work is only guaranteed for a year so even though they fixed the piece once, because it was 2 years ago, they weren’t responsible for fixing it again. I asked how a piece that is 23 years old goes 21 years with not needing much, but since bringing it to this location, it needs work every couple of years. They had no explanation and told me they would do the work for a discounted price of $210. I left and took the piece to a local jeweler who told me the ring was in great shape, and I was being scammed. He did find one prong that needed a minor repair which he did for free. He said I was never in danger of losing a stone. Helzberg has beautiful jewelry, but I do not trust their inspectors or repairers.
I went in for my rings check up and cleaning and was helped by a very nice man, Mitch. He was so wonderful and did a very nice thing for me when I told him I was having a very rough week. He went above and beyond!
This was the best customer experience I have ever had period. Mitch Hofmeister was absolutely fantastic to talk to and so helpful during the whole process. He went the extra step to help and get to know us, and has found himself two lifetime customers. I appreciated the good talk and am looking forward to coming back in the future!
My husband and I have been customers of Helzberg for over 12 years. We purchase all of our jewelry there and get it all serviced by them as well. Recently we met with Bridget to discuss how we could ‘upgrade’ my current wedding band with some customizations. Bridget went above and beyond with her customer service skills to help us with the process and keep us in touch with the process. I am so thankful for her help because she helped us make my beautiful wedding ring even prettier!

Customer Service is good.. Some of the women are not professional when you are with your spouses. The act inappropriate a select 1 or 2.. But the Approval rates are good.. Nice and friendly..
Bought my wedding band here to match my engagement ring from a different store! The sales associated was really helpful and not pushy at all (unlike other stores we went to)! Affordable but beautiful pieces!
Both my husband and I got our wedding rings from this store. We had a great experience and love our rings!The Highlights:- I got a morganite ring and it was very affordable even with insurance.- Everytime I go in to have my ring cleaned they are happy to help.- I had to have my ring broken and soldered to fit into my wedding band. They handled it expertly and quickly. My ring looks like one cohesive piece!
Most of the staff are very standoffish and rude. Not all, but it seems like everyone who tried to help me were. They lost one of my wedding bands and it took three weeks, and me calling multiple times to figure out what happened. There was zero communication on their end.Also, I special ordered my original engagement ring and paid for it. A few weeks later, one of the ladies there told me it was done and getting ready to ship. Three weeks later, another woman from the store called and told me the vendor backed out of making my ring... so the first lady completely lied to my face that it was done!Anyway, we got our money back and went to Rogers and Holland where we had amazing customer service!
My boyfriend and I went in their to look at promise rings. I was blown away by the customer service from every employee there. Mitch Hofmeister went more than a few extra steps to get to know us and I cannot say enough about his knowledge of the store and the jewelry. This store has gained two lifetime customers.

Unhappy its a 20 minute drive to there. From me had reorder for right size it came in wrong again..... very post off wasting my gas for wrong ring size...... If its wrong again I will request a refund and I wont budge on it.... will not recommend due to this possibly not return not a good.first impression.... then the lady tries saying well your hands always getting bigger and smaller .....hmmmm no it dont my class ring from 2011 still fits perfect as it did then ......
