A week goes by and nothing.Sent an email to their contact us email provided on their site for a possible design on a potential custom ring and if it could be made by them, another week goes by and still nothing. Engels made ring shopping so easy. Robin was super helpful throughout the entire process of custom designing both wedding and engagement bands. For my wedding band, I just brought in a picture for inspiration, and Engels created a custom piece to fit perfectly with my engagement band. Engels also ensures you are completely satisfied with the design by providing a CAD picture and a wax model that require your approval prior to creating the pieces. They really want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and they didnt pressure us at all. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs!

We are very happy with Engles Jewelry in Grandville. Brought in my 30+ year old wedding set to be fixed as the diamond engagement band had cracked clean through at the diamond bridge mount. They offered to repair it, but also offered to replicate it, using my same diamond, but making a new band in the exact style as my old one, so that it would be strong and solid. Im so happy I chose the latter option as my ring is just like my old one but strong and will have a new guarantee now. Especially wonderful was that they took the gold from my broken original diamond ring and transformed it into a solid band that I can wear too - its perfect!

I wanted to get my engagement rind and wrap reset into a new ring in a custom design and brought them in. They were very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and created a few designs for me to choose from, which could be altered as necessary if they werent quite what I wanted. I appreciate that while they let me know what my options were (exchange the chipped stone, etc.,) they did not attempt to upsell at all (add stones, go with a more expensive design, etc.) Also, they take Covid seriously and all precautions are taken to keep everyone safe. The best part? The price was extremely reasonable for custom work and less than I was expecting!

We had looked at multiple places but just couldn’t find the unique ring that fit what we wanted. We finally found what we envisioned at Engels however the diamond we wanted didn’t fit that ring. So instead of pushing us in a different direction Mark custom designed a new version to fit the diamond! It was more beautiful than we had hoped and are very happy.

The team at Engels did a fantastic job helping us design a second wedding band to match my original. They also identified and repaired several loose prongs on my engagement and wedding rings and re-dipped them to look like new so that when the rings were eventually soddered together with the new band, they matched perfectly. We had such a positive experience that we chose to purchase a new wedding band for my husband, too! We’ll definitely return for our future needs.

Honest and friendly service. After visiting a national chain jewelry store that sends all appraisals and repairs out to a 3rd party and charges a LOT of money, I took a ring in to Engels Jewelry for repair and appraisal - they inspected and said it did not need repaired. Other place told me 3 of 4 prongs needed replacing.Engels does $60 appraisal, 2 day turn around and subsequent appraisals are only $30. Ended up taking in 9 pieces of jewelry!Great staff. Nice to have a place that you can trust.

He kept the CAD (prototype) for over 6 months & when I came back to purchase he remembered the exact ring.We recently went in to create a wedding band and buy a ring for myself.
