Summary:Small lot, easy to pull in just watch for cars, out house restroom on lot, slide tandems & back in straight & center, limited room but if you have early appointment can park over night if you back in where trailers are to rest over night on their lot, also outhouse restroom on their lot if you need. Great place to deliver to.Trucker Review;They will unload you fast, friendly receiving staff, pull in second drive there’s signs off road plus trailers parked in their lot near street to guid you, make sure to back in straight and center your trailer in the dock because a lot of their freight is very wide, also SLIDE YOUR TANDEMS BACK (REQUIRED to UNLOAD). There is a outdoor outhouse restroom on their lot by their receiving door (IT IS THE CLEANEST & NICEST OUTHOUSE I EVER SEEN).(Also do not be late for your appointment, as appointment is required they will get you in if there is no show but otherwise appointment only, and their lot is small so if way early might have to leave and come back if there are to many trucks)

Small parking at shipping and receiving, but was able to stay overnight for early delivery,. 3h to unload but guy unloading had a good attitude and apparently theyre short hand👍

We purchased a new home and moved in June 27, 2019. In Feb of 2021, a pane of glass cracked on the inside. There was nothing that hit the window at all! We were just sitting and heard a noice, and a few minutes later we noticed the glass on inside was cracked. Emailed the company and received a notice glass is only covered for 1 year. You think when you purchase a new home the glass would not crack like it did for no apparent reason. So we will need to pay out of pocket for a replacement. It will not be a Jeld wen if they do not stand behind their product

The receptionist was very happy to help me but the gentleman I talked to sounded like I was the last person he wanted to speak to. I sent him the pictures he needed but have yet to hear back from him. I can only hope the hardware I need arrives soon.

Not only is the product quality terrible but the customer service is an absolute disaster. I have been trying to have a defective window under warranty replaced since June ! Firs they claimed they shipped it when all I received is a handle ! UPS receipt shows the weight delivered is 0.6 lbs so not too difficult to understand it can’t be a window ! Then a new guy gets assigned to my case and ask me the same questions all over again and can’t even read the file. And since then no answer... unbelievably unprofessional

Terrible product, terrible management terrible place to work for. I worked there and can testify that they are the sloppiest built doors, the poorest quality, the worst trained employees, and generally the worst sort of managers. They will tell you one thing to your face and then berate you in a meeting when you bring up the fact that they didn’t follow through. We had four factory managers in 20 months, there is a revolving door of new employees, and when they do hire they put them on the wrong shift that doesn’t need them. First shift cleans up third shift mess, the people building doors have not been properly trained, and management has been claiming they are starting a training program for the past year. A new employee’s training consists of being taught by somebody who already works there, with no check to see if the new person was taught everything or taught correctly. And that person doing the training was probably trained the same way. Factory manager claimed to want suggestions from employees but then never reads them. Production manager made fun of an injured employee. Human Resources woman doesn’t talk to anyone. They hired nine employees once and not one made it to their first day because they either couldn’t pass a background check or never came back after the factory tour. Equipment is falling apart and no one cares. Maintenance department is a joke, with the majority of staff not caring if things work properly. Also, pay for the same job between three different employees was not equal. The people management liked got the raises.

Got my load and got outta here. These guys are so fast.

We just moved into a house about a year and a half ago. These windows are very poor quality. There are huge gaps in the sides of the our living room windows. You can feel the air blowing our home. The upstairs windows weren’t the correct sizes since there are big gaps in the windows & trim.

Reviews don’t lie. Driver came in earlier then the delivery time & receiver said if another appointment truck comes in before then he will have to unload him first. Which is totally understandable. No one came in for 3 hours and we were the only truck there. Receiver just walked around inside and didn’t unload the truck until appointment time & it still took him 1 hour to unload after the appointment.

Held-Wen Windows Quality is inferior to their competitors and their customer service along with their warranty is ridiculous. I had trouble with my built in blinds working in my door wall after a couple of years with minimal usage. When I called the customer service department they said they would ship me a new window insert but I would have to install it myself by removing the doors from the door wall, then take apart the framework, remove the window panes, reinserting the new panes of glass, seal it with chalk, put the frames back together, then reinstall the doors. This is terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this product and would discourage anyone from using it. This company was built one customer at a time and with this kind of service will fold by losing one customer at a time. Please take this review seriously when considering Jeld-Wen windows as an option when investing in your home or place of business. Trust me - Go elsewhere!!!

Place is a joke. DO NOT WORK THERE. Won’t last a week I seen over 40 people in one week quit . Turn over rate is through the roof

My builder installed these windows and they are terrible. They stick and dont close correctly. I am so disgusted with these I may have to replace them and Sue someone for quality issues. DO NOT USE JELDWEN WINDOWS!

Absolutely the worst customer service, and I cant believe the doors I ordered are going to be very good quality. Ive been waiting months now for 2 sets of doors to arrive. Every time they give me a new date to be delivered to my local Home Depot, they dont arrive. When I spoke with Jeldwen customer service, they told me slabs kept coming in defective On both sets, and told me they were ordered from a different vendor this time. Called today after they didnt arrive at the store, and customer service told me they came without a custom part. I asked if it was from the same vendor as before, they said yes. So they lied about a different vendor. And the rep today told me I was not being productive by calling the vendor incompetent .I asked to speak with a supervisor in the hopes of getting this expedited. Nope. I spoke with a supervisor, a male whos name started with a C o r K, and he absolutely did not care. His attitude was one of complete disinterest. He told me I had 2 choices: cancel the order now or wait. No apology, nothing. I will NEVER order from this company again.
