We had Chapton build our new garage after a storm took out our old garage. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and felt directly with my insurance company to get things handled. It was a painless process and the workmanship was outstanding. We are very happy with them and will recommend highly.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Chapton Construction. They were originally hired to repair damages and improper installs by a different contractor. Once those issues were taken care of and may I say perfectly, I had them quote siding our entire house, installing new windows, adding a breezeway and a 4 season room on to the back of our home. We had absolutely no issues at all with them, they did exactly what they said they would do, they let us make changes throughout the project which was great and it really made things run so smoothly. We spent a little over $75k on all updates and additions and it was well worth it. Wayne the owner even called us a couple weeks after completion just to check in and make sure everything was still fine and to our likings. My husband is actually a building Inspector in another township and he said the work was top notch and exceeded code compliance. The inspections that were done throughout we always approved and it made for a quick project. Glad we found them and plan on adding a deck next!

Had our old garage remodeled by this company. It was 90 years old and was leaning and falling. The garage now looks brand new and it was a fraction of the cost of a new garage. Everything was done in a timely manner and the city inspector was also impressed at how nice it looked on completion. I will definitely be using them again! Highly recommended

Had a quote lined up through email, everything looked good, needed to schedule for a final evaluation before scheduling an appointment for getting the job done. Never heard from Wayne ever, after that. Some how supposedly I ended up in Spam but yet he still responded to the same chain of emails and then just stopped responding after that. Kind of seems childish to me, should be able to let a potential customer if youre going to do the job or not. Doesnt matter the reason, a simple response would of been nice. I will never recommend them and I will make sure I let people know not to waste their time contacting them for a job! Horrible way to do business.

Just had our second roof installed by Chapton. It was a painless process and they were very professional and skilled. We own rental properties and had them install a new roof on two of our 8 plex buildings this year. Very good craftsmanship and communication. We will be using them again next spring.

We had our old 2 stall garage and foundation removed and a new 3 stall garage built in its place. The estimate process was very easy and much much better than any of the other companies. The communication and quality was absolutely excellent. These guys are the real deal, very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

We just had our home sided by this company. Wayne was absolutely wonderful and helped us every step of the way. This was one of our first home improvement projects as a first time home buyer. We still received bids from 3 companies total, we knew who we wanted as soon as we were done talking with Wayne. The other companies made us feel stressed and were pushy.We will definitely be calling Chapton Construction again soon.

Had a new deck built along with a pole barn. We were very pleased with this companies quality as well as their communication. Everything went smooth and we are very happy.

My brother used this company to build his pole barn and he was extremely happy with them, so he recommended I called them for our home addition project.Contacted Wayne and he came out to look at my project. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in his trade. We discussed different options and what I could and couldn’t do per state rules. He had a detailed quote back to us within a few days (we had 2 other quotes which took awhile to get) the price was middle of the road and looked great. We had a 28x40 Mother in Law apartment addition added to the house and the cost ranged around the $85K range. The workmanship was great and it was completed within the agreed timeline. We are very happy with this company and can see why they are highly rated and recommended. We have passed their name along many times and do so with confidence.

I called and left messages 2 times asking for a quote to take out and replace my driveway and garage. I understand they may be busy, but they could return my call and let me know. I would never trust a builder like that if I need another project done in the future.

They inspected a couple of residential properties I was looking at purchasing and after the purchase was finalized I hired them to preform the repairs they listed in the inspection report. The work completed was fantastic and I will definitely be hiring them again.
