James, the owner, came out to give us an estimate and seemed like a pretty good guy. James told us from the beginning that it may take a bit longer for him to complete the job because it is not his full time job. We agreed that 10 days would be ok to remove 3 mature oaks. We got our estimate, which was very reasonable, and guys came out to work the following Monday. We practically had to beg them to clean up their mess. They left trash in our yard. Our neighbors caught one of the workers urinating in our back yard. We mistakenly paid the second half of the bill a couple of days before the job was supposed to be done. Thirty days later, we were still having to call James to find out when he was going to have all of the branches and logs cleared from our annihilated back yard. We now have no grass, 1/2 of the pre-existing garden, and some leftover logs, branches and trash on our property. We have tried to contact James 4 times over the last 2 weeks and have gotten no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! You will be sorry that you did, and will end up paying just as much to get your trees removed as if you went with a professional tree service.....but it will take four times as long. James will promise you the world when trying to sign you up for business, but then will do a half-hearted job and will beg you for money before you should actually pay.
