I was tired of running here and there just for searching a sweet home besides my busy schedule. I was almost frustrated too as I lost two of the biding, which was a bitter experience of buying a new home at an appropriate location. But by chance one day I shared my frustration with one of my colleagues about buying a home . He straight away gave me Chads cell phone number and further told me that he is a seasoned man with his profession. The next day I called Chad and we set appointment for few houses to the location of my choice. I think, if Im not mistaken we grabbed the right home within two weeks of our joint venture. He proved himself the man of the needy hours. Im much more happy and confident that he would continue his working style to satisfy his customers . I am very disappointed how our closing went. We asked specifically for certain tasks to be done to our future home which were not completed and left unfinished. She attempted to make repairs on the home HERSELF which was a complete fail!The day of closing - she parked her car in OUR garage and disappeared down the street to make another listing, (which was more important than a sale she just had done)If this is your first time buying a home - I suggest you DON’T use Rockwell.After the situation, our neighbors came over to let us know they didn’t like how shady she acted.We never had a “SOLD” sign in the front yard or a picture of us in front of the home. VERY disappointed.I’m embarrassed for her.
