I have verified Pamelas info - a quick google search will bring up the Michigan.gov Cease and Desist served to David Scholl for selling securities while not being licensed to do so - furthermore there is a lot of evidence he did these actions with fraudulent intent; Woodbridge itself is a shady business with a sordid past and its head honcho Richard Shapiro was recently ordered to pay 120 MILLION in penalties and compensation by the SEC. It isnt like this will stop these people from their criminal activity. I find it SHAMEFUL that any company would hire a man like this to deal with real estate - buying a home is a sacred thing for most families and to think that this guy is touching highly sensitive information with his type of conman past is alarming and should not be allowed. I was placed with this firm by my bank with Laurie T. In my previous review i said laurie was great. I want to clarify something: she lied to me and said Scholl did not work there. What else would she lie about? This agency is full of snakes; tread carefully.
