He was very helpful with any and all questions we had about homes even with a 3 hour time difference, he always made himself available. I was a long-time previous client of Lucas Howard before The Lucas Howard Group existed. Before this experience, my wife and I would have never considered using anyone but Lucas Howard to be our Realtor. This time, we worked with Lucas and Josh Howard. Throughout the process we felt like they are too busy to do the job thoroughly and a home purchase is definitely one time when you want your representation to be thorough and detail oriented. The Lucas Howard Group “team” misses a lot of details. Details like not knowing which storage unit goes with a downtown condo (different sizes), providing wrong HOA documents, offer missing language we requested, and more. Their customer service is always on point, which is why a lot of people like them. However, accuracy matters because every missed detail can cost the client (YOU) thousands of dollars. After a few months to reflect and after receiving a few of their marketing emails, it is my opinion that The Lucas Howard Group is prioritizing sales goals above their fiduciary responsibilities to their clients. Lucas Howard was once a great Realtor, but the team he has built is no longer for us.

In 2017, my wife and I were in the market for our first house. After some time bumbling around on our own, we contacted Lucas Howard. We met with our agent on Wednesday, a house we liked hit the market Friday, we saw and offered on it Saturday, and our offer was accepted on Sunday. And after that purchase, over the last 4 years, we have taken advantage of the numerous date night and customer appreciation events Lucas Howard has put on.So because of our extraordinary experience, we decided to utilize them again this year in selling our home and purchasing another. Once again, the experience has been unparalleled. We listed our house the Thursday before Easter, had showings Thursday-Sunday, had dozens of offers, and accepted an offer on Monday.Once we had our clear to close, we saw houses one weekend, offered on one of those houses, and had our offer accepted.This market is insane right now, and it helps to have an experienced ally in your corner, giving advice, and guiding you through the process. Malinda was our Realtor. She met with us prior to listing. Walked through the house, gave us prioritized list of what to do to make our home the most attractive to potential buyers. After lot of work we listed the end of June and had an offer in just two weeks over our asking price. We couldnt have been happier. During the inspection process a few things required repair. Malinda had professionals she personally had expirence with that allowed the repairs to be completed at competitive prices, without delaying closing. She even got the cost of repairs negotiated into closing. While the process of selling our first home was bitter sweet, we knew we were on good hands the whole time. Such a pleasure to work with.
