Excellent Service! Convenient & very fast. Quentin and all the guys there were knowledgeable and sincere. They did not pressure me or try to sell me anything I didnt need. The coupons are an added bonus, will definitely make this my place for oil changes!

I dont know if Valvoline or GM are to blame but they wouldnt add regular oil to my vehicle. They told me GM requires them to use this special oil for new cars, which would increase my cost to a $99 for an oil change. Crazy! That forces me to go to GM where I have a coupon for $65. What happened to the cheap fast oil changes I was used to?

Quick and affordable if you find a coupon, otherwise price is commensurate with having someone else changing your oil. Had a general checkup and found out my radiator has gunk in it, theyll fix something like that on the spot if you have the cash to splash, I did not, and they didnt pressure me into doing it, say, no if you need to, its fine

I had a headlight out and windshield wipers that needed installed. They did it all free. WTG Valvoline!! Excellent customer service.

Honestly, a quick oil change has never been so convenient. Plus they top off your fluids and the air in your tires. The staff were all really friendly and gave clear instructions through the whole thing. Going to become a regular customer tbh.

Red headed dude seemed short and tired of his job. Was fine with me but with others noticed he was short and frusterated with customers (we all have bad days tho) i still would go back, they do a fine job.

Horrible experience. Was clearly misguided the entire time as to what oil I needed in my car and other things that I needed to pay for. Tried to tell them no and asked for alternative options but they were pushy the whole time. I knew this was the experience to expect when going into any oil change place but was still disappointed.

Quick and easy. Attempted to sell 200 coolant flush due to recommended mileage maintenance but luckily I did that myself. Overall a good experience

Fast and speedy. Very nice! They do not take appointments, so it is hit or miss speed wise depending on when you get there. The oil changes themselves are pretty quick however!! BONUS TIP: Check groupon for discounted rates. A lot of times there is great coupons!

The service was fast, efficient and the staff were extremely polite and helpful! There were no pressure sales and they have cameras so you can watch everything they do, as they do it. Most of all, their staff were super friendly and helpful.

Definitely not as good as it used to be when this location was managed by Sandy and Melissa. I was chastised for using my student discount because I had an expired parking pass on my car from 4 years ago. I am currently a masters student and attend school online and told him that I would happily prove it to him. Every conversation with Matt was him trying to sell me something or explaining something by talking down to me. I live 6 hours away and come here because of the service.....I will be finding a new location.

BEWARE! I went to this place religiously while I lived in Michigan for my oil changes. I just moved out of state and had my first oil change with a new place. They told me 7 of the ten screws to hold up the skid plate were missing and the ones that were in there were miss matched random screws. What the heck were yall doing with my car? I want my screws back.

First time we came here I have to say top-notch crew pleasantly surprised. Nobody tried to sell us everything and the kitchen sink. Nice and very friendly, accurate especially when you have a lifted truck it can be hard but they did great job! Definitely coming back, five star crew!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!First thing is first. They tried to sell me things I did not need. Like a new air filter. I was told I had a good while before I needed one.They told me that my car could only take synthetic oil. Now yes I understand that synthetic oil is better for my car, but I was given regular conventional oil and my car works just fine. So I told them no I want conventional oil.Now for the worst part. I had previously gone to Baileys Quick Lube in Rockford, MI after I bought my car and they were awesome. The next time I needed an oil change I had gone to the Valvoline on the East Beltline (out of convenience). The staff is not knowledgeable. Who ever was under my car went to take my oil plug out and completely stripped it. To the point where he said that Baileys had tightened it too tight and there was nothing the could do for me. So they sent me on my way furious and with a $10 off coupon.I went back to Baileys angry at them because I thought they had ruined my oil plug. It took them less that 2 minutes to get the plug out, even with the plug being stripped to the point where you would not realize what it was.So lesson learned please never go here. One, they work off commission, the more money out of your pocket means more money in theirs. Two, they have no idea what they are doing. They not only screwed up my oil plug, they did nothing to try and fix it.Very disappointed and I will NEVER come back again.

Pricing not posted or discussed before they drained the oil. Didnt explain that my car uses + 1/2 quart over standard rate. Tried to sell me a new air filter when it had just been replaced last month and was clean and white. Advertised no contact service, then made me use his cc reader and touch screen because his Apple Pay app wasnt working. Yuck. My last time there.

Great service!! In and out in 10mins. Also, they make you aware of potential maintenance concerns, but dont try to push a sale on you.

Good job on the out change (took forever on a 14 Escape). They upsell you crazy hard and can exaggerate on things like how hard it is to change an air filter or cabin filter (while offering to do it for 3 times the cost of one).

The prices are the sole reason for my lowered stars. Service was fast, the sales person was friendly and non pressuring. But my car doesnt even take 4 quarts of oil (3.8), and I still was charged the regular five quart price. Air filters and wiper blades, if you need them, will run you nearly 30 dollars. Each.

Nice workers but they should have at least 1 person that knows about cars on duty. People are going to ask questions...

Didnt use Valvoline, to expensive

I could not get my drain plug off after getting my oil changed at the E Beltline location. When I returned today I informed Craig B. of my problem. He replied, no problem, we have special tools for that!I have never had a problem getting my drain plug off before. I believe it was over tightened. Drain plugs should typically be tightened to 25-30 foot pounds of torque. Craig failed to address this issue, he was only interested in selling me more products. He tried to sell me an air cabin filter when I heard the tech say that it was fine for another 6 months. Craig also did not remember to take $5 off of my bill because of the coupon I handed him. The female technician that I talked to was very helpful, nice, and gave me $5 back when I mentioned it. Overall I am very disappointed with the service I received. I contacted VIOC using their website. I will update my review if they respond.

With a name like instant I expect the oil change to take less than 20 minutes. They let air out of my tires, and I had to pay to get them refilled. I am also recieving emails that I never agreed to or signed up for. I would not recommend or return.

Evan and Jason did a great job on my car. Have had bad experiences with other places in the past but the customer service, speed, and attention to detail make it worth it to go to this location. Worth every penny!

Had my oil changed here. Service was fine but prices are a little bit higher than just going to Goodyear or Tuffy. Staff was police and service was quick.

Ive been here twice and thought that the service was friendly and the mechanics were quite knowledgeable. My last service visit was quite speedy and the operation seems to be quite well run. The prices are a bit on the high side, it also depends on what type of oil you get, but when I go to a place like valvoline, I am going there for the convenience and for the speed and thats truely what Ive gotten.

I usually get my oil changed at the dealer for around $42 after tax. I went to Valvoline because it was close to work and I was in a time crunch. The basic oil change says $39.99 so I was expecting to pay about the same as what I pay at the dealer. AFTER they started service and drained my oil, I was informed that the basic oil doesnt meet my car specs and I will need to purchase $65 oil. SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS for oil that I usually pay $40 for. And of course, I cant say no thanks and leave without oil in my vehicle. VERY UNHAPPY - would never visit a Valvoline again.

Know your cars maintenance requirements before you visit. These guys are paid commissions to sell you services that you dont need. They told me that I needed transmission service every 30,000 miles, and that their info was directly from the manufacturer. My manual says that service is due at 150k miles. They told the guy in the bay next to me the same thing. They also offered to change my power steering fluid, and my car has electric power steering, and doesnt require fluid!

Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly, especially impressive considering it was 7:30 in the morning!

The employees were able to do my oil change, but the process was slow and an error was made when they checked my tire pressure. Something was done that caused my tire to leak air until it was flat. I had to go to belltire to get it checked. Im sure it was an honest mistake, but I would expect things like this to be avoided when Im paying around 50 dollars just for an oil change along with a standard tire pressure check.
