Got us in day of calling, very nice/ clean atmosphere. They did a great job and the massage chairs are hands down amazing!

Wow, I was very surprised and impressed by this place. The gentleman that did my pedicure was so gentle, acted like my feet were made of glass. Best, longest foot/ leg massage Ive had. Very little wait, as well.

I will NEVER go back here again. Just like some of the other recent reviews, it depends on the day and if you get lucky whether you will have a good experience or not. I have given them so many chances and yesterday was the last one. I was rushed, the lady that did my nails was SO rude (her chair is the one next to the wall on the left section next to Sam) and my nails look horrible. I deserve my money back but I just don’t even want to deal with them anymore.

The shop was very nice but the customer service lacked desperately!! Theirenglish-speaking was difficult so I found it irritating to communicate my desired service. As it became closer to closing my service was rushed! I wanted a pedicure/nail fill with shellac on both hands & feet. $85+. My feet are still rough after I told her they were, but the lack of communication again was poor. My nail polish doesnt go to the sides of my nails and my nails are too thick!! Not happy!!😠

Today I visited this salon for the first time for a pedicure. My experience was good. I made an appointment so I got right in. At 3 pm on a Friday the salon wasn’t very busy. The salon was clean. Staff and customers all wore masks and gloves in attention to the salon installing plastic dividers. I got a mini deluxe pedi and received one of the best leg/foot massages I’ve had in a while. I gave them 4 stars because I’ve had better paint jobs at other salons. I plan to go back in two weeks and bring my mom.

The girl that did my pedicure was awesome.I called to make an appointment I told gentleman that answered the phone I needed to be able to get in on time as I had to be somewhere afterwards. I still had to wait 25 minutes.

They always give me the best pedicure. I have severely dry & cracked heels. They always get them back on track. It’s always spotless. It’s also never rushed. I feel very taken care of even when busy!

I got my nails done recently there and they were not good so I contacted them asking for a refund and they said they could only redo them, not give me a refund. They didnt completely redo them, just added a different color pretty much. They are just as bad if not worse. And they were two different people which makes it worse. NOT satisfied. Would never go back there again, dont suggest. Also got in 15-30 minutes late for both appointments.I never take the time to write reviews let alone bad ones but they were both so bad that I wouldnt want anyone else to waste their money and time.

I am always very happy with Louis Nails. I brought my elderly grandmother in the salon and everyone was extremely helpful. They assisted her getting into the chairs and out. I was very pleased. They did a great job, as always. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we left feeling pampered.

So far the best nail salons I been too. All the staffs here is sweet & friendly. I love that everybody speak English too. The salon by itself just so modern and so relaxing. If you’re looking for a nice affordable salon this is the place.

This is the sister salon to the one I normally go to. They do equally nice. And very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic! Got a pedicure, and they were so kind and courteous. The person who did mine was also very funny. I will definitely be coming back here next time. So happy with my toes!

I decided to go to Louis Nails to get my eyebrows wax. I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows to look and my eyebrows ended up looking nothing like I wanted. When she was done waxing, my eyebrows were two completely different shapes! Definitely don’t recommend going to Louis Nails.

I drive 90 minutes to come to this salon. They are all great stylist.

I had an apt for two shellac pedis. They told me the prices before they started (even handed me a laminated pricing chart) then they changed the price as the appointment went on and added $20 to my bill even though we didn’t get anything extra.. the lady working on my moms feet next to me even raised her voice at me demanding I pay the price she wanted even though the guy doing my pedi gave me a diff price.. WTE no big deal & still I tipped her 20%.Later.. my friend (who was also there getting a pedi with her mom) tells me she paid far less than what they charged me and we all got the exact same pedi..Disappointed this was how my first time experience went; especially being this salon was highly recommended.. will not be returning.

My feet was done horrible 👎🏽 I had to make them fixed them and my nails wasn’t done the way I asked and the literally popped off the next day 🤬😡

The male technician was very nice and friendly, however, the “shellac” that was used on my nails started to peel after less than a week. I decided to get my nails done for the sole purpose of not having to paint them myself for a few weeks and that was totally negated by the poor quality products that were used in my manicure. I paid $50 for a subpar manicure only to have to pay another $30 a week later to get my nails done again someplace else. I’ve read a few other reviews on here that mention the same thing. Hopefully the owners get the hint and purchases better shellac products. Either way, I won’t risk it by coming back here again.

Came in with appointment and the Guy was rushing to finish my nails because he was receiving people with no appointments. So my nails were poorly done they look ugly I did not like my nails.!

I went to get shellac manicure. They put on a lot of layers and didn’t cure long enough. By the time I got home, my manicure was peeling. Mind you this is shellac, it’s supposed to last 14 days. I called to tell them what happened and they agreed to fix it. Only they didn’t really fix it, instead just added more layers. I only gave three stars because they “tried” to fix it. I should’ve just went to my normal nail tech.

I extremely enjoyed my visit at Louis Nails, and I was highly satisfied with the quality they provided. The store is very clean and the service is wonderful! Everyone treated me respectfully, and they made sure I was happy with their work. I have been there a hand full of times now, and I have never had a problem with anything. If anyone is looking for a nail salon to go to, I strongly recommend trying out Louis Nails!

They up charge you for nothing and are rude about payment, demanding i pay right this instant and shouting at me and my family

These women do not know how to do nails. I made the mistake by giving them a second chance, what a waste of time and money.

I thought this place was going to be great from the reviews! I needed to try a new place because the people I usually go to moved. My finger nails look like they are trying to point to the sky! Over half of them! Right before Christmas! I’m hoping to go in and have them fix them but who knows because it’s Christmas Eve!!

I have never had such a poor job done on my nails. My prior nail polish (black) wasnt fully removed. So my nails look dirty. My new polish isnt smooth. My nails are blatantly shaped different. They are different lengths. I received a better job at the nail school.

I highly recommend Louis Nails and each if the nail techs that work there EXCEPT for Tony. He removed my existing acrylics in the most painful way that Ive ever had it done (Ive been getting my nails done for approximately 18 months and never had his technique used before). Apparently the owner observed my grimacing and walked past and said something to him about my facial expressions and Tiny had the audacity to scold me for this because he said I was getting him in trouble with his boss. (I wasnt aware that it was that obvious...) He proceeded to puncture into the space between my pad and fingernail with the tool he was using, and when I instinctively jumped, he again scolded me for being too dramatic.He was rude to another customer who bumped into his chair when she exited her ownseat behind him (I think he thinks hes a funny guy but hes awkwardly obnoxious.) She didnt seem impressed with his humor as she looked at me and rolled her eyes but didnt say anything.It took 90 minutes to do what only takes an hour for other techs but I saw no extra attention to detail that would justify the time spent.He asked personal questions that I felt were not appropriate - if I am retired (Im 54 and dont think I look THAT old) and if my parents are still alive? Seriously??? He boasted about his skills but I saw no evidence of them. When I pointed out that one of my nails was longer than the rest, he quickly replied that it was because my fingers are longer than the others. Ive never been told that before.Please, visit Louis Nails! They are affordable and professional! I think they are the greatest in my area and Ive used them for over a year. But use Tony at your own risk. (And think twice before having him take off old acrylics. My finger tips are still slightly sensitive after 4 days)I must say that the other gals appeared to be trying to make up for him by engaging me in appropriate topics and giving me friendly input while I selected a new color to try. I try to tip generously but sadly had no inclination (and felt no obligation due to my awful experience to tip this time - the first time Ive ever done this.Youll be pleased with the Salon if you go in knowing what I now know 🙂

I just went in for a shellac removal and they absolutely botched my nails. They were long and healthy when I got there and thin, short, and peeling when I left. The tech used a file to remove my shellac instead of waiting for the soak. She then spent 4 mins trimming my cuticles and charged $25 for a “manicure”. Don’t drop in here if you don’t know who you’re getting.

The place is nice, don’t get me wrong. However, my friend and I had an appointment and they took a walk in before us. We then got a mani pedi and paid $55 dollars for it. Sadly, the next day all my polish is chipped and looks horrible.

I’m not sure of the name of who did my pedicure but she did a great job. She was gentle and asked if she was hurting me at any point, was very friendly, and professional. Definitely my new pedicure spot!

I have a few stories from this location. My first bad experience was when I was getting my acrylics repainted and the girl that was doing them rushed the whole thing. You could tell that she didn’t want to be there and my nails looked horrible afterwards. The next time I went, one of the guys kept making weird comments at my boyfriend and I while he was working on my nails.Finally, I went here just before quarantine started to get my acrylic nails off because my real nails weren’t healthy. The guy that did my nails a few weeks before that kept giving me disgusted looks that I was getting the nails off. Anyways, the girl that took my nails off did a horrible job. Most of the material was still on my nails when I left. I went home and scraped at one hand for five minutes and it looked better than what she did in 40 minutes. I even left her a big tip for working on my nails at the beginning of Covid. Three months later and my nails are still not healed from this. I’ll never be going back there again. This was awful service!

Great job. I was a little uncomfortable because employees were sleeping in the chairs while I was there.

I didn’t like how the nail tech did my nails and I was really upset but Ken fixed the shape of them and made them look great. I always go here and will continue to go here. Super nice people.

Very horrible experience with this place.very inexperienced staff.one of the male technician done my nailz and they look so weird as I told him to do french nails he did all white.He didn’t even clean the nails before doing new ones.they were so uneven .there focus is to charge extra money from people,i told him do oval shape,he said extra &5,for tip extra $5 for sparkle $5.I will never recommend this place to anybody .

Kate is amazing! She is careful and listens to your concerns about your nails. I have not found this at other salons! She can do ombré dip, designs, pretty much anything you ask! Truly talented!!! I would recommend Louis!!!

This was my first time trying out this place. I got shellac mani done. I felt like the person that was doing my nail was trying to just get it done and get me out of the door. There was noy much communication and I just got tapped on my hand everytime she wanted me to move my hand or put it in the lamp. My nails look lumpy on top and and uneven around my cuticle line. This place looked really nice and price was reasonable but I am so disappointed with the result. I will not be going back here.

So pretty and clean! I had my nails dipped and they did a great job. Brought my 9 year old to have her nails painted and they came off right away so that was a bummer but great service. Going back later today to have my done again!

I really wanted to like this place. First of all it’s so nice and beautiful inside. My regular nail place wasn’t open in the evening and I really needed my nails redone. I looked them up ahead of time and prices were comparable with those in the area. However, here’s my experience. I arrived with existing nail dip on my nails, the owner’s wife did my nails and she literally picked and ripped my nail dip off with her own fingers. Ouch and kind of gross. The parts that she didn’t pick off with her fingers she ripped off with cuticle cutters and tore two of my nails. Then she used the dremel and filed my nails so thin with it that they are literally currently peeling off, bending and breaking from behind the new dip. The dip is also cracking and breaking, the top coat is peeling up, all of this only 4 days after I got them done. I don’t dare take them off because of how thin my nails currently are but needless to say I will not be going back here.

Always do a great job. I do the V.I.P. pedicure. Well worth a few extra dollars.

Nice place I enjoyed the services but the paint on your nails doesnt last long. I got a pedi and the nail polish started cracking in less then week after getting it done. Wont be going back.

Have gone to Kims nails for years..excellent..lovely people ..beautiful shops..today I went to Louis nails also owned by Kim and Lee and had Tiffany for the first time..as usual very pleasant and did an excellent job!!

I really love this place. Kim and staff make you feel very welcome.Its clean and the ladies really look out for you.I would give them 5* in a heart beat..if only I had been told pricing up front.I got a bigger bill than excepting.This is my lesson learned. Ive been having my nails done here 3x, today being 4th, and I failed to ask.

Fill for crystal nails. Kate did a fantastic job, paid attention to details. Also had eyebrows waxed. Looking forward to getting a pedicure after holidays.

I have to first say, I was very excited to try out this salon as I had several recommendations from neighbors of mine, not to mention its less than 10 minutes from my house! Also, it takes a lot for me to write any kind of review about an establishment, especially a poor review!My mother and I decided to treat ourselves to a shellac mani/pedi yesterday. Upon arriving to the salon, we stated that we were together. There was also no one in there. They employees quickly started our pedis for us, and all was going well! Within 3 minutes of sitting down for my pedicure, another employee came up to me and my mom to begin taking off my shellac I previously had on. Okay, no problem. Well, she did my entire shellac manicure while I was getting a pedicure. The entire thing! I was uncomfortable and had to awkwardly move around as she manicured, painted and dried my nails. All while no one else was in the salon. My nails turned out misshaped and not entirely painted (she did not paint all the way to the sides of my nails, probably because she couldnt see well while I was getting my pedicure). My pedicure was good, nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. Just an average pedicure. But I was definitely disappointed at the rushed and un-relaxing setting of getting my nails done.I was finished with my pedicure and shellac manicure in less than 40 minutes. I felt completely rushed and uncomfortable and like they just wanted me in and out so they could get the next paying customer in their chair as quickly as possible. What was interesting is they finished my nails and toes and quickly as possible, but my mom sat there in her pedicure chair with acetone on her nails for 40 mins, and no employee came over to her to remove them. That was frustrating! All while the employees of Louis were on their phones. Very confusing as to why they rushed me but not my mom and had her fingers soaking in chemicals for that long.....So I had to wait for her an extra 40 minutes for her to get her shellac manicure finished. This would have been fine if I was also getting mine done at the same time rather than watching her. Oh, also the nail technician was talking on her cell phone for part of the time while doing my moms nails. Rude.What really urked me the most was the owner (Im assuming it was the owner because he was a male, just sat at the front of the salon and the name of the establishment is Louis Nails). When my mom was finished with her nails, a lady walked in asking for a shellac manicure. The owner looked at my mother less than 60 seconds after having her nails finished and said to her Can you move? and proceeded to grab her things and move them FOR HER. Again, no one was in the salon, there were 15+ other chairs to sit in and the way he spoke to her was as if she was a problem. Very disrespectful.I found the entire experience rude, the complete opposite of relaxing and very impersonal. I am religious when it comes to getting my nails done and am a very good customer, I would have been happy to have found my new place and give them by business. Maybe I would have given it another try if it wasnt for the rude gentleman... But, I will not be going back, and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Drive another 3 minutes down the street for a better experience elsewhere.Also, you cannot tip on your card. It would have been nice to have been aware of this before we were paying at the register as we were not prepared for that.

Very poor service, first had to wait 10 minutes for my pedicure and then rushed through my fill on my nails. Requested for my nails to be shorted and they where not, also nails are too thick and uneven. Will never recommend or go to again.
