The attendant needs to mind his own business or be given more work. He gives me a hard time every time l go there and l waited with smelly rugs for weeks because of him. Never had this problem in any laundry matt prior but l like the large washers and it is real close to home. I lost a quarter and looked behind a game machine... filthy...the parking lot always has litter as well.

Been going since I was a kid, of course with my mom. 😂 I go here as when my washer is acting up.

Ive been going to the Eastern laundromat for a few years now, I find this particular spot to be relaxing, clean, very easy access as well as helpful and friendly staff

I go here fairly often as the laundry room in my apartment breaks down a pretty regular basis. staff is always helpful place is always clean, bathroom is always clean which is surprising because you dont typically see that in the laundromat. Overall great environment great staff

Its just a typical laundromat. I had to go there bcuz my washer was broken at the time. During this time of Covid it was just stressful.

The best and clean laundry that I have been in grand Rapids, the attention is awesome, the machines are super good, price too, lmao but i recomended 100%.

At the moment my dryer is broke, so I went to Eastern Ave Laundromat to wash and dry my clothes and 5 dryers were broke and 2 washers didnt work. The place was full of people, and they were waiting for washers and dryers to become available. As soon as the dryer went off people were like come on hurry up and get your clothes out the dryer. I ended up putting my clothes in one of the dryers and my clothes were still wet after 30 minutes. I told the lady who worked there that the dryer was broken and she said how long did you have your clothes in there. I told her 30 minutes. She said well maybe you shouldnt put so many clothes in the dryer. I looked at her and said, theres not a lot of clothes in here and after 30 minutes in the dryer they should be some what dry, all of these clothes are still wet, super wet and at least some of the clothes should be dry. She ended up giving me my money back, and her attitude was so horrible. I will never go back to that circus again.

Price to hi time on machines to short.

This is very clean and has abundance of equipment for your laudry needs. The staff is very helpful and cordial.

Wouldnt be a bad place to do laundry if the employees didnt have Fox Propaganda Network blaring on the TV every time I go in.

A lot of out of order and leaking machines. Employee was mopping the floor the entire hour I was there because machines were leaking. Clean place tho, and games for the kids.
