Contacted Seamless Gutter Masters to get gutters installed on my home. The planning process was quick and easy. I sent a few photos of the roofline over and they were able to pull everything else they needed from satellite images. They offer lots of options and had some good promos going. The work was completed very quickly and with great quality! The guys went over downspout placements and gave good suggestions for water flow. Overall a great experience and highly suggest them!

Great job at a fair price. Work was completed on schedule and neatly. My project was a two day tear-down and install (the crew worked late on the first day to make sure they could finish up on the second day). The crew did a great job removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. They did the whole house in one day and cleaned up the area before leaving. I had plastic gutters that leaked at the seams and didnt catch all the water off the roof. Had issues with water in the basement. After the install I have had no issues with water not going where it is supposed to and the basement has been dry since. I have a silver maple that has buds that clog most gutter guards and the stainless screen mesh gutter guard has worked to keep the gutter clean and clear letting the water into the gutter.

We have an older house that has had some water/basement issues and were looking for have new gutters installed. I contacted about 5 gutter installation businesses within the Ludington through Grand Rapids areas and ended up going with Seamless Gutter Masters as they seemed the most knowledgeable in the products they offered and their price were very reasonable.After I gave them the OK to move forward they were able to schedule something within 2 weeks and once on-site, they installed the new gutters within 3 hours.After the installation I had an issue with how much my roof overhung a section of the new gutters, I voiced my concern to Dave and he took care of the issue right away.I would recommend these guys as they are fast, reasonable, and easy to work with.

Horrific experience. Multiple scheduling conflicts. When asked why a delay was occurring, I received 2 different answers from 2 different people! Also, I understand that my patio furniture may get in the way of ladders, but they couldnt be bothered to put anything back. I was so displeased by their service.

Felicia provides the most comprehensive quotes. It was easy to understand the options an she explained every part of the quoted services. Had 3 quotes. She was fairly priced between the high and low quote but she explained in the quote the thinner gauge metal and lesser quality brackets quoted by her competitors. When I questioned the lowest bidder he verified exactly what she said. They were quoting a thin metal Home Depot type gutter with the flimsy brackets.Her work crew was extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend them without hesitation to any friends or family.One recommendation I would provide. Offer Apple Pay or PayPal as an option to speed up the process from the start. It will benefit her by closing business quicker and increase customer satisfaction at the same time. Millennials will demand this in the future and it’ll further separate her brand from the competition. My wife was ready to move on to another bidder trying to coordinate a down payment but I stood my ground because this seemed like the best option. She thought I was only standing my ground because Felicia is cute and drives a sports car. Haha. Yeah

I was told that I could get an estimate the same day I called but so far I have heard nothing. Hard to understand this customer service model.
