The team was friendly and professional, did a good job cleaning up my water damaged basement after a pipe burst and getting everything that needed to be removed out of there, and the moisture taken care of.The were there the day that I contacted them and worked efficiently. I hope I never need there services again, but if I do I will be calling them again!

Nick and his crew were very professional, quick to respond, and did excellent work. After meeting Nick I had no concern giving him a key to my house to be able to perform work as needed while I was gone. He even answered a call after hours when I had planned on leaving a voicemail and getting a response the next day. Im not sure how they have a 5 star rating. Are they able to delete the negative reviews? I called for an appointment for water damage and they didnt call me back as the receptionist said they would. I called again three days later and she was so curt with me. She said someone would call me shortly. I thanked her AND SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. When my call was finally returned, I politely declined their services stating why I had come to that decision. The gentleman gave me an excuse that they are extremely busy. I told him that doesnt allow for rudeness to which he replied okay. Once again, I thanked him and said have a nice day. I would not recommend, not will I ever use, Service Master of Kent County.

They showed up fast took care of my problem. Started drying out my house immediately.cleaned up all of the damage.
