Worse service ever! Multi Serve installed our patio door in November of 2020, a younger guy removed the old patio door and another guy older installed the new patio door, when he was done and was opening and closing the door there was this clicking sound and the younger guy saids is that suppose to sound like that and the older guy that installed it said YES it will be ok..fast forward that night Im taking my dog out and its still clicking the come find out the door is WARPED and he knew it REALLY...to make things worse the brand new door lock would not latch we had to close the door just right in order for it to lock, we are now in August of 2021 and they finally come back to fix the lock and to put the quarter round on and I just notice a clump of glue these people are the worse to the point Im considering taking them to court!!!

Multi Serve came to my home to measure for new interior doors (we received their service through Home Depot). We have old doors we would like to install ourselves so the door salesman at Home Depot made sure to leave a note on our service order to measure the hinge placement so we could have them pre-drilled on the new doors. The process up until the measurements truly was easy and seamless and they were able to get us in quite quickly. I was pleased until two weeks passed and I heard nothing from Home Depot (as promised) to get my doors ordered. This was because Multi Serve had still not completed my measurements (there is no reason it should have taken that long). I had to reach out to Multi Serve myself to ask for the measurements and magically Home Depot had them the very next day. So we go to Home Depot to order the doors and find out they never measured for the hinge placement. So now we have to start the process all over again and get on the list for a whole new measurement and Multi Serve gave me a date that was more than a month and a half away! This is now 5 weeks after my initial correspondence with Multi Serve which would mean we wouldn’t have our measurements done for 11 weeks after the first email to them! After explaining the situation to them and how displeased I was with their service—they finally push my appointment up by a few weeks. I’m supposed to have them come back in early next week to measure for the hinges and HOME DEPOT calls to tell me Multi Serve doesn’t want to measure the hinges because they basically want me to pay for their people to install my doors. Unbelievable! They do not even have the decency to call me themselves. After all of that they cancel my appointment and make Home Depot call to tell me. Worst customer service I have ever received and now I will be taking my business to Lowe’s. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY’S SERVICES.

Tried booking an appointment to measure my sliding glass door for replacement. The phone number given directed me straight to voicemail. Then they texted me a date a month out. I tried calling them a few times, Left a voicemail to see if we could get a sooner date. Finally got a hold of someone in customer service was rude and unwilling to work something out.Im glad it didnt work out I cant imagine working with uncooperative people. Also the other reviewers confirmed my concerns. If they cant handle an account with home Depot, then they need to pull out. Shame on home Depot for working with such a company.

Hands down most personable company I have ever worked with. Im genuinely surprised there are such negative reviews, and it makes me question if we are all talking about the same company. On the multiple occasions I have worked with Multi Serve, ownership and management have relayed empathy and clear communication in ways I have not experienced with another contractor.

Three days in a row I was told roofers would be at my house to repair some damage to my roof that would take 1-2 hours at most according to the installer. The first day they dropped materials and left for several hours, before returning to tell me they didnt have the right tools with them and would come back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, and now today as well. The project manager has been pleasant enough to work with, but I will be contracting the job out to someone who will actually show up to do it at this point.After canceling, the owner of the company did reach out and contact me, and I feel he was sincere, so I am editing my review to add back one star for that.

Great Company! Everyone is very personable and treats you like family. If you have a problem or emergency they will be with you start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has an insurance claim/ problem or anyone that needs any other work done. Honest company with good people.

I used Multi Serve for a Insurance loss repair in Feb of 2014 for a roof leak that caused a lot of water damage to my cottage. They responded immediately and performed very professionally throughout the repairs. They were very accommodating to my tenant who was living here during this process and he was also impressed with the repairs and quality. Good honest company. Would recommend using them in the future.

I bought a repo house this past fall. Under the loan requirements a repair had to be made to the hole in the wall behind the shower (access to the plumbing). I wasnt sure who was doing the repairs since I wasnt paying for it, but I showed up during the repair while checking to see if it had been done yet. The guys were nice enough, but I would NEVER hire this company to do anything. Instead of using a pre-fab access panel they cut piece of unfinished 1/2 birch plywood and screwed some cheap hinges on it, to fabricate a makeshift door. On top of that, the cut was so far off that it dug in to the adjoining wall every time it opened. The door warped and didnt even hold against the wall 2 months later. It passed the VA approval for the loan, but the work was bare minimum at best. Just my opinion, but I know who I wouldnt use. I imagine if they were doing it for an actual customer, and not a bank or realtor, they might be a little more complete, but first impressions are everything.

Company is a joke. They can not do anything right. Terrible customer service. They do not It care about you. Half these good reviews are from employees. Shame on home depot for using this company to install doors.
