I love the RVC! Perfect downtown location, free parking, and very bike friendly with racks inside and outside, located on major city bike routes, also close to White Pines rail to trail system. Super cool offices, like this one, pictured.

What a location! Being right on the Grand River cannot be beat. RVC is an awesome place to have an office. The Owner/Building Manager Pete is so accommodating and really keeps things looking fresh and clean throughout. I love the deck seating off the south side of the building too. Its such a great place to relax and have lunch in the summer time. I highly recommend RVC if youre looking for a place for your office!!

The views in these offices are unbeatable! The tenants in the building are all so friendly and courteous. The property management team throws occasional appreciation parties for everyone that works in the building. It a lovely way to get to know other people in the building, and such a thoughtful way for the management team to show they care! One of my favorite things about working in this building is the convenient parking that is provided. At my last job we had to pay for parking and the cost racked up quickly, i love that at RVC Offices its free!

I work in the building. Generally well maintained, though the toilets are sometimes unstable on the wall since they are not floor mounted. Signage in the building has recently been updated to be more modern, and the elevators speak the floor they are stopping at.

RVC Offices keeps the building in great condition. The landlord is easy to work with and does its best to accommodate our needs. I would recommend space in this building to anyone. - J. Rosloniec

My company has leased space from RVC for over 7 years. They are absolutely the best landlords I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They also reinvest in the buildings they own and keep them updated and fresh.

We love it at RVC! It has everything we could ask for! Convenient and free parking, easy to find for clients, onsite cafe with great food, easy shipping and receiving with indoor loading dock, USPS, UPS and FedEx pickup. Our employees also enjoy having views of the river and being next to walking paths to downtown. The property management team is great and takes care of anything we need!

I have an office in this building and I absolutely love it. Its downtown on the Grand River and has free parking. The property management team here is awesome. Ricos deli is right next to the atrium here too and it is yummy!
