Bull pen parking on the corner of clay & 50th st, the turn is just south of 50th … arrive early, get a spot and get some sleep. There used to be a sign posted to advise WHO AND WHERE to call for check in prior to your appt time I see the numbers are in previous posts and still valid. Just leave a message and they WILL call you before your appointment no worries. Overall, decent folks here as far as GFS employees. Lumpers are extremely slow and expensive still. Patience is key, just arrive on time and be Courteous, you’ll be out of here in no time!!! Stay safe!

Call ahead for dock number at 333 50th st because there is nowhere to park your truck except the road or the docks. Place is next to neighborhoods and to park u have to park use main road. Unconvenient bit what can we do. Call ahead drivers

The lumper feeds for 1/2 trailer load of light disposable plastic cups was $336.00 GFS should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this.

Very professional at my last stop (4900 clay ave). Quick check in, very fast lumpers. Staging lot to the left if u can get a spot. The other address is 333 50th st sw is around the corner left at flashing light and GFS is on left pass railroad tracks.

Bad service unprofessional unloading, i got here 8 am i got out 6 pm, drivers get ur food told ur family u gonna miss them

Arrived 7 hours before my 1pm appt, out by 9:20am. Only thing that got me mad is that there was no information on how to check in until i was in the middle of the road. So attached is the picture of the checkin phone #. When you arrive park in the staging area call the Warehouse youre delivering to checkin and they will call you with a door. Do not block the road just to see this paper on the x checkin door.

I stood here for an hour before someone came in and asked for a lumper fee. I paid $317 dollars for 24 pallets with $72 extra to the $240 normal charge and $5 convenience fee, but how they knew in advance that extra needs to be charged? I had no shifted pallets at the rear or any other visible defects with the cargo. I paid. Then the trailer started moving once every 10 to 20 minutes. Four and a half hours total driving time plus lumper fee made this load a cheap back haul that is not worth a CDL driver’s attention.

My appointment was 6am. I left there at 1:30pm after being unloaded. Smh.

The problem is that the lumper service isnt part of Gordon so they take there time to unload us. These companies along with walmart need to be held responsible for detention time!

There is overnight parking the call number is on a digital board in front of you they will not take phone calls after a certain time the bullpen parking spaces are narrow parking slots. Extremely slow unloading on freezer side, doors 16 thru 32The other side unloads a little faster

I wish I could give them 0 stars.Have an appt at 1pm, got a door at 1:30 PM. Its 5pm, nobody touched me yet. Just 1 pallet for delivery, its ridiculous.Its better to cancel your load instead of delivering to this nasty place.

GPS is correct if you are early park at 4900 clay st bull pen.grub hub delivers. If your going to the freezer on a Sunday or at night, no one answers the phone. But they will take you early. Just go over there. Worth a chance. If they do, you can pc to the bull pen to finish your break.

Gordon Potato chips were cheap.. but tasted terrible. Ripple style (not flavored).

The distribution is all right the receiving is pretty cool but the lumper service is highway robbery.

This was the distribution center. Lumper was very expensive compared to usual. But they are capstone logistics. Everyone goes on lunch at the same time so youre stuck there waiting if your appointment is just before that.

Not to bad got here a day early got first load off first building. Second part of load to other building no appointment was scheduled was given door and they went on break this building opened at 8am in door at 9am now how long to for wait to unload and break down one pallet and make three pallets. Yeah

Appt for 0800 didnt take till then was done in 1 he and lumper is capstone so not real bad. Overnight parking but beware they are extremely narrow parking.

The night shift for recieving was so much helpful for my case. they took me in 10 hours before my appointment, my daughter was in emergency unload was so fast

Im bias because I work for Gordon Food Service, so I love this place. It is however a great company to do business with and shop their stores.

Park where other trucks are and call them to check in then they will call u when they have door didnt know was half hr looking for where to check in...lol

Slow slow slow! It took 4 hours just to get 2 pallets off. They had to call a lumper from another building. Didnt really seem to care about anything. Really bad company to deliver to, had trouble at multiple locations.

So so so slow.. a had an appointment for 6am,4 hours later not unloaded and it’s just me here.. I see the guys are just taking inside.
