Been here several times, and each time has been exceptional. Was able to park out in front of gate when I arrived early am, quick to unload got door promptly and before my appointment time.

I wish all places were like this! Little difficult to get too only because of road construction however, Ladies in office unbelievable helpful, super friendly, fast loading, even the gentleman who fitted seal on trailer a credit to company, restored my faith in human nature! God bless you all!.

Place is pretty good. Washroom is located by shipping office. Road to get in there... Very steep, hairpin turns and huge potholes. Keep eyes open.

Great place, nice people, very professional they care for working drivers.My appointment is 13:00, since I arrived way to early, I tried to check in (06:30), the lady in the office was very courteous, after verifying she gave me the number to dock in, less than an hour Ive been unloaded. They also had a lot of place to park while waiting for your next load.Hope theres a lot of DC like this but sad to say its only few.

2 hours all time for loading but it can be quicker

Super friendly got me in before my appointment time by 30 minutes and had me unloaded by my appointment Im at 9 a.m. couldnt ask for better service

Only by Appointment. Easy check in and when they done you get a call and paperwork on the back of the trailer. I was in and out in 45 min.

Can truckers coming into the distribution center for loading and unloading get better directions to avoid delays for the sake of everyones better interest, roads are closed that the GPS is taking

I come here a couple times a week, on street parking, and usually not that bad for unload times

Its where I work at, and its nice. I like it. I hope a lot of people are able ta experience this place once in there life. Its a nice layed back place just do your job, if your looking ta make a lot of money in a week then thats tha place ta go.

Nice people but 5 hours was 3 hours too many to get unloaded and very tricky tight hairpin roads to get there said truck route but maybe a box truck not tractor trailer.

The Staff there are Freindly, They Check you in Quickly and assign you a Dock, They call you when They are Finished and your papers are in The Back of your TrailerIf you have a seal they Take it off

I love this place! Everyone was nice. I was in and out in under 2 hours! Its a pain to get to. But not a rude person in the place!

Decent i got here a day earlier with GP load of paper rolls at first they bug me with a delivery number of 4 digits that I didn’t have. They took 4 hours to unload but it was a day earlier. It would been 5 stars if no issues with delivery number.

My broker never made appointment my info said 07:00 to 15:00 which Columbian informed me means no appointment. Apparently management has no way to deal with unexpected loads arriving at this facility. Arrived at 8:30 they finished at 17:00. What do these folks do when a real emergency arrises? Been doing this 30+ years and still amazed how some places treat drivers. I would never want such incompetence involved in any of my logistics thats for sure.

Driver is seating at the dock for 3 hours. Not even getting loaded. Truckers be aware of this location if you dont want to spend whole day there.

Dont miss your appointment time. I was told by a woman in charge of shipping that it wouldnt be a problem for us to get loaded at 6pm as we were running late for 3pm appointment. We called in at 11am to discuss the matter. My driver showed up at 6pm as was asked to wait til 10pm to pick up 12 pallets of hot freight that couldnt wait until the morning to be loaded and had to leave the dock tonight according to the same lady in charge. The driver is spending the night there now and the load for delivery in NJ tomorrow is at least 1 day late. Wish me luck on getting a new appt at delivery.Be warned, dont come without an appointment time unless you plan to spend the night.

I really cant complain, my appointment was 08:00. Got there at 07:30, had my bills at 09:20

I checked in 647They told me my appointment was for 9 o’clock I said OK I got door just around 7 o’clock 1134 and still sitting on the dock waiting to get unloaded I would not want to deliver one more load here
