Hopefully me writing it on this review will get them on the map.I came into the store needing to backup my computer, because I needed to restore my entire computers operating system. When I came to pick it up, he did more than just back it up, he even fix my computers operating system for free. Thats great customer service. I think is name was Dave. Great guy!

Your business hours say you are OPEN on Saturday. Your website says you are OPEN on Saturday. I was there on a Saturday at 9:45 and their door is locked. I knock and no answer. I call and there is no answer. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! Change your advertising if you are not going to be open on Saturday. Nice way to run a business!!!

This place is great. My wife and I have had a difficult year all things considered. I brought my laptop to Aaron to fix because the hard drive failed, and he replaced it with a super generous discount.Very friendly, and outgoing. His hours are a little weird because he is so busy, but the quality of his work is worth it.Check them out, they do nice work and are very professional.

The Buzz is more accommodating to us busy working folks, than ever before. The onsite ( in home, office, etc. visit) option is a huge help. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very impressed with how quickly I got my computer back! I havent had any issues with it since I had them fix it. I will not hesitate to use Team IT for any tech issues I have in the future!

These guys are FAST and very reasonable. They rebuilt the hinge on an old laptop and sold us a reconditioned laptop for less than half the price of a new one, with a guarantee. On top of it they transferred the old hard drive from my wifes old laptop for no charge. THIS is what a computer store should be.

Very pleased with my purchase and experience at Team IT. I found their staff to be easy to communicate with both in person and online. I actually found the laptop through Facebook’s online market and communicated with Zach through Facebook messenger before coming into the store.There was a good selection of refurbished windows laptops at reasonable prices. Also picked up a used HP monitor for really cheap!I purchased a Lenovo T431s with 4GB RAM and a 500GB HDD. A month into use and it’s running well.I’d come back here for other used computer needs or to try out their repair services.

I dropped my computer off at 8am because they said they had to take it apart which was fine and what I expected thats why I brought it in early. They said they should have it done around 1pm but I told them dont worry Ill come back around 4pm to give you a couple more hours. I got there and of course they had not looked at it the associate took a quick look at it and could tell what was wrong (dont know why they couldnt do that in the morning). The associate was rude and couldnt answer my questions. He told me he would call me with a quote. Still waiting after two weeks. I didnt feel like calling them back....if they are not going to make an effort to make money than I am certainty NOT going to throw it at them. Nevertheless I took it to Logical PC Solutions on Alpine Ave. Had a quote in 2 hours, brought it in when the part was delivered (2 days), fixed after 45 min. NEVER GOING BACK TO NERD SWARM THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS BEST BUY!

They deserve a negative 10 stars. They took my laptop to resolve some adware. Told me it had many viruses and wouldnt connect to internet which was not a problem when I took it in. They supposedly replaced the operating system, tried to get me to take it back while it was still updating. When I took it home a screw from the screen fell out in my lap and a screw was missing under the dvd player. It was not updated. I called and left a message. They left a message that they did nothing involving screws.Now I find out that someone tried to sell Windows software on my ebay account during the time they had my computer. Coincidence? ?!!??I went to Best Buy and got the screw replaced.

I just brought in my pc for an Intel X99 build. New motherboard, CPU, ram, samsung 950 M2 SSD, cpu cooler with two fans and windows 10. He installed everything and its working perfectly. The cables are as neat as can be and he even cleaned my old super dirty case for me. He also did me a big favor and put all the brand stickers and emblems in an envelope so I could easily apply them to my case where ever I want. He did this all within a couple days and for a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly. I didnt catch his name so Im just referring to him as he lol
