We had Grand Rapids Tech do our complete install of IT from ground up. Very fast and clean work. We also had 3 monitors installed for our offices and conference rooms and they look amazing! Not only did they help with our IT, but also helped with our printer services and they were cheaper than any other company. They also helped with our phones moving from landline to VOIP. We recently switched to Grand Rapids Tech for IT support for our Veterinary Clinic. They have been very quick to respond to our concerns and have actually solved our issues, unlike other IT companies that we have used in the past. The technicians are all prompt, professional and explain things in a easy to understand manner, never making me feel belittled for not knowing how to manage my own IT issues. When I worked for a local non-profit, we used this company for a wiring project to update all the network cable when relocating a large branch office. We negotiated a reasonable rate for the work and we were impressed with the attention to detail with cable management and friendliness to our staff. We used GR tech later for an OS rollout, imaging project that went smoothly as well.

Have a 15 room, concrete, lath and plaster home in GR which I could never get a consistent wifi signal......brought in GR Tech (Justin) who designed a Ubiquiti MESH Pro 9 access point system which controls security cameras, smart home, sprinklers and alarm. Blazing speed, 100% uptime (less power outage spike to switch, which they replaced 5 minutes after they showed up) Couldnt be happier with the service, competence and level of professionalism. I am one satisfied customer.
